Ulasan Senna Sunshine International Hotel（Independent Road Double Lion Square in SHV）

Looks nice in the pictures on the website but cheap and dirty in reality, the ventilation channel that lead to the capsule was full of.. something, don’t even know what, like dust or worse, mold. It smelled also in the capsule like someone would’ve been smoking there, air quality in general not good. The toilet didn’t have handsoap or toilet paper. Service was still the worst part, the other person at the reception was reluctant to basic client service and what makes the language barrier is worse is when you just try to repeat the same stuff but louder. I wanted to have remote control batteries changed cause the tv was working at first but then stopped responding - but they couldn’t manage even this, just told me that all the tv’s didn’t work because of some water damage (which wasn’t true to the extent at least that the tv was on and responding at first).. (water damage??) and that they didn’t have correct batteries to the remote. Eventually I got another remote control which was probably wrong one so it didn’t work either. I gave up. Clients smoking inside, even in the elevator when you’re there with them. All and all just a terrible experience, 0/0. Get a grip.

It’s exactly the same as others posted about the 5 stars review. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. You will not regret to choose this place. The location is perfect and only 1 km walk to the beach site . I can say it’s best for anyone looking for the hotel with full and modern equipments and Located in the right centre. I definitely come here again.

Pretty good place for the price! Only bad thing i can think is that there are no power outlets in the bunk beds, only old USB-A ports

It is spacious but the room was quite dirty and amenities were not in good condition.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and this time I’m quite disappointed. The room was a bit dusty, and there was an issue with the bed .I got bitten by some bugs and it made me itch.

The place was clean and great. However, I lost my sandals after leaving to dry in the drying area in just few minutes. Had to ask help from the staff to check their cctv, and the cleaning lady was so helpful and never left until they found them. Not a very good experience, yet I still love the place. Just hoping not to happen this again to any of their upcoming guests.

Location far from the sea but close to the bus stations. Stuff is polite and helpful. Using eBox for storing bags is useful but be careful and open it earlier before if you in a hurry for a next trip. I think the place is nice for few nights.

By far "the best" Dorm (sleeping Caps) from the about 100 I have experienced.

Great location, amenities, eat out, you can name it. Since it’s capsule bed, you have secure privacy:)

34 USD/night booking via Trip.com. Good price for a hotel in center of city. Pros: + Good location, center of city, near many restaurants, malls. 10mins by tuktuk to the beach. + Can check in early and check out late. + Room is big and has balcony. + Ground floor has a minimart sell drinks, snacks, fruits. + Can request anything via their Telegram like: clean the room, provide towels… Cons: + Receptionist doesn’t speak English. Only Khmer and Chinese. + Room smell cigarettes since they allow to smoke inside the room. + Room for 2 person but only one access card. Request for one more has to deposit 10USD + Standard King room has a toilet and bath area to close. Standard Twin room has separate area for toilet and bath area. + Mini refrigerator not working. (I stayed 2 times and both times not working)

Its very good hotel in this areas. Good ambiance and nice staff. I recommended to all. Very Good experience
