I have no remarks for the hotel. It was clean, breakfast was good (varied every day), facilities (gym and pool) were great. Large mall and metro stop were a few steps (!) from the hotel entrance, which you wouldn't expect given the tranquil atmosphere within the hotel. What particularly stood out to me was the staff. They were friendly and extremely helpful. I had a problem related to a cab-service that was completely unrelated to the hotel. Without asking for it, the hotel staff put in quite some effort to fix that problem. Never in other (5-star) hotels, I had staff being as helpful as they were.

Amazing place, amazing people, amazing hospitality, amazing surrounding Thank you Suleha, Hakim, Naz you guys are awesome and never made me feel that am away from home. Special thanks to Yin Yin - she has always been the best. I still remember the day when I had health issues and was hospitalised, she was the one who took an effort to get my stuff to the hospital and came to visit me to check on my health. I never see you tired, even if your ending your work your face always shows the same energy and motivation. You really care about every guest and your colleagues and I believe that shows how best you are as a mother too. Keep smiling and shining always Thank you Seeta, Azizi and the entire house keeping and engineering team to always make sure that am at the best place. Thank you to Jasmine and Serenena to assist me while my family was here. You guys have been so helpful and cooperative Thank you Gilbert for always being there as a guide. I still remember when I checked in you took so much of effort to make me comfortable and guiding me the nearby food and grocery markets and always guiding me till date to the best of places nearby to explore and shopping centres too. Thank you Ashok - I still remember you were the first one who I meet when I got down of the taxi, before I could try finding my feet out of the taxi to this new country you were the one who made sure that I am at the right place and always made sure that I am at my own home here.

Hilton Hotel Singapore Orchard is conveniently located at Mandarin Gallery. It is directly opposite 313 Somerset, Nojima, and Cineleisure. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The toilet is clean with good shampoo and body wash. However, the shower head holder has issue and unable to hold the shower head properly. Overall, I think it’s a decent hotel and I will give it a 4.0/5.0.

We stayed here for 4 nights for business and absolutely could not fault a thing - everything was brilliantly thought out and the wonderful staff were a delight; nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has only just opened in the last week and we're sure it will become extremely popular in no time at all. The rooms are immaculately presented and very spacious, we especially enjoyed the little touches like the daily minibar and turndown service. The rain shower was HEAVEN and the beautiful COMO body wash, shampoos, etc. smelled so incredible I wanted to take them all home! Breakfast was included in our rate and was fantastic every single day. The breakfast to order was a highlight and we found there to be plenty of options to keep us satisfied over our 4 night stay. The freshly baked goods every morning are a real treat (balanced out with the delicious fresh fruit, of course). The service is a standout for this new hotel, it was exceptional in every area - everyone is very professional but also super friendly and personable. We thought this was a real point of difference and one of the many reasons we will return to this beautiful property. Every single staff member we interacted with was a delight, but special mentions to hotel staff Reina, Karl, Izhar, Kyle and of course the lovely Ivan in COMO Cuisine who we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with at breakfast every morning. We look forward to returning and checking out the pool/bar area which is nearing completion. See you again soon!

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

I would like to give a shout out to the banquet staffs manning the B1 meeting and function rooms - Anand, Baharom and Rashid. Notwithstanding are the other staffs who help with the cleaning and miscellaneous matters. I regularly conducts workshops there. On the mornings that I arrive at the hotel, without fail, I will be greeted by their warm greetings - as in I can feel the genuine warmth in our interactions. One can't help but feel not just welcomed, but as if one belongs. Whenever I need assistance - be it for extra materials or the projector is not working well enough or my participants have a special request; anything - these staffs NEVER SAY NO. They will try their best to accommodate and will always come up with an alternative if the need be. I was never disappointed. Above all, they NEVER make you feel like you are asking for too much, or that you are inconveniencing them. There will always be smiles and the ”I will see to it that this will be sorted” vibe. The sincerity and consistency are omnipresent. Your hotel is a 4-star property, yet other 5-star hotels need to take a cue from these staffs. I have been to many other hotels, and none can compare to the hospitality I get from your staffs. I also know this does not happen just because I've become a regular face there, as I remember back in 2015, I when I first received the same kind of hospitality from them. Thank you!

Check in process was smooth & less than 15 minutes. Deposit was $50. The staff was not so good in English, it’s a little bit hard to understand what he said. The location was strategic because it’s 200m walking from Dhoby Ghaut station which is the centre of all train intersections. There’s a bus stop in front of the hotel lobby too. 7Eleven also near the hotel. The hotel building was quite old. Hotel room was big! And very comfortable. We stayed there for 2 days and everything went well.

Lebih dekat dengan MRT Dhoby Ghaut. Hotel ditutup dari tingkat 6 ke atas mengikut kakitangan dan Gym ditutup untuk langkah COVID fasa 2. Kali pertama tinggal di Orchard Road dan benar-benar terpesona dengan rumah-rumah pra-kolonial yang indah di Emily Hill. Berjoging juga ke Botanic Gardens keesokan harinya dan terpesona dengan keindahannya. Terdapat banyak tempat yang patut dijelajahi semula di titik merah kecil ini yang kita panggil Singapura.

Location is very near to orchard so it’s perfect. Basically there is not much service crew, food nor cleaners. As for cleanliness, they do not change your beddings or give you clean towels despite i am staying there for two weeks, but they do have washer and dryer but would be a hassle to wash them in such tiny spaces. They only sweep your room once a week. They only offer two numbers of small tubes of shampoos & shower gel. Overall the room is small but still enough for me. My pantry was a co-living space and I’ve got a smoking neighbours. At night the smell will easily travel to your room. You need a towel to cover the seams below the doors to prevent that. Tv was good, the supplies at pantry were good too. If I am coming back again? If there aren’t any rooms that is available in Singapore, I would.
