Hotel di Sleman Sub-District

Bilik hotel agak luas. Keadaan hotel sangat bersih. Perkhidmatan bilik tiba dengan cepat apabila diperlukan. Tiada sabun cecair disediakan. Bilik ini tidak begitu kalis bunyi sehingga bunyi orang berjalan dan bercakap di luar bilik boleh didengari dengan jelas. Tetapi secara keseluruhan ia sangat menyenangkan tinggal di sini

I’m sorry I have to tell you this but this hotel is overrated. Get the 12th placed in Tripadv so I thought this hotel would be great. In fact, I wasn’t satisfied. I got the dirty bed sheet and when I complained about this and asked to change the room, the receptionist said that they will changed the bed sheet. I try to understand and let them changed it. When the Housekeeping came to changed the bed sheet, he didn’t wear any mask until I asked him to and he went out to looking for the mask :) I mean, this is during the pandemic, why your staff didn’t wear any mask?? The worst part is, when he already changed the bed sheet, it also dirty :) how come you didn’t check on it before you use it? The room itself didn’t satisfy me, the towel is torn. I don’t think this hotel also follow the health protocol during this pandemic.

After you checked in, you will ride a shuttle to your room. The room is spacious. What we like from this resort is the quietness and also feeding the fishes from your balcony. There are a loooot of fishes in the lake. You will also get a free lake tour on a boat. In the afternoon you can buy satay from your balcony and also bakso from your front door. Hope to stay here again in the future 👍

For the first time I check this hotel because near Ambarukmo Plaza, then there was a lot street food on jalan Wahid Hasyim. I'm sure you're never feel hungry in the middle of night. Easy Check in and helpful staff, This hotel did'nt provide mineral water bottle, but they provide you a glass water jug, so you can reffil as free flow . #this is i Loved.. Amenities is good, all fungtion in room runs well. I have reserv for superior twin room, its possible if you want extra bed. They have smooking room if you want, so you can note on your reservation. Placed at Dagen, part of Malioboro street makes this hotel have an easy access to wherever we desire to go visit in Yogya. Near to the Station was one of the reason I pick this hotel. The team let me have the access to the hotel room in early check-in time. Room was nice and neat. The TV had various channel both local and international. One more great thing is the outdoor area on 5th floor, such cozy to hangout.

Suka banget kamarnya. Ranjang empuk banget layaknya bintang 5. Breakfast very delicious and satisfying. View dari kamar bagus banget. akan book lagi jika liburan kesana lagi

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! enjoy staycation here with lots of activities for young kids. easy to find foods near hotel such as mcd, pizza hut, and mall around 2km. friendly service and staff.

Pleasant stay If you're on a budget, this hotel is a good option. Room was clean, minimalist industrial interior, sufficient amenities, room a little bit dark, but still okay, no views outside the window Bathroom, no separate between shower and closet, so the bathroom will get wet and slippery, other than that, the bathroom quite spacious, so it's comfortable to bath Walking distance to Malioboro, didn't take breakfast, because i prefer local culinary.
