Returned to stay again because I liked it the previous time. Thank you for the kind gesture to give us a freeze upgrade (though we didn’t make use of the loft at all). Been to so many hotel stays before but this is the first time seeing a toilet bowl full of pee stain when we lifted up the cover. Informed the concierge, only to have the housekeeping to come in and clean the toilet (just use chemicals to wipe and disinfect) in front of us. There’s no change of room discussion btw. This uncleaned toilet bowl is unacceptable but other than this, I’m ok with the hotel.

Daftar masuk sangat mudah dan saya suka bahawa jalan masuk ke Bugis Junction terus dibuka. Menikmati santapan di Chikuyotei dan potongan 10% tambahan yang diberikan kepada tetamu hotel. Dijanjikan hadiah ulang tahun oleh jabatan tempahan tetapi tidak ada yang muncul. Foto dalam talian menunjukkan bilik-bilik mempunyai mesin nespresso tetapi ternyata hanya terdapat di bilik-bilik yang mahal. Mengecewakan tetapi tidak membiarkannya mengganggu kita terlalu banyak. Satu-satunya keluhan saya semasa penginapan saya adalah bahawa penyaman udara di hotel lemah. Langsir dilabuhkan dan pintu tandas ditutup namun suhu penyejukan tidak dapat dirasakan. Sekiranya ia berada pada suhu terendah dan masih berkeringat. Saya memanggil meja depan untuk menghantar penyelenggaraan semasa saya keluar dari bilik saya, tidak pasti sama ada mereka datang. Saya kembali selepas itu dan penyaman udara terasa lebih sejuk atau mungkin kerana waktu malam. Mungkin Intercontinental Singapore adalah salah satu hotel dengan termostat untuk persembahan dan para tetamu tidak mempunyai kawalan sebenar.

Tambahan: - Lokasi sangat bagus, banyak makanan di sekitar sehingga larut malam - Biliknya bersih, dijarakkan dengan baik, dan saya dapati susun aturnya menyegarkan - Bar mini mempunyai banyak minuman dan percuma Tolak: - Kami tidak diperuntukkan masa daftar masuk dan malangnya terpaksa beratur selama 40 minit untuk mendaftar masuk. - Tempahan kolam habis dengan pantas (esp pada hari Sabtu) dan oleh itu kami terlepas peluang untuk satu hari - Mendengar ulasan yang meracau, tetapi sejujurnya pemandangan kolam itu agak kurang menggembirakan Ia juga tidak mudah untuk mencapai perkhidmatan tetamu, dan permintaan kami untuk peralatan mandian tiba juga mengambil masa lebih lama daripada yang dijangkakan. Semasa mendaftar masuk, saya tidak dimaklumkan tentang naik taraf percuma jadi itu satu kejutan untuk saya. Secara keseluruhannya bilik ini cukup luas; suka keselesaan katil. Namun penghawa dingin di bilik saya mempunyai beberapa masalah yang menyusun atau menjejaskan penginapan saya di sana. Proses daftar masuk agak cepat tetapi adalah lebih baik jika lebih banyak kaunter tersedia untuk memudahkan cara yang lebih cekap untuk memastikan tetamu dapat mendaftar masuk.

Parkroyal at beach road ialah hotel vintaj yang telah menemani singapura dalam pembinaan negaranya sejak 1970-an. Lokasi sangat baik kerana 5 minit berjalan kaki dari. Stesen MRT Lebuhraya Nicole dan pasar jalan pantai yang terkenal. Apa yang saya suka tentang hotel ini ialah lobi vintajnya yang memberikan rasa retro dan bersahaja. Ia berbeza dengan hotel lain. Terdapat juga beberapa telebear gergasi di sofa lobi yang merupakan permata untuk menghiburkan kanak-kanak dan menambah suasana hangatnya. Biliknya besar dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Katilnya juga padat. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki mungkin bahagian luar tingkap kelihatan berdebu dan beberapa menu TV kabel berbeza daripada saluran sebenar. Contoh saluran 14 ditulis pada panduan sebagai filem musang. Tetapi saluran sebenar adalah HBO. Disebabkan sekatan covid, saya memesan sarapan dalam bilik. Nasi lemak ikan cray beras ungu adalah antara yang terbaik yang saya makan, pasti hidangan saya akan sangat mengesyorkan. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki ialah kopi suam yang mungkin lebih hangat. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman itu bagus. Permata lain ialah restoran cina Si Chuan Dou Hua. Minuman kacang soya kaya dan sedikit atau tiada gula. Saya akan suka tinggal di sana untuk staycation lagi.

Location was good - plenty of food stalls downstairs. Stay was not that pleasant and rest/sleep was largely interrupted. Bathroom had a foul sewage smell the moment I stepped in and had to get the staff to spray air freshener but it still came back after a while (it was a 2-night stay). Hard to get the reception - took 3 hours for someone to pick up my call just to get fresh towels. The view from the room was just a wall outside. As the room was beside the lift lobby, there were constant noises of many people walking around/talking/shouting outside. There was also a strange dull echoey drumming sound the whole day, louder especially at night.

Folks and I stayed a night at Hotel Mi Rochor. Prompt and fuss free check-in and we got our rooms on the same level as requested. Though the room was fairly small, but it's really adequate for two guests even with luggage. Beds and pillows were firm and clean, to our likings. Both rooms were really clean and there's an additional tap for premium drinking water, and there's kettle available for warm water and hot beverages. The toilet/shower is small, but the tap/sink is situated outside the toilet, so that's convenient. It was pouring the whole day, but that didn't deter us from heading out. I overheard that the hotel doesn't provide any umbrellas, but you can purchase raincoats/umbrellas at the 7-11 situated right next to the hotel. We had ours, and we headed out for our lunch and dinner at Waterloo and Bugis areas, just 5 - 10 minutes walk away. Rochor mrt station is just next to Hotel Mi, so we could also reach Marina/Suntec area within 5 minutes. I like this location as it's just walking distance to the main streets for F&B/shoppings/sightseeing activities, but yet we are away from the noise and buzz. So we could have good quiet early rest.

Very nice central location, room Abit small but we got an upgrade since we are Accor members. Staff very helpful especially Roghini from Front desk night shift, we had a nice chat about Singapore!! Only thing missing is bidet for our Muslim showers needs hope they will put someday but no biggie we would still recommend to our friends and families

This is my first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon. If you don't mind staying in Little India, you can consider this hotel. I chose the deluxe twin bed, which was really comfortable for two couples; the single beds were quite spacious. The hotel is large and clean, with well-maintained facilities. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient. Although the breakfast options are not extensive, they still serve nice food.

There were no person/receptionist in the hotel, like literally there were no person take care of the place, reservation only by online (talking to the person in charge by using zoom), so i feel not really safe and cautious all the time. The room is so damp, which makes the floor feels nasty and uncomfortable to step on bcs the floor is watery. Tissue toilet is already yellowish and not a brand new tissue. The pillow case is smelly and seems like the bed isn’t that clean (still got dust and a bit dirt, and a strand of hair is detected). Wasn’t that good experience tho.

Please read - IMPORTANT about Campbell Inn: My 3 tourist friends from overseas have encountered potential scamming of tourists at this Campbell Inn. They have lodged a police report and contact Singapore Tourism Board and CASE in regards to this case. Hope by doing so, it will prevent the owner of Campbell Inn from cheating other tourists and disgracing Singapore as a safe country again. My 3 friends were ignorant of the various Google negative reviews of Campbell Inn and booked two nights with the Inn. However it seems that they have been scammed. It was their first visit to Singapore and she emailed and they tried to call the Inn several times without getting a proper response from the Inn. They wanted to inform the Inn about the late timing that they would be reaching the Inn. However as the Inn was uncontactable for a proper response, the 3 tourists decided to check-in physically at the premises. The Inn was obviously unsafe as it was occupied by alot of migrant workers in the premises and look more like a illegal foreign worker dormitory. The 3 tourists were initially informed by the receptionist that their room were given to other workers and were even asked to stay together with the male workers in the same room. They realized that these workers were wearing scantily (only sarongs) in the room and some of them appears to be drunk. The 3 tourists refused and left the Inn immediately feeling the whole situation was not right and unsafe. However they were left stranded on the streets in the middle of the night. My friends credit card was deducted for the nights which they did not stay in the Inn. They believed that the Inn management have planned this scam in such a manner that they can easily cheat the tourists who did not know the actual ground situation of the Inn. Also suspect several of these workers may be overstayers without legal work permits as they seems to be staying there for a long time. The Inn is definitely not a safe place for tourists to stay in. The practice of this Inn not only causes distress to the overseas visitors but also shame us Singaporeans which our country projected a very safe reputation to visitors from all over the world. The matter has been reported to relevant Singapore authorities.

We were told originally we would pay on arrival, we got an invoice around 3 days before we arrived to say we’d paid but had a free upgrade to a 6 bed (there were only 4 of us) with a private bathroom. We didn’t realise they were taking the money prior to our arrival however this wasn’t a massive issue but would have been nice to be aware! Staff were lovely, we didn’t actually have a private bathroom but again it was alright for the price we paid. Beds were kind of comfy, some more than others (the doubles), the singles felt a bit like a lilo and very plasticky! Rooms were very tight to get through but again, not horrendous! It’s quite a noisy building, however the location is brilliant! Centre of little India and close to a few DT MRTS (rocher, bugis, little India) - and the food around it is lush! - but for backpackers I wouldn’t say it’s the most social, I’m unsure about the other 7 wonders around Singapore but this one was very quiet in the respect of meeting others!

Perkhidmatan ini baik, kakitangan yang sangat baik, bilik yang baik. Cuma kelemahannya ialah berjalan kaki ke MRT bukanlah yang paling dekat, tetapi pastinya bukan jarak yang sukar ditanggung. Beri masa 7-10 minit.

Located right next to a bus stop and a 5-minute walk from a MRT station, this budget hotel screams value. Two restaurants right at the ground floor of the premises and a very famous Indian restaurant (A2B) within 3 minutes walk away, good food is very close by. Mustafa centra is a 5-minute walk. A no-frills, impeccably clean hotel in a great location - excellent value for money. We stayed there for 9 nights and every morning the cleaning team was prompt to leave our room blushing clean. My request for extra towels were immediately taken care of and seen through all 9 days. 24-hour hot water and air-conditioning were top-notch. Special shout-out to Ms Pam and Richard at the front desk who gave us wonderful tips about their country and made us feel right at home. The room cleaning persons (sorry, I missed taking their names) did a fabulous job every single day! I was travelling with 2 young kids and had requested a room on a higher floor with a double bed. They were able to accommodate me on their 7th floor (not noisy at night) but could provide me with only twin beds. This was a minor blip in the otherwise exceptional service provided my the hotel. Rooms near the lift tend to be a bit noisy throughout the day. Room # 710 was great - 7th floor and far from the lift. I'd recommend this place again to anyone looking for a no-frills budget hotel in a great location.
