Dated and poor hotel. As a solo traveller, I rely on honest reviews but this place is on a very dark back street!!!! My room is beyond basic and as it’s under the stairs it’s unbelievably noisy. I’m lying here on my bed waiting for the morning so I can leave. The shower is so bad I just couldn’t get myself into it. Didn’t even bother to unpack. Please get me out of here.

Brilliant location. Clean and not noisy. I traveled with my family and had a double room for myself. Great to use to explore around, close to the train for Palma and tram to the port. It's not fancy, it doesn't have a swimming pools or even a good view but its great to get around. Helpful staff.

Stayed here for one night whilst in Majorca and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very easy check in, door code sent to you before you arrive and then the keys ready to collect at reception. We had room 13 which was perfect, air con was lovely and room/bathroom very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, tucked away in a quiet street and there is a garden out the back with amazing Mountain View’s and sun loungers. Would highly recommend and would stay again when visiting Soller!

Perfectly situated in the centre of Sóller down a quiet side street. I read reviews before I came and was worried about the lack of service but I actually ended up loving that. Although there was no physical presence in the hotel, I had a Whatsapp welcoming me a few hours before and they left me know how to check in and to message if there’s any problems. As I come and go to the room after day trips, it was nice to just be able to come in and out easily. It was also quiet which I loved! Not loads of guests. I was in Room 8 which facing out onto the street where you come in and it was located near reception. I was worried about the noise level but there really wasn’t any at all! I woke up listening to birds and I had the entire garden to myself at lots of points. If you are a solo traveller, it’s a very safely situated hotel and I felt right at home here. The memory foam bed was amazing! Best nights sleep that I’ve ever had in a hotel. Overall, loved it! If you’ve got a vague itinerary and would like somewhere to stay that is central, is safe, easy check in and checkout (my flights were at awful times so it was nice not worrying about this) and don’t need much hotel service - this is the place for you. The place was always immaculate too and room service was always after midday so it didn’t ever disturb me. Fantastic little place! They even sold water in the fridge by reception so no popping out the shop needed. Everything was so easy! The only negatives were that there was no pool as mentioned and the furniture is basic and some were from Ikea. But was not a problem for me! There’s lots to see in the area including beaches so not an issue.

Bâtiment plein de charme dans la vieille ville Notre chambre était très propre et toute neuve idéale pour un court séjour L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour découvrir Soller Il est nécessaire de stationner relativement loin de l’hôtel car les rues sont étroites Le petit déjeuner n’est pas proposé mais il est possible de préparer une boisson chaude au niveau de l’accueil
