Duration of stay : 2D1N Price : Around 290 SGD (w/o breakfast) via this app *** was upgraded by hotel since I payed for So Urban Room but they were informed I booked the So Cozy Room Location : near Lau Pa Sat (if you prefer to dine-out); need to note that pick-up or drop-off area is at Boon Tat * Pre-arrival : no email is sent by hotel (compared to Sofitel City) * Registration : friendly staff; my room registration took some time because of a miscomm in my room type. I paid for So Urban (with bathtub) but my stay was confirmed for So Cosy only (no bathtub). At the end, my room was upgraded. * Room (not sure if I was upgraded to Studio or Loft): very spacious; have several outlets for charging; have separate office space and seating area; includes care pack (mask, sanitizer, etc); very comfy bed; lights and tv are controlled by an ipad - which is very convenient! * Bathroom : so big!!!! there is separate area for shower room, toilet and bathtub; the bathtub is the biggest I’ve seen among all hotels I stayed so far; there are his & hers amenities which include sewing kit, hair ties and hair clip (which is not very usual - in my experience… another luxury hotel I stayed in provided the hair tie/band but no hair clip) * In-room dining : limited selection; although I tried their club sandwich which is delicious! * Facilities : Cannot book online. Have to call the reception area. There is no sort of “control” upon entering the pool and gym area as it doesn’t need a separate key card (like their sister hotel, Sofitel City Centre) Although there are free movies as part of entertainment, a point for improvement I can think of is to allow screen mirroring or enabling TV internet so guests can use their own chromecasts if they want. Some hotels I’ve been to have this feature already. Cleanliness is rated as such because I found the curtain in the bathroom quite dirty. It is understandable that curtains are not replaced everyday so I just gave feedback to the hotel during my check-out so they can make sure it is cleaned before the next guest. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my “me time” in this hotel and I will definitely will be back for a longer period.

Strategically located next to Lau Pa Sat and SGX building, the legacy of F.G. Lundon from 1927 stands elegantly among the Singapore skyscrapers. The newly-renovated building itself offers a clean and cozy feeling with perfect conditioning among the heat of Singapore. I also felt like home with all the services that they offer to me and I was constantly in awe with the architecture and interior. The hotel applied pre check in form that was sent to my phone, so I could fill all the details and straight to the reception to receive my room key. However, due to their system change, they gave me separate key for lift and the room (they say it should be temporary and I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible). The room was awesome with high tech and can be operated through their iPad. You can put a timer to open curtain and turn the lamp on. However, I found a small details for the cleaning service where I found a used head cap left below the toilet, and I found it weird as I thought the room was completely cleaned. Apart from that, the aircon in the room that I stayed also got weird noises during the night. After I filed complaint to the reception on the next day, they swiftly change my room and the experience completely changed 180 degree towards a positive side. the new room was flawless and nice. I was surprised with their sound-proof mechanism, as I could hear nothing from outside despite lau pa sat was really crowded + huge thunderstorm. The rooftop pool was also amazing and I could swim freely as it wasn't crowded. However, I just feel that the hotel need to put a prominent sign on towel's location as it took me 10 minutes to find the towel while the pool was unattended at 9am. I was also admire the warmth of the service where all staffs were really nice to me. They directly greet me in Indonesian as they realize I'm from Indonesia, and we had a great talk (shout out to Izzat and Ismail as they were really nice to me, and also all reception officers who helped me). They also helped me a lot for my checkout process and it was very smooth as well. The Hotel Telegraph offers an undeniable status as a boutique small luxury hotel with an amazing services. Yet, I really wish that the small details can be improved to ensure guest can truly feels the perfection of the 5 stars boutique small luxury hotel.

Kami mendengar ulasan yang baik dan memutuskan untuk menempah hotel baru ini. Pasti, kami merasa diterima dari saat ketibaan (dari pekerja rencam ke tuan teh). Permintaan untuk check-out lewat telah diterima kerana tarikh lahir lewat. Oleh kerana hotel ini baru, semua orang berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk memberi anda pengalaman perkhidmatan hospitaliti terbaik. Biliknya ringkas tetapi susun aturnya dirancang dengan baik sehingga kami tidak merasa sesak walaupun kurang dari 30sqm. Sudah tentu, perkara yang menarik adalah tandas TOTO :) Chromecast dibina di TV jadi penghantaran Netflix tidak menjadi masalah. Kami menyukai pilihan teh di dalam bilik dan bar mini percuma. Sarapan pagi adalah salah satu yang terbaik yang pernah saya cuba di hotel-hotel di Singapura. Saya suka bahawa hotel Clan berani bereksperimen dengan hidangan yang berbeza pada hari ini (masakan tempatan dengan sedikit). Dari segi lokasi, sangat senang di kawasan mendengar Far East Square dan pusat makanan Maxwell / Amoy. Cubalah chee cheong fun (***a Kantonis) di Yin Ji-Far East Square ..

Bilik di Teluk Fullerton sangat indah, menawan dan mempunyai pemandangan Sungai Singapura yang sangat indah. Perkhidmatan itu bagaimanapun tidak memenuhi jangkaan saya. Pertama, semasa ketibaan untuk check-in kami cukup sesak dan oleh itu kami diarahkan oleh salah seorang kakitangan ke kawasan tempat duduk untuk menunggu giliran kami. Kakitangan memberitahu kami bahawa kami akan dilayan tidak lama setelah mereka membersihkan orang ramai. Namun, dengan rasa kecewa kami melihat tetamu yang tiba setelah kami dihadiri untuk check-in terlebih dahulu walaupun kami telah menunggu dengan sabar selama 15-20 minit yang lalu. Tidak bolehkah check-in dilakukan berdasarkan perkhidmatan pertama datang? Keesokan harinya semasa sarapan di La Brasserie, perkhidmatannya sungguh perlahan. Saya tidak pasti sama ada mereka kekurangan tenaga kerana kami harus mengulang pesanan kami 4 kali kepada kakitangan restoran sebelum menerima makanan kami. Tidak lama setelah menghidangkan sarapan kami, kakitangan kemudian meminta kami bahawa ini adalah pesanan terakhir. Rasanya seperti mereka bergegas untuk menyiapkan sarapan kami walaupun mereka mengambil masa begitu lama untuk menghidangkan makanan. Saya pada awalnya mempunyai harapan yang tinggi dan sangat gembira untuk penginapan ini tetapi pengalaman keseluruhan tidak memenuhi jangkaan saya terhadap tahap perkhidmatan Fullerton.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

Ketika saya mula-mula bergerak Ada rambut di cadar dan noda di bahagian dalam mangkuk tandas. Ini boleh dianggap sebagai masalah kecil (difikirkan selepas itu, keadaan pembersihan bilik ini telah diperlihatkan di sini ...), tetapi saya tidak tahu mengapa ada satu di dalam bilik dan ia diperbaiki pada pukul 6 di pagi. Penggera tidak mematikan. Setelah berfikir dua kali, saya benar-benar terbangun ... Terdapat peti sejuk dan papan seterika di dalam bilik. Sediakan sikat dan peralatan mandian. Lokasinya bagus dan pengangkutannya selesa. Terdapat stesen MRT Outram Park di tingkat bawah, sekitar 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Chinatown. petua: Restoran ditutup, gimnasium tersedia, tempahan diperlukan, dan ”lokasi” terhad.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

Bilik mandi adalah luas dan cukup besar untuk menguburkan larian mandi jika mereka mahu. Tetapi saya lebih suka mereka mengecilkan sedikit saiz bilik mandi supaya bilik utama menjadi lebih besar sedikit. Bilik tidak berkarpet jadi ia sejuk apabila berjalan tanpa alas kaki pada kebanyakan masa walaupun ia menyediakan selipar bilik tidur. Bilik adalah digital dan termasuk sistem penghawa dingin skrin sentuh. Keselamatan agak tinggi kerana kad hanya boleh diakses ke lobi utama dan tingkat bilik anda. TV yang disediakan ialah tv pintar. Tetapi satu-satunya apl prapasang yang mereka ada ialah YouTube. Mereka mempunyai saluran stadium mio yang merupakan mata tambahan untuk peminat sukan. Linen katil adalah rasa kasar. Tidak lancar seperti yang saya jangkakan untuk hotel seperti ini. Almari pakaian adalah luas dan boleh dimuatkan dengan mudah dalam pakaian pasangan. Bilik mempunyai meja dan kerusi kecil dan cukup baik jika perlu bekerja dari rumah. Kami mendapat tingkat 9 yang dianggap sebagai tingkat tengah dan pemandangannya bagus. Tempat letak kereta sangat mahal. Cuba jangan berikan tempat letak kereta percuma yang mengecewakan. Jadi kena parking berdekatan di One Raffles Place.

Easily accessible .close to an MRT station and most restaurants ,bars and touristic sites .I walked from here to everywhere I went to while in Singapore. Was clean and the receptionist actually let me check in even when I arrived earlier (very understanding). one thing only is I felt a little uncomfortable walking bare feet inside and to the bath room .I had no clue about the no shoe policy ,I'll reccomend take your slippers if that's allowed to wear inside .Other wise it's a 5star . can't wait to go back .It's nice and comfortable .

Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

Kerana saya perlu memohon visa, saya tinggal di sini selama 18 hari dan menginap di hotel lain selama dua malam. Ini adalah hotel bersama, jadi tidak ada bilik mandi peribadi, tetapi pada kenyataannya, pengalaman saya tidak terasa tidak selesa, dan saya jarang bertemu dengan pelanggan lain. Lokasi lalu lintas sangat baik. Ia bertentangan dengan Chinatown Food Street. Semasa anda keluar, ada lampu isyarat. Terdapat Pusat Makanan Maxwell di sebelah kiri. Makanan di dalamnya berpatutan dan sedap. Saya sering pergi ke China Street Food untuk menghabiskan makanan dan kemudian pergi ke Hailan Panmian. Mi ikan goreng. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan stesen pertukaran Chinatown dari laluan bawah tanah NE dan DT. Sangat senang pergi ke Sentosa atau Sands atau Merlion. Auntie Cong, yang bertugas membersihkan, juga sangat baik dan bersemangat, serius dan bertanggungjawab. Lain kali saya pergi ke Singapura, saya lebih suka tinggal di sini. ***a hiasannya juga sangat sederhana dan ber***a, dan ada yang romantis, sangat sesuai untuk golongan muda. Log masuk dan log keluar juga sangat mudah, ringkas dan senang. Sekiranya anda tidak boleh berbahasa Inggeris, tidak mengapa tinggal di sini. Pendek kata, pujian bintang lima, sangat digalakkan.

公寓位置優越，在藍線兩個地鐵站之間，吃飯方便，附近有南洋老咖啡，亞坤，松發肉骨茶，吐司工坊，coconut，基本網紅店可以一網打盡，而且廚房可以做飯，附近唐城坊有超市買菜，唯一不好的是前台的工作人員是外國人，英語很不標準，一點都不會中文，好多時候靠翻譯軟件來溝通，另外還有晚上8點後發生的突發狀況沒有及時解決，比如我們有一天晚上洗頭後吹頭髮，吹風筒突然着火🔥，因為前台下班了，我們衹能打電話和老闆溝通，然後吹風筒衹能第二天才拿來，當晚兩個孩子頂着濕漉漉的頭髮睡覺，第二天直接感冒了，這一點改進一下就好了。

At the end, my room was upgraded. * Room (not sure if I was upgraded to Studio or Loft): very spacious; have several outlets for charging; have separate office space and seating area; includes care pack (mask, sanitizer, etc); very comfy bed; lights and tv are controlled by an ipad - which is very convenient! * Bathroom : so big!!!! there is separate area for shower room, toilet and bathtub; the bathtub is the biggest I’ve seen among all hotels I stayed so far; there are his & hers amenities which include sewing kit, hair ties and hair clip (which is not very usual - in my experience… another luxury hotel I stayed in provided the hair tie/band but no hair clip) * In-room dining : limited selection; although I tried their club sandwich which is delicious! * Facilities : Cannot book online. Have to call the reception area. There is no sort of “control” upon entering the pool and gym area as it doesn’t need a separate key card (like their sister hotel, Sofitel City Centre) Although there are free movies as part of entertainment, a point for improvement I can think of is to allow screen mirroring or enabling TV internet so guests can use their own chromecasts if they want. Some hotels I’ve been to have this feature already. Cleanliness is rated as such because I found the curtain in the bathroom quite dirty. It is understandable that curtains are not replaced everyday so I just gave feedback to the hotel during my check-out so they can make sure it is cleaned before the next guest. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my “me time” in this hotel and I will definitely will be back for a longer period.

Penginapan 3d2n di Amoy Hotel berkonsep sangat tradisional dan sejuk! Semua bilik mempunyai nama keluarga Cina yang cukup sejuk 😎 Satu-satunya yang dapat memperbaiki keadaan kami ialah udara tidak cukup sejuk ~ Kami tinggal di bilik sepanjang hari dan kami berpeluh ketika makan tengah hari & makan malam di room🥵 Perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu baik, mesra dan bersemangat !! 👍🏻👍🏻 Hotel ini berada di kawasan CBD dan senang, berdekatan terdapat banyak makanan enak dan restoran Korea! Dan kami juga menyukai sarapan pagi dari restoran vegan Genius Central, omelet dengan roti masam sangat enak :)
