Albergo di ottomo livello ubicato in pieno centro a poca distanza dalla stazione metro di Serdica. Camera spaziosa e dotata di confort con letti molto ampi. Bello il bagno in marmo verde.

The location is excellent, with three metro lines just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and very clean. The windows are highly soundproof, so outside noise is not an issue. The hotel also provides useful amenities, the lobby is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience. The only downside was the housekeeping staff, who started talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning. Because the room doors are not well soundproofed, it sounded as though they were speaking right outside—or even inside—the room, which made it difficult to sleep. It would be much better if they communicated more quietly or found another way to coordinate instead of shouting in the hallways.

Hotel un poco alejado del centro, unos 20 minutos. Con las bajas temperaturas-7 se hacía largo el camino.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est correct et la propreté également. En revanche, l’accueil était peu agréable, sans sourire, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement hôtelier. De plus, des sachets de thé étaient mis à disposition le premier jour, mais pas le lendemain, ce qui manque de cohérence.

It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

It was a comfortable stay. I was able to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out without any issues. The hotel is very close to the metro and tram stops, making it easy to get around. If you enjoy walking, you can even walk to the city center and explore Sofia, although it is a bit of a long walk. It’s also very close to a shopping mall, which I think is a great advantage.

In general, the hotel is very good, close to Vitosha blvd and city center and clean, Standard Double Room is spacious enough The continental breakfast is sufficent but is served in the lobby and it is very weird, also it is overpriced to my opinion (15 Euro/person) Hot water in the rooms on the higher floors starts after several minutes of waiting after opening the handle of the faucet I would rate it as good 3 star hotel rather than 4

Spacious, well decorated room with good sized bed and mattress. However, room got stuffy at night and air con wasn’t really working. Breakfast was good in terms of spread but the room needs more tables - or separate the bigger tables as it was hard to find seating during the weekend at 8.30am… location was great next to the metro and an easy walk to Vitosha Boulevard.
