Got a room in 1007 with a swimming pool view. It's just that this swimming pool belongs to the Crowne Plaza Hotel so we are not allowed to swim in this pool. Even though this pool is the main picture of the hotel description. We were only allowed to use the semi indoor pool where the water was cold enough. For the lift it is quite unique because the buttons are only B, G and 0 - 9 so if you want to go to the 10th floor you have to press the 1 + 0 button to the car park as well as B + 1. For the ba*****t parking area, it is quite confusing the first time it comes because the hotel residence entrance is located in the corner to the right and there is no clue. The quality of the rooms is very good, like the layout setting, only the view from the room shows a big puddle on the roof of the regent building which is quite disturbing. Maybe this hotel is for business people so the facilities for children are limited.

The lobby looks very new. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious but gives you an “old room” vibe. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room design just didn’t suit me. I would have preferred no TV than the tv in a tv wooden cabinet that was in the room. I loved the view from my room, though. And breakfast selection was decent.

In June 2021, we supposed to stay at a Hotel in Kuningan but we postponed it since one of our family member was infected by Covid-19. We then looked for another place for staycation and we found this place. The time when we entered the room, we loved it. It was so spacious with modern furniture and clean. We just loved the ambience. We also loved the swimming pool where we could see the Jakarta city from the top. The kitchen has the tools and what we liked more was they also had laundry machine and the dryer. Love it. The not so good part was the breakfast. Understood that it was pandemic time where the breakfast was delivered to room, but we were disappointed when the food was not the same as what we ordered. The menu was just like the menu for a kid who brings a lunch to school. They could be better than this.

The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

I booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

While I have stayed at many places in Jakarta, this was the first at this location. Our family spent two nights here an were very pleased by the place. We had a three bedroom apartment which felt huge compared to regular hotel rooms. All the rooms were large with great views of the city. The balcony is nice for some fresh air, but I would be cautious with smaller children as they may be able to climb up on the rail. The views from the master bed and bath were exceptional and I have not had a room with anything similar before. The pool and play area are large and nicely maintained. Being attached to the mall is nice if you want to eat out, go shopping, or buy groceries. You don't really need to leave the complex if you don't want to. One the negative side, the connection to the mall has stairs which is a small issue for strollers or people with mobility issues. Also the kitchen is not really stocked with some basic cleaning supplies.

Great newly refurbished service apartments. Stayed in Jan 2020 room 1205 I believe. Massive flat with maid entrance, room, shower. Main apartment had large dining/living room, bedroom, drying/extra room and bathroom with tub. Small kitchen with rice cooker and room with washing machine. Complementary breakfast on top floor with indoor and outdoor seating. You can take your breakfast to your room. Waffle/egg station. Two gym rooms one with machines and one with weights, spa and pool. Small shop and function room Hotel is close to Lotte shopping centre with cinema etc. The best thing for me was the washing machine, clothes horse and ironing board I always appreciate when I can run a machine and not fear for how my clothes are handled.

Check out on Thursday 16th Feb 23 - all the front desk staff that working on that time extremely hospitable (Please give your staff awards!) and Chevas is one of the top notch! Incredibly helpful gentleman. I had an issue in the first day i came, Express my dissapointment with one of the Front of house employee ”Chevas” Very nice & soft spoken guy! FAST FORWARD - Immediate action from him, Thank you Chevas for sorting out our issues so quick.. Thank you to you and other employees -GYM wise.. I think needs hotel WIFI that automatically connected. Location wise from my point of view, need to put a big signage (Citadines sudirman) from the big road- The entrance quite confusing. Overall Awesome place! Fair value of money, So this was a big plus Will definitely come back again for another relaxing, quite and peace time on this apartment in one of the busiest city. i will recommend this hotel/apartment to my colleagues. who wanted to travel to Jakarta Mr Heri & Mrs Heri (Bandar Seri Begawan)

The room was clean, and the small kitchen are very useful Sadly the service are not really that good, we’ve wait for smile that comes from the staff. But they’re look like not welcoming us. We check in at 3pm. Also the security guard are being rude, while they’re guiding us to park the car.

Bilik itu usang dan permaidani mempunyai bau yang pelik di beberapa tempat. Perkhidmatan ok. Sarapan pagi juga boleh dilalui. Ia sangat dekat dengan pelanggan saya dan sangat mudah. Terdapat makanan segera Jepun dan kopi Starbucks di sebelahnya, kurang daripada 80 meter jauhnya, dan dalam jarak berjalan kaki di halaman. Penghawa dingin di bilik pertama mengeluarkan bunyi yang kuat, jadi meja depan dengan tegas menukar bilik itu. Saya tidak pergi ke kolam renang dan gimnasium saya rasa ia adalah sekitar tujuh atau lapan malam saya dengan cepat membuka pintu dan mendapati ia tidak boleh dibuka.
