Hotel terbaik di Sopot

Hotel położony blisko zarówno głównego sopockiego deptaka jak i Opery Leśnej. Budynek nowoczesny i zadbany, pokoje ładnie urządzone. Obsługa bez zarzutu. Jednak największym plusem było pyszne jedzenie - zarówno śniadania, jak i obiadokolacje. Gdybym miała się czegoś przyczepić, to łazienka w pokoju była malutka. Przydałoby się też wymienić poduszki na nieco większe. Ale ogólnie pobyt był bardzo udany, w dodatku całkiem przystępny cenowo (udało nam się na stronie internetowej hotelu wykupić pakiet z wyżywieniem i parkingiem). Bardzo polecamy!!

We spent a short holiday in Sopot staying in this hotel. New and modern place, very nice overall. A big room with AC and fridge, no balcony. Bed was good and soft, small pillows though. The breakfast was a bit pricey but VERY good; lots of everything, like fried vegetables in teriyaki sauce, awesome. Grilled sausages etc. The only downside was the noise from passing trains, it took 2 nights to get used to. It wasn't that loud but sudden whooosh with variying duration. The room was 219 facing north with view at the train tracks and beginning of Monciak walking street.

I have been looking for the perfect place for my birthday trip for a long time. The choice fell to the Rezydent Hotel. Unfortunately, instead of a great stay, I was disappointed. The advantages of the hotel are the location and nice interior, but unfortunately, it ends there. It is unacceptable that in a supposedly 5* hotel, the reception staff does not greet guests and is so indifferent, apart from Mr Marek, who was the only one who showed exceptional kindness and help, which surprised us pleasantly. - Air conditioning in the room didn't work. - The refrigerator was not cooling properly. - The bedding that was changed on the second day of stay was torn. - The tap by the sink was so short that you could hardly wash your hands by tapping your hands against the sink. - The carpet was dirty. Interestingly, in May, someone wrote a review reporting that room 304 had a dirty carpet. The hotel responded to it, but still, it wasn't cleaned for 3 months! We have been waiting for this trip for a long time, we are sorry, and we are disappointed with the stay. In a hotel of this class, such situations should not take place and prove that a hotel with five stars has nothing to do with it.

Très bel établis*****t non loin de la grande et belle plage de Sopot. Belle chambre et salle de bains avec douche italienne. Le petit déjeuner est varié et satisfait toutes les envies. Le personnel est très sympa. Le restaurant offre une très jolie terrasse verdoyante et agréable. La carte n’est pas sans fin mais propose des plats vraiment très bons et un service très attentionné. Piscine intérieure et spa sont à disposition. Le bar de l’hôtel est top avec une très belle carte. A recommander pour une visite reposante et plaisante de la région de Sopot. Merci à toute l’équipe. The most beautifully located hotel in the center of Sopot. Standard adequate for the price, rooms clean and spacious. Cleaning service at the highest level. Every hotel is created by the people working in it. Sheraton in Sopot is the best example of this. The cordiality of all employees can be seen at every step. The guest on the one hand feels at home here, and on the other has a sense of blissful relaxation. I heartily recommend Agata

We got this hotel as part of our wowcher trip but sadly were very disappointed. We have used wowcher before and been happy to stay in cheap and cheerful budget hotels, we are also avid travellers often camping and in hostels. This hotel could be a similar experience however the area did not feel very safe at all - it is 20mins outside of Gdansk or a 8min taxi so not badly situated but there is mostly car sales places/industrial buildings surrounding which do not make for a nice walk. The receptionist was rude at our check in and unhelpful with small matters like directions/shops/discussing breakfast. Our room needed a lot of maintenance is stains on carpets/chairs. The room smelt strongly of smoke and body odour. I will add the bathroom was clean. We checked out the same day and changed hotels. I think this hotel has potential but unfortunately we got it on a bad day!

We stayed here for a week. Our first interaction was rather unpleasant - the lady in the reception was not polite to us and spoke very quietly (given that there was also plastic anti-covid thing it was quite difficult to understand what she was saying). The room was very clean but it's technical state was a bit underwhelming (scratched doors, dirty walls etc.). Room service was superb, breakfasts were decent. The price that you are paying is mostly for this hotel's great location (very close to the beach, you can get to train station quick too). It's worth to note that if loud kids bother you - this place might not be for you. This hotel is child-friendly which is cool, but not for people like us who just want to chill during summer and not have to listen to screaming kids in the main hall (there was a little play zone for kids literally in the main hall...). The rating is 3/5 - I have subtracted one star for impolite first impressions with reception and the other for ”blackmailing” visitors with paying for parking. I don't really care that this is a standard for this hotel brand to charge extra for a parking space, but in this case you are left in the city where the entire center zone has payed parking lots. They charge 50 PLN for one night which is really insane, considering that you might end up paying 20-30% of the sum you payed in total for entire visit. So - either you pay us this ridiculous price per night or have fun finding a free spot you can park in :). The least they could do is put a fair price with a reasonable discount for actual guests.

I stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fab hotel in terms of facilities, modernness and cleanliness. Rooms were very cosy and spacey, and the whole hotel area gives a nice vibe. The roof top was pool and bar was fab, great with the 16+ limit for us travelling as adults with no children (especially since the spa downstairs was filled with children and felt more like an aqua park). The gym was small, but ok for a quick work out. Very disappointing experience in the restaurant where they would not offer me gluten free pizza or pasta, in spite that I had called and checked about this before we ordered our stay. When I then commented I should get about lunch dish for the same price, the waiter used 15 minutes to come back with to us with the message that she would bring her manager. After another 15 minutes with nothing happening, we left and had lunch elsewhere. Also, there where no allergi markings at breakfast, very disappointing at such a big and modern hotel. Top location by the public beach and walk way along the beach, which is pleasant to use when walking into the centre for better restaurants than the hotel can offer.

From check-in o check-out, the staff at this hotel were excellent. We had booked two rooms and were given adjoining rooms. I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. There was the usual tea/coffee facilities, it a nice touch was a water cooler at the lift area. This gave us access to clean, cool drinking water. We ate in the restaurant on the first day, for breakfast. The choice was plentiful, but I would recommend looking elsewhere to eat, as the price was way above what else is available in very close proximity. The location of the hotel was ideal. There is a shopping mall opposite, with a choice of shops and eating places. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and plenty of other shops as well. It was a leisurely 15 minute walk into the centre of Gdansk and Dluga street. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely consider staying, if we were ever in Gdansk again.
