Maklumat pesanan sangat lama. Pesanan itu termasuk sarapan. Meja depan hotel tidak menjumpai sarapan. Kualiti sarapannya terlalu buruk dan saya kecewa. Saya tahu lebih baik pergi ke kedai serbaneka untuk membeli makanan sendiri. Terdapat bas percuma ke lapangan terbang di seberang hotel, yang sangat mudah. Anda boleh sampai ke lapangan terbang dalam masa 10 minit. Daftar keluar sangat cepat tanpa pemeriksaan.

Forced to find a hotel near LHR when BA cancelled my flight. Ridiculously overpriced. Check in was problematic as staff in training. Room was basic but comfortable enough for one night. Pool closed. No signage, so constantly had to ask for directions. Concierge on the morning I checked out (15th July) was snooty to the point of extreme rudeness. She was the same with every guest when all they wanted was help in finding the shuttle timetable/ location back to the airport. Clearly she isn’t suited for customer ‘service’. Not worth the money and to be treated with contempt. Look elsewhere.

Excellent service from arrival to departure. The front office officer was very attentive and professional, she organized and met above my expectations. She was very meticulous and helpful. Breakfast set up was impressive with good services too. Am very impressed with high hygienic standards from guest room to cafe for bfast though is one night transit. I will continue to support Sheraton when return to London. Excellent!!

The hotel surprised me a lot. It is very close to the Heathrow airport. The service and cleanliness is excellent. There is also a social gathering in the lobby with complimentary snacks and drinks every Monday to Thursday. I had a nice stay in this hotel.

The location us super convenient if you are near T4, so don't have to walk a long way in the middle of the night to find somewhere to sleep. It takes around 5min walk on the link bridge to access the hotel lobby. Room prices also included breakfast for 2 person in each room. Smooth check in just like the other IHG hotels (14:00 - 06:00). Check out time is 11:00am. Rooms are clean and comfy for travellers. The room comes with two set of pillows (soft and firm) which is very nice of them thinking like this. Hairdryer and iron is also available. Everything else was up to expectations for an airport hotel, I would only say the walk from the lift to your room is quite far and the carpet is not the easiest to pulled a 20kg suitcase.

It doesn't take much to send your bar staff on a cocktail course and buy a ice crusher to make a margharita. Please don't advertise it if it can't be made. Very expensive too considering it tasted of soap and had big chunks of ice floating in it and a slice of lemon and not lime. I chose to stay for two nights as a destination hotel rather than 'just a hotel near the airport' so I suppose you could label a 'service' hotel but I have felt after being here for one day and one more night to go, it is not a place where people want to create or make relationships as I have felt it being rather a 'no' environment. I have done my best to be friendly but felt a little bit like more of a nuisance for wanting to create more relationships as a solo traveller especially when at 10 staff started to clear breakfast before I was even finished at 10.30 and then looked at a plate I had taken with me to my room as if to say 'you shouldn't be taking that' when it felt too uncomfortable to finish it in the main room. I may be unusual in my longer stay but I have still paid and a good customer and travel and stay in hotels a lot. The price is a good deal but that should still reflect good service. There should also be instructions on how to work the tv as I couldn't and then I met two ladies who had sat in the lounge for 4 hrs because they also couldn't work it so I helped them out. I train staff in friendliness and not saying they weren't but in my opinion, their needs to be a bit more approachability for a hotel near a major London airport with such incredible facilities such as a roof terrace overlooking the runway. It feels a bit like it has been forgotten and just left to be as it is as a very small part of the large Thistle Hotel Chain.

It was a good hotel with all the amenities in the hotel. The size of the rooms are pretty small but okay for an individual. best part about the hotel was the location, it is very close to Airport ( you can just hop on the london bus ).
