Hotel Vienna dengan Spa

Everything was really great, the hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean! three nights we didn't had any drinking water in our room, I tried to call the reception from the room phone but there was never an answer, by the time we went down the next morning I forget to complain about it. GYM is closed from 5p.m. which is a problem if you are used to workout in the evenings/nights also no swimming pool or other relaxing facilities in the hotel. Location is amazing! Overall we enjoyed a lot!

The location of this hotel couldn’t be better – tram stop right outside the hotel making it so easy to explore the city. We were only there for one night, but I truly wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful, spacious room that was both elegant and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully have the chance to return for a longer stay next time!

Staffs were all kind and efficient- almost all of them. We had requested for connected room. They did not have them available on the first night but they let us move to bigger upgraded connected rooms from the second night. I read a review on a google review- it wasn’t proved to be true or not - someone’s room was robbed however 7th roof top bar had outside guests who just got into the elevator with me without any card or excess. I was bit scared BC they looked like they were already drunk. I was staying on the 7th fl and saw ppl going up and down from the bar on my floor which was very bothering. I just wish they had separate elevator or excess.

Everything was good, location, lobby, reception, cleanliness. Just housekeeping tried to enter my rooms once at 8.00am and 2-3 times(8am, 10am and 11.15pm in the morning next day. They just knocked then tab the card without waiting. Feel really unsafe. Not sure why did they do that. It was still early. Told receptionist and he was sorry and said that it should not happen. That’s it.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay at House of Ble! Our recent 3-night stay at House of Ble in Vienna was an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! We couldn't agree more with all the glowing reviews – it's a truly fantastic hotel. The location is simply perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna's most iconic sights on foot or with a quick hop on public transport from the nearby MuseumsQuartier station. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully modern and stylish, creating a really comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and great advice, which truly enhanced our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at their restaurant, Salt & Honey – a wonderful way to start each day. Overall, House of Ble offers excellent value for money for such a prime location and high standard of service. We didn't experience a single negative point during our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

漂亮的新酒店，硬件沒話説，軟件就不太好説。選在旺季聖誕前去維也納旅遊，7000多不包早餐的價格，入住時在沒有被告知的情況前台的白女給安排了無障礙房間，各種不方便，要求換房，説沒有，還陰陽我們免費得了間面積大的房間，暗示我要知足。找攜程幫忙處理，第二天又收拾行李換了間據説升了級的房。離開時申請了延時退房，麻煩前台安排人幫忙拿一下行李，因為下樓坐電梯有一節需要走樓梯，肩膀和腰受過傷不能太使勁，結果，同一個白女在我們等了二十分鐘三次聯繫後才安排，等我們退好房叫好車去火車站差一分鐘火車走了，不得不另花三百多歐重新買票去布拉格，前面訂的火車票也因超時作廢不能退。這個白女第一次帶我們去房間時還給了她小費。後來請攜程幫忙投訴，酒店回覆説讓我以後合理安排好不可預知的延誤時間，我衹能呵呵了。以後有機會再去維也納，會選靠譜的文華東方，25年文華維也納開業，從服務上看，不論中國境內還是境外，文華東方的服務沒讓我失望過。

Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance. Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful. Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated. Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience. The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

Very clean, nice and convenient hotel. 5 minutes from Oberdobling train station and 2 minutes from bus and trams stops, you can reach the city centre in around 15 minutes. The staff are polite and professional, and the balcony of the room is a nice touch. They also have some simple kitchen facilities if you wish to prepare food and they provided free fizzy water and beers in the minibar.

The location was so amazing and not far from the city center and walking distance to Danube River Staff was so helpful and breakfast was large with many options and wide selection options for all and vegan Dinner was seafoods night and really everything was perfect from shrimps steamed and smoked or fresh with salad plus very tasty lobster Room was nice and warm The gym is really good
