Appears that the original carpet is still on the floor which was soiled, dirty, and paint spills.
Remove carpet and lay down laminate flooring.
I travelled for 12 days staying in decent hotels and motels, paid less money. This "dump" was the most expensive by far that I stayed in and the worst of all.

A quiet, clean and comfortable motel in a convenient location to the greater Burlington area. The price was very reasonable and the main reason we styed here. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights. There is no elevator so we had help bringing our suitcases up the stairs. We lugged them downstairs ourselves. The first night the guests next door played their television loudly until 1:00 a.m. I finally knocked on the wall and they turned it off. I did notify the hotel the next morning and asked to change rooms. But the guests were leaving that morning. Our room was very nice and the hotel is pretty. The staff were friendly.

We were puzzled by the lack of an ice machine. Our room had an ice bucket but a walk around and through the building the morning after our overnight stay left us scratching our heads. No one was at the front desk to answer our question about this until 9 am. Then we learned that if we wanted a cup of ice they'd retrieve it from wherever the staff resided in back of the building.

I was disappointed that they didn’t have an ice machine. But the man at the desk was friendly & accommodating. The place was older but very clean & updated. The flowers were beautiful in & out. The beds were comfortable. I’d stay there again if I’m ever in the area.

Very clean room, the bathroom and bed sheets were exceptionally clean, having yoghurt croissants tea and coffee and granola bars provided for breakfast was helpful to get on the road quickly the next morning. Perfect location to explore Burlington by car

Our room was clean and comfortable. No frills, basic, good value. Oldish feel to the place. Basic “continental breakfast” available in the morning with coffee and tea available anytime. The only negative for us was street noise. Some renovations/repairs were in progress, but this did not cause us any problem.

This is an older hotel and the nightly rate made me suspect it wasn't as nice as it's rating would indicate. MAN WAS I WRONG!
I kept looking for ANYTHING to be critical of. NOTHING! Comfortable, clean room, awesome staff, soft sheets on a comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure and even the towels were soft and great. Heck, even the shampoo smelled great! I guess my only complaint is that once management figures out what a jewel they have here, I won't be able to afford the place next time!

This place is a very run down motel. It did not appear to have an elevator yet we were placed on the 2nd floor without even asking if we had mobility issues. The beds are uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny. The hallways and back stairs are run down. And the air conditioner in the room sounded like a helicopter banging and landing all night. They charged a FORTUNE because of the lack of rooms during the eclipse. Completely not worth it under any circumstances.
