Hotel berhampiran Arab St, Singapura

Being a conservation building I totally understood that all rooms were different shapes and sizes and I was quite satisfied with my tatami room. The reception staff was quite attentive but being hotel in an international location, such as BUGIS, I would expect housekeeping STAFF to be at this conversant in one or two sentences in English. fortunately, for me, I managed to communicate with the staff with my little knowledge of Mandarin. Additionally housekeeping staff must be outsourced as I noticed they only work a few hours a day and if you need any amenities, one must contact the front desk. Overall I would stay there again and I would recommend my friends to stay there too.

they cube where clean, safe was broken in pod. washrooms where disgusting changed my flight and left a day early showers where disgusting and i nearly vomited using the washrooms,, o forfeited a night and went to a hotel in bangkok a day earlier then i planned to leave singapore,, i was not impressed to say the least twice a day is not enough with that amount of traffic the washrooms and showers should be cleaned every 2 hours and checked every hour,,, staff where helpful but the dirty toilets took away any thing a positive attitude makes up for,, you would think cleanness would be more of a priority post covid

I had one night in Singapore and finally decided to overnight in a capsule hotel, something I was thinking to do for a long time ago. I actually don't regret, the capsules were very comfortable and clean. The hotel was situated in a perfect location near plenty of bares and restaurants, you definitely will not get bored in this part of Singapore. If in comfort I didn't gave the maximum points it's because I'm 56 years old so to be able to stand up by the bed it was something I missed :-) Apart of that I do recommend this place. Note:If you have a lot of luggage it can be a problem to store it overnight. Also I booked a double capsule, if you have sensitive hears and you get a bellow capsule you might hear some grunts when the upstairs neighbors move, so always ask for a capsule above to avoid these noises. I was located in the 4th floor without elevator, it's ok but please turn on the air con on the stairs with the temperature outside rounding 30 degrees it gets really hot and humid on those stairs.

Pertama sekali, lokasinya sangat baik jika anda ingin melawat destinasi pelancongan seperti Bugis, kampong glam dan lorong haji. Ia sangat dekat dengan stesen mrt, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk sampai ke hotel tanpa memesan sebarang pengangkutan lain seperti grab atau teksi. Bilik ini agak kecil, tetapi ia sangat bersih dan selesa. Kemudahan di dalam hotel adalah sempurna, seperti syampu, gel mandian, berus gigi, pengering rambut malah seterika pakaian. Hotel yang sangat disyorkan di Singapura~

Please read - IMPORTANT about Campbell Inn: My 3 tourist friends from overseas have encountered potential scamming of tourists at this Campbell Inn. They have lodged a police report and contact Singapore Tourism Board and CASE in regards to this case. Hope by doing so, it will prevent the owner of Campbell Inn from cheating other tourists and disgracing Singapore as a safe country again. My 3 friends were ignorant of the various Google negative reviews of Campbell Inn and booked two nights with the Inn. However it seems that they have been scammed. It was their first visit to Singapore and she emailed and they tried to call the Inn several times without getting a proper response from the Inn. They wanted to inform the Inn about the late timing that they would be reaching the Inn. However as the Inn was uncontactable for a proper response, the 3 tourists decided to check-in physically at the premises. The Inn was obviously unsafe as it was occupied by alot of migrant workers in the premises and look more like a illegal foreign worker dormitory. The 3 tourists were initially informed by the receptionist that their room were given to other workers and were even asked to stay together with the male workers in the same room. They realized that these workers were wearing scantily (only sarongs) in the room and some of them appears to be drunk. The 3 tourists refused and left the Inn immediately feeling the whole situation was not right and unsafe. However they were left stranded on the streets in the middle of the night. My friends credit card was deducted for the nights which they did not stay in the Inn. They believed that the Inn management have planned this scam in such a manner that they can easily cheat the tourists who did not know the actual ground situation of the Inn. Also suspect several of these workers may be overstayers without legal work permits as they seems to be staying there for a long time. The Inn is definitely not a safe place for tourists to stay in. The practice of this Inn not only causes distress to the overseas visitors but also shame us Singaporeans which our country projected a very safe reputation to visitors from all over the world. The matter has been reported to relevant Singapore authorities.

Best location. Take exit A from MRT bencoolen with a lift to hotel. Room is good and clean but not much sound-proof so you might hear next room sometimes. Staff are nice and helpful.

Location is excellent! It's 3-5 minutes walking distance to the Downtown Line (blue) and Circle Line (yellow). A few Churches around (St Peter, St Joesph, CHIJMES, etc.), and a food court at the mall opposite to hotel. Around 10 minutes walking distance to Bugis, you can walk along the night market street to Bugis or back to hotel. There is an express route 502 directly from IMM (outlet mall) to Hotel. Staff are helpful and nice. However, room is a bit small to place luggage.

Lokasi sangat bagus, tempat makan berdekatan, hiburan untuk kanak-kanak seperti Kiztopia, mainan .. Perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Terutama tunduk pada majlis resepsi, dia sangat membantu dan mempunyai kecenderungan yang menyenangkan. Meminta tuala dan bantal tambahan dari kod QR dan menerima barang dalam 15 minit. Sangat cekap. Juga dapat menempah slot kolam dengan mudah menggunakan kod QR. Kolam renang dijaga dengan baik dan mempunyai tuala berenang yang cukup. Diharapkan untuk 3d2n dengan 4yo saya yang tidak boleh berhenti bercakap mengenai penginapannya di hotel ini. Dia menyukai bilik pemandangan Marina Bay, ruang permainan di tingkat 4, Kiztopia berada berdekatan, berdekatan dengan makanan segera dan restoran .. suka kolam renang dan tab mandi bilik. Dia meminta untuk kembali lagi selama 10 malam lol.

This place is cheap and aits on a big road and infront there is a bus stop which is vey nice

Bilik bersih. Tiada penghawa dingin di dalam kabinet kapsul. Mula-mula rasa panas tapi bila tidur tak panas dan boleh tidur ☺️ Dalam bilik ada air, tisu, sabun dan syampu ada pengering rambut di luar bilik air. Terdapat beberapa titik pengecasan bateri yang tersedia👍👍 Anda harus membawa sandal. untuk berjalan ke bilik air juga Tapi mungkin ada bau hapak sikit, tapi boleh tahan air minum kat dapur, air panas, air sejuk, kopi, teh ada😊😊
