Hotel di Sofia City Center, Sofia

設施：標準的連鎖酒店設施，房間很大，能推着嬰兒車進去。 衞生：浴室很大，乾淨。但是馬桶特別靠牆，導致每次使用時都不太方便。 環境：我們被安排在了正對電梯的房間，晚上會聽到電梯的聲音，以及別人走過的聲音，有一點被打擾到。 房子中間有一個巨大的柱子，佔用了很大的空間，也顯得房子特別奇怪。 服務：中規中矩吧。我預訂的是標準房間，大約100€ per night. 我不知道是不是因為這是最便宜的房間？ 所以面對電梯，而且房間中央有根巨大的柱子？？

Великолепный отель. Хорошие завтраки. Персонал очень вежливый! Спасибо ребятам за прием! Чистые номера, персонал очень следит за этим. Номера уютные и приятные, приятно расслабиться после командировки. Расположение отеля великолепное - самое сердце столицы! Это лучший отель в Софии. Если в Софию - только сюда!

Fuimos dos parejas. Una en habitación clásica y otra Executive. Reserven siempre Executive. Es una habitación al uso de hotel de negocios, mientras que la clásica necesita atención urgente y parece más la de una pensión. En la Executive el inodoro estaba mal limpiado a la llegada y siguió así toda la estancia (3 noches). Algo impensable en otro lugar. El recepcionista fue amable pese a su escaso inglés, aunque nos dio una habitación errónea se dio cuenta cuando llegábamos al ascensor. Desayuno bien. Quizá no lo esperado para un 4 estrellas pero había variedad incluyendo algún plato típico. Agua de cortesía pero solo el primer día. Vistas a una comisaría, y muy cerca de la Gobernatura y del centro de Sofía en un camino fácil y seguro. Sin ruido a pesar del ******. El agua de la piscina decía estar a 29 grados. Pero no. Estaba HELADA. En general buena experiencia para la pareja de la habitación Executive.

It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

공항이랄 20분거리에잇고 방이 정말 넓고 쾌적해요 안에 어메니티도 향기 너무 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 혼자 사용했지만 뷰도 좋고 행복했습니당

Nice place, with good location. For me the prices are little bit higher. I stayed at this place 2 years ago and the prices were more than two times lower

The hotel is near the train station so you only need few minutes to go the city center. The service was ok. The breakfast didn’t have too many options

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on our way to Romania Pros- the hotel is in a great location. Quiet leafy street, 500 meters to main bus and train terminal, approx 20 min walk to Vitosha boulevard - the room itself is quite nice, the TV has English channels, the balcony was an unexpected plus - the breakfast provided is adequate, though you need to go to an adjacent hotel - the staff were friendly and did their best to help Cons- the bed was not made up, they provided a single bed sheet for a queen sized bed. There was only one glass for 2 people. The quilt in the cupboard was filthy, it had no cover and we couldn’t use it - the mattress has no protector and is too soft. It might suit some but it is too soft for a hotel mattress - I tried to call reception to ask them for another sheet, a clean quilt and a glass. No one answered the phone. (I was told the next day that the phone is broken ). I went downstairs to find someone but no one was there or answered the bell on the desk. The next day I was told that the receptionist had to cover two hotels so is not always there . Please take note if you are arriving late to the hotel-there May be non one to check you in They are also very strict on check in times. If you want an earlier check in time than 2 pm you need to pay for it Overall the hotel is decent. If there had have been someone at reception all the issues would have been quickly resolved The main complaint is the cleaning and maintenance of rooms

An old hotel with shady room and doesn’t really deserve four stars. The power in the room was cut several times in one night and the breakfast was not just so so.
