Benar-benar mempunyai pengalaman yang sangat baik di Kampung Changi. Pernah ke sini beberapa kali Pra Covid, sangat gembira dapat kembali. Kakitangan pejabat depan dan Pengurus sangat membantu dan baik, terutamanya Cik Ponnaresi. Perkhidmatan pelanggan yang ikhlas dan luar biasa👏 Terima kasih atas kejutan hari jadi! Akan kembali ke sini pastinya 😉

We really enjoy our stay! Also thank you to front office staff specially to ammy for the complimentary birthday cake and card! We really appreciate it! We book a superior room but they give us deluxe room but its ok we still enjoy our stay, nice buffet breakfast also! Hope soon we can have a room with a nice view when we come back, its near at the beach and changi village hawer center. If your looking for a vacation away from city life! I proud this recommend this hotel for your next trip!

It's an ideal hotel for a laid-back traveller. Room is of decent size though may be a little old or outdatted but still great and cozy to stay in. Hope the management will spruce up the facade of the building. Sea view room is very pleasant and refreshing. However B2 parking will require some upgrading work and one unutilised corner (the far corner of the car park after the B2 lift lobby) feels eerie and damp and definitely requires immediate attention. Overall stays have been good and will continue to patronise this hotel due to close proximity to a food court and also the many possible recreational activities that can be done nearby. BTW, this was my 3rd stay in this hotel since August 2023.

Excellent staycation . Best of it was the free shuttle bus service to Changi Airport . We took the bus there to shop and dine . The hotel is just opposite Changi village and hawker centre so there are plenty of dining options . The are 2 pools and the gym is adequately equipped . The buffet breakfast is value for money and I would recommend this place for short staycation . The staff is polite and I must give a shout out to the housekeeping team who make sure that our room is clean . Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable .

Amazing hotel!! My husband and I were transitting overnight in Singapore, so we spent 1 night here. We got a bit worried when we arrived as the hotel looks quite old and worn on the outside. But the inside is a completely different story! We booked a twin (superior) room, but one wasn't available when we arrived, so they upgraded us to a king room with no extra cost. Our room was very spacious! Shower/bath combo with an amazing shower head! Bathroom was in impeccable condition! Our bed felt like we were sleeping on clouds- very soft and comfortable. WiFi was also quite reasonable. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, too; which is conveniently open till 10. The lifts were fascinating as they're cylindrical and you can watch them go up and down. The hotel itself is situated right near a big stretch of well-priced restaurants, which is very convenient. Just don't leave the hotel at breakfast time as the buffet breakfast at the hotel is delicious; good coffee too! **This hotel also offers a FREE shuttle bus to and from Changi airport! Pity we didn't know about it when we booked, so we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We took the bus back to the airport the following morning. We experienced very friendly and hospitable staff at both check in and check out! Although we only stayed one ,my husband and I would have loved to stay longer!

Plane chasing. That's a new phrase I learned from wifey. It is ideal to engage in this new hobby at lvl 8 of the hotel. We had a chamomile tea relaxing at Atelier watching the fading sunlight as dusk arrived. The scenery was replaced by distant lights of each aircraft as it descends closer n closer onto Changi airport.

Relaxing location, near to Changi beach. Cozy room but toilet has no bidet. Facilities are okay.

The driver of the shuttle bus is helpful in the morning. But the check-in experience is really a nightmare. I didn’t feel any warm welcome. The lady handled us with a cold face. Even though she made a wrongly luggage given upon check-in, at least she was trying to help at some time. The manager in grey wasn’t trying to help at any time when I tried to ask for help as a customer with a simple request. He just expressed his rudeness, impatience and arrogance.He even tried to argue and blame for his customer the way he treated me as a troublemaker maker not a customer, which made me my whole experience rather uncomfortable. There are several ants found in the room. The bedside table and bathtub are dirty. However, I don't want to argue anymore about this cause I was really tired that day.When I tried to call the front desk several times for an extra blanket, the was no answer for 10 minutes. When I tried to check downstairs, I saw a long queue there then I can show some understanding. By the way, the lobby staff there listened to me and delivered the blanket very soon. His helpfulness made me a bit warmer. However, the check-in experience is awful, I was even introduced to the 8th floor outdoor swimming poor for rest in a rainy day, which was ridiculous but was their only way to solve my request. Village Hotels is a chain brand in the Singaporean market. I don't know what is your strategy and brand value. I want to say you may not care about the Chinese market. Sometimes the hotel facilities are not easy to improve, but the customer care and basic service sense is simple but very important. Pls treat your customer with the basic respect and professionalism. Especially your manager's task is trying to calm down and solve guest's problem as soon as possible not to make your customer more embarrassing and uncomfortable. The manager power should not be used in such way in a hospitality industry. If your customer writes such a long comments and suggestion, it means he still has some expectation on your brand. On the other way, you can also treat it as a trash talk and we just don't need to have any connection in the future. In the end thanks for the driver and the lobby staff that day. They made me a bit warmer at the some junction of time.

Peaceful and amazing view. Room is clean and spacious.

We booked the rooms for a birthday celebration. We would highly recommend this hotel due to the following: 1. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. 2. Customer service team is very friendly and patient 3. Hotel gave a small gift and birthday card for birthday celebration. 4. Kids love to swim at the infinity pool. 5. There are many restaurants, convenience stores and hawker centers within walking distance which is excellent.

Lots of local food around the hotel and a beautiful beach

We got complimentary early check in from the front desk which was much appreciated. Rooms were descent size. Showing abit of age. Location is far from everywhere but overall a great stay.

Pros: Generally quite a clean and comfortable stay. Pleasant frontdesk service. I love it that there were not one but two pools: the rooftop pool offered great views and strong winds, but it can get crowded. The pool at ground level was great to swim in too, especially when we had the whole pool to ourselves. Charming neighborhood with a village energy, with lots of food options that highlight flavours of local cuisine. Walking distance to the beach for those inclined. Cons: The state of the hotel is noticeably old: Unsightly rust streaks cake the building walls facing the interior courtyard. I appreciate being assigned a room with a balcony, but the balcony felt a tad dirty. The variety of TV channels for viewing is satisfactory, but the (antenna?) connection was so bad that screen resolution is affected (even the local channels!). WiFi is serviceable but rather slow.
