We have made contact this this hotel well in advance to combine multiple reservations made through different sources into 1. Unfortunately, due to a plane delay, we did not arrive to the hotel until about 3am. And then it took 2.5 front desk clerks about 40 minutes to check us in and do what we asked for well in advance. Moreover, they told us we do not get a free breakfast, although I later saw in our trip confirmation that it clearly said that breakfast was included. The level of incompetence of their stuff is only surpassed by how outdated their rooms are. We were pleasantly surprised by having a US-style outlet in the room, but were quickly bummed to realize that it was really the only good outlet there. The USB and regular outlets were so old, all the chargers were showing hours and hours of projected charging time. For whatever reason, the air kept resetting to 15C every day. On the positive side, I must mention, that the location of this hotel, which is within 10-15 minutes drive from Elizabeth line, Heathrow, Windsor and the WB Harry Potter is just great! I just hope the the renovations under way there will be much more all encompassing than just the building updates.

I really got screwed with this booking. My flight was canceled, and I was a bit desperate for a place to stay overnight. ”Bianca's Hotel” was quite a bit cheaper than the places closer to the airport. So I booked it and took a taxi there. But the taxi driver couldn't find the place. We were in a residential neighborhood, not anywhere that you might expect to find a hotel. So I called the property, and the guy told me to get out at #1 Torridge Road and walk to #19, which seemed really weird. I asked him if there was a sign, and he said no. I mean, what kind of a hotel requires that you walk down a dark residential street looking for a place with no sign? When I said that I wasn't comfortable doing that, he suggested that I just cancel, and mentioned that he could get 500 GPB for the room (I had paid ~200). I was pretty sketched out at this point, so I just cancelled and went back to the airport. Later on, I tried to get a refund, and he refused. He also blocked my calls and marked me as a no-show. So now I'm out the 200 GBP for this ”hotel” plus the 60 GBP for the taxi there and back. And after all of that, I ended up just staying overnight at the airport. This place seems really scammy.

Upon arriving at the hotel i was quickly checked in and upgraded to a better room on a high floor with a view. The hotel is located on London Road and there are regular buses to and from Heathrow airport. I have also have full buffet breakfast included in my booking and there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Great value for money and convenient location for Heathrow airport.

Stayed here for two nights, one week apart as we were forced to overnight stop to catch connecting flights. Yes, it is basic but it was clean, warm and well decorated. The owner was welcoming and very helpful, advising us to book a taxi back to T5 for the following morning as it was the same price as the bus. I initially made an error on the second booking, requesting the wrong night and it was quickly rectified with no penalty. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

What a lovely welcoming homely hotel. I went alone on a business trip and the owner was so welcoming friendly and helpful. The room was perfect size for just myself with everything I could need, a very comfy bed, ample workspace and a tv to relax with. Breakfast in the morning g was always served with a smile and was delicious every time. Very convenient area for food nearby with some really tasty options only walking distance. And a nice park and green area just five minutes walk away too. Also if you like fishing Farnham is very nearby 😉 I cannot thank everyone enough for making my stay so delightful especially the owner. Should I travel to Slough again for work or pleasure this is where I’d want to stay.

No complaints with the hotel overall, good location, good price, clean, efficient as always. The main gripe is with rooms with a door to the room next door - please Premier Inn either soundproof these doors really well, or give customers the choice of having a room without an adjoining door - the couple in the next room were so inconsiderate, talking/laughing loudly, playing music late into the night, and to top it all off keeping my family awake late at night by having noisy sex!

The Staff were polite..Shout out to Lanieta..she was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Best quality ratio in this area and amazing location, beautifuldistrict with easy access to public transport. Will surely come again!

I have stayed many times at the Residence Inn Slough with my most recent stay being for over two months. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and perfect for long stays. There is a large open plan area on the top floor to relax or do some work during the day and they have recently opened a restaurant in the evenings with a decent food menu. All this is in addition to having full access to the Moxy hotel bar and restaurant on the ground floor with a standard drinks menu and food. The staff are absolutely brilliant…couldn’t be more friendly if they tried. Staying for over two months my own experience and my observations, it doesn’t matter if you’re staying one night or 80 nights - the staff take the time to interact with and get to know every guest. Thanks very much to Chris, Angel, Brice, Harry, Jess and every member of their team for their hospitality….i’ll definitely be back.
