This is a nice, non-chain hotel. Lobby was inviting, rooms were large, bed was comfy, heat was quiet, bathroom was fine. We saw an indoor pool and a small workout room. We did not use the facilities as we just stayed because we were caught in a snowstorm. Breakfast was buffet style and with limited seating so I don't know what it is like when the hotel is busy. Food quality was not outstanding so don't expect a phenomenal breakfast. Staff was very pleasant and the price was good, of course it was January at a facility that clearly is set-up for events.

I was in the area for a wake and funeral. I needed to do a late check out due to the timing of the funeral and the staff were very accommodating and even called me to let me know I needed to check in with the front desk to reactivate my key at checkout. I also told a lovely housekeeping woman and she knew which room I was talking about and said, “Don’t you worry, I’ve got your back!” It was reassuring I didn’t have to worry about my room. Thank you for the excellent service and understanding. First time staying at the Hadley Hampton Inn and I’m sure it won’t be my last! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names because I was so preoccupied with my family member’s funeral, but the front deck staff on 7/5/23 and 7/6/23 were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Also, the very sweet and friendly housekeeper for room 309 area on 7/6 was super kind and reassuring my late checkout was not going to be a problem. Thanks for making a stressful time less worrisome.

Room wasn't that well equipped for the money--no comfortable chairs, not much place to put luggage, and the premium channels on the TV were out of order. But the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was good.

Was down for the Amherst Hobby Show and tried this hotel out for the first time, I've stayed next door at their ”sister” hotel (tru) before but had wanted to try this location out. Well, I was not disapointed. Great Hotel, staff was great, super friendly. Room was nice, laid out good, super clean. And comfy... didn't want to get out of bed honestly :) Breakfast area is kinda cramped at busy times, but tons of room to sit and eat. Lots of food options, and the food was hot and tasty. If I go back to the show next year, these guys will be my go to and if sold out, the tru next door is always a great option as well,

I was happy with all aspects of my stay. The hotel has easy access from the Highway and was easy to find. Checkin was smooth and I had a room on the fourth floor. I brought my food but noted a number of restaurants within view of my room. The kitchen had everything I needed and the seating area was comfortable. The bed was comfortable, linens were crisp and the room darkened completely. It was also quiet. The shower had strong pressure and towels were sturdy. The parking lot was well lit; I was never concerned going out to my car in the evening. Breakfast in the morning included a variety of items including proteins and fresh fruit. I’d definitely stay again if in the area.

Lokasi sangat bagus di sana, kami pergi untuk percutian sedikit dan pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi. Satu-satunya masalah adalah tekanan air pancuran tidak begitu besar sehingga kami berakhir di bilik cacat sehingga bilik mandi mempunyai kepala pancuran tangan yang lebih baik. Sarapan pagi tidak buruk dari pelbagai jenis. Daftar masuk dan daftar keluar berjalan lancar dan kakitangannya baik.
