The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. The location was great, completely walkable to all of the sights. However, the hotel needs a renovation. The room was comfortable and roomy, and the bathroom and bedding were clean. The carpet was stained and needs replacing, and the baseboards are damaged.

Nice hotel in quiet area. Big building free parking. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

I had a great experience with Hotel Zoo Sofia, I stayed for 3 nights with friends, we visited the zoo which is behind the hotel 5 minutes by foot from the entrance, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff at the reception were very kind and explained to us what we can visit and see in area, they have a parking lot which is paid with a symbolic amount of 10 BGN, but we were calm because there was always a place to park and our car was in a protected place. something that first impressed us were the maids of the hotel who were very funny and kind, they always asked us if we needed anything, they cleaned the rooms very carefully! thank you for your attention and care.

Clean, perfect location, free parking. The beds are a bit hard and it would be better of you guys check whether the bottles of water in the rooms are full; mines were empty.

就在市中心附近的位置，走到步行街也非常方便，但是酒店整體其實沒有宣傳的那麼大，早餐的種類也就是幾種麪包，並不是特別豐富！如果是需要從機場打車到市中心的話衹要當地幣20就差不多了，我被要了40，小心被宰！

Very good hotel with parking (paid) and good location close to Alexander Nevski cathedral. If you're a tourist with a car, it's worth to try it. Relatively peaceful part, a street away from the main road, so the noise wasn't bad. Breakfast bit more expensive, but was really good.

This is a nice property situated in the best part of Sofia for visitors, close to heaps of eating, drinking and shopping opportunities. Our room was spacious with all that you require. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom roomy with plenty of shelf space . Breakfast was fine and we enjoyed staying here. Reception staff spoke English and were mostly helpful. The exception was a male person, not Julian, who was useless and spent his time as far away from the counter as possible with his pretty head down playing with his phone. In the matter of replacing our fridge he was rude and showed zero initiative. Hopefully he will find somewhere else to ”work”.

We had an amazing time staying at the hotel. The rooms are tidy, clean and spacious. They offer a huge and tasty breakfast that will delight you. Besides, a huge plus for us was the staff, they were very sweet, kind and helpful. I strongly recommend to stay at the hotel when visiting Sofia.

If you could, I would give 0 - because of the hotel, because of the total lack of responsibility from the management, customer experience and customer satisfaction are certainly words that will remain misunderstood by the entire staff of the hotel chain! In short, I booked 3 rooms for foreigners who come on business trip The guests arrived at different times late Sunday night and next morning they all wanted to move out and change hotels due to several issues with the rooms they had. The complaints of all guests from all rooms on two different floors were the same: 1. Problems with hot water - the water in the bathrooms is sometimes hot and sometimes cold and it is difficult to take a bath, constant change between cold and hot water and the inability to adjust it. It was confirmed as a problem by the front desk person. 2. High temperature in the rooms - all guests complained that the rooms were very hot and it was not possible to adjust the temperature. This was also confirmed as an issue that was known to the hotel staff. 3. Poor internet connection - the guests were foreigners and relied on the internet at the hotel but unfortunately it was almost impossible to use. The guests were so disappointed that even after the few hours spent in the hotel (literally under 12 hours) they were unwilling to look at other options that were offered by the front desk and wanted to move out immediately and move to another hotel. The most interesting thing is that for two months now there has been absolutely no feedback from the hotel, no matter how many times I have tried to contact them. In this way, customers are definitely not won.
