Brilliant hotel! We had a lovely sea view. Room was spotless and perfect size for a family. We had family room 2 kids +cot there was plenty of space to live for the week. Everything you need. Bed was the best bed we have ever slept in. Everything on your doorstep. Menu has plenty, loved the £5 value menu ideal for the larger families on a budget. The best part where the staff, they couldn't do any more for you. The girl on the desk, didn't get her name but brown hair always there to help us. Kirk and jamie-leigh went bove and beyond for us when we dined. My children loved the attention and they went above and beyond to make them feel special! They can't wait to come back and see you all again! Thank you xxx

The hotel was very clean, staff very kind and friendly, bed very comfortable. The restaurant was very clean, staff very friendly and food delicious...all toilets were very clean...I felt very happy and safe and the place was very welcoming.

I have been staying here regularly since the hotel opened and used to enjoy staying here. But no more since the introduction of parking fees. The hotel wasn’t the cheapest to stay in in the first place but now because of the parking charges I will no longer be staying here😢

Happy,helpful staff in a very clean comfortable hotel. Evening meal was very good and breakfast had a very good choice of hot and cold food Rooms were very clean and comfortable with a decent coffee machine as a bonus!! Easy parking for £3 overnight was good value as well.

Good Location , it near the sea front that I can walk in the early morning and evening. Walk to the Train station only 10-15 mins. The breakfast is good specially the bread and muffin. You can have a great breakfast here. The hotel service also good and clean.

We both had a very poor night's sleep. Soundproofing at this hotel is extremely bad. Noise could be heard from guests in other rooms and slamming doors overnight. If you want a good night's sleep, stay elsewhere. Very disappointing for Premier Inn.

Premier inn Skegness stayed on Saturday 1st February room was great everything was spot on. We booked early to take advantage of the free breakfast offer so pleased we did breakfast was terrific great choice and would happily pay for it next time. I would highly recommend this hotel the location is very good close to all amenities the room had everything you needed and the place was spotless. Five stars and thanks to all staff.

On arriving it was a nice experience booking in the room 209 what a mess curtain hanging down bed not made properly toilet leaked all the time we were there extractor in bathroom not working at all towel dirty spoke with reception to be told on no not again . Went for evening meal ordered mixed grill and fish and chips mix grill stone cold my wife ate her fish and chips before I coulgrt help with my meal considering it cost £16.99 plus £2 for pepper sauce ok I was offered a new one as I hadn’t touched it but my wife had eaten by now offered a pudding lol really or a free drink in the end Kayleigh who was fantastic by the way gave me a £5 voucher which I declined as I will not be going back they are building a new hotel down the road the premier inn has gone so far down hill whitbread should be ashamed

When we went in, you could easily check in, you have to use key card to get upstairs to the rooms, so very safe, the room was spacious easy to go downstairs and find your way around, the front main doors at entrance are locked so can only open if you have key card, everything was clean, breakfast was so lovely, staff are friendly also very close to the beach, will definitely be going again
