Hotel Vienna dengan Spa

A very historical hotel ! This is the one I was so looking into! However, we stayed in Room 320 and had a noice all night (every couple minutes). At 4am, the noice continued .. We could not sleep and ask the front desk for tea. I mentioned this issue and the feedback is “tea is on us”. They said they will check until we checked out the room ( however, we were on the way for breakfast so we would prefer at least for them to check, they refused). I managed to record the sound and showed the front desk. But no response! Paying so much money for this experience! Mindful, the room only offer coffee No Tea! We stayed in many well known hotels around the world, unfortunately this is not a worth of money for this experience!

Elegant hotel with perfect service. The staff is really welcoming and attentive. The highlight of the stay was Edvard restaurant with Michelin Star dinner. Breakfast are also tasty and rich in options - you can benefit with ala carte breakfast. Spa has small pool but nice sauna section. I would recommend it for adults and couples. Guest service helped me a lot with Dominik being so nice. Thank you!

The location of this hotel couldn’t be better – tram stop right outside the hotel making it so easy to explore the city. We were only there for one night, but I truly wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful, spacious room that was both elegant and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully have the chance to return for a longer stay next time!

Staffs were all kind and efficient- almost all of them. We had requested for connected room. They did not have them available on the first night but they let us move to bigger upgraded connected rooms from the second night. I read a review on a google review- it wasn’t proved to be true or not - someone’s room was robbed however 7th roof top bar had outside guests who just got into the elevator with me without any card or excess. I was bit scared BC they looked like they were already drunk. I was staying on the 7th fl and saw ppl going up and down from the bar on my floor which was very bothering. I just wish they had separate elevator or excess.

The hotel is located next to the main railway station in Vienna. You walk about 5-10 minutes from the station to the hotel. The railway station is Okish central located, but well connected to the Viennese public transport system. The hotel has a park in front, that has two restaurants inside - die kleine Steiermark and the Arsenal stüberl.. if you walk cross the park,(5-10 minutes) you will find yourself next to one of the top sights in Vienna - the Belvedere castle. there is a restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel - Eugen.. which was really empty (just one guest) when we were there.. we need to wait for the waiter for 10 minutes.. we thought already the restaurant was closed (We were there at 9pm on a Friday) anyway the food served was good. Had a flank steak. There no other shops or anything else around the hotel.. the hotel feels a kind of remote.. you need to go to the railwaystation if you need a convenient store.. What we can recommend is the roof top bar Aurora(?) directly in the 16th floor of the hotel with maybe the best view across Vienna. The rooms themself are modern and efficient.. have everything you might ask from a modern Hotel.. although the hotel is located more or less directly over the rails of the nearby railway station, we didn’t hear any traffic noises.. We didn’t expect too much when we booked the hotel.. but were happily surprised about the efficiency of the rooms.. so overall a nice stay for one night… if you look for a hotel to discover Vienna.. I would go to a more central location like in the first district or 6th with a more lively neighborhood.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay at House of Ble! Our recent 3-night stay at House of Ble in Vienna was an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! We couldn't agree more with all the glowing reviews – it's a truly fantastic hotel. The location is simply perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna's most iconic sights on foot or with a quick hop on public transport from the nearby MuseumsQuartier station. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully modern and stylish, creating a really comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and great advice, which truly enhanced our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at their restaurant, Salt & Honey – a wonderful way to start each day. Overall, House of Ble offers excellent value for money for such a prime location and high standard of service. We didn't experience a single negative point during our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

Very convenient location, right behind the railway station, 15-20 min from the airport. Spacious, clean rooms with all required amenities. Although there were no hygienic shower in the bathroom. Exquisite breakfast with fresh and local produce. Helpful staff. One could ask for custom options during breakfast. We had a very positive experience.

Highly enjoyed my entire 6-day stay at the Trend Hotel! The front desk (and the housekeeping too) was friendly and welcoming – they were willing to accommodate our request for two single beds, and even let us check in 3 hours early at 12pm! The room was very spacious and clean with sufficient lighting, and I love that there was a fridge. Would be great if the power outlets were located more closely to the bedside for more convenient phone-charging at night (we could only locate 2 outlets by the work desk). The hotel is conveniently located within a 3-min walking distance to several public transit options, including Rennweg railway station (taking you to the airport, city center) and Tram 71 (taking you to the city center). Loved that we could easily access different food options in the area (Austrian restaurants, kebab stands), supermarkets (Lidl), as well as the Belvedere palace. I will definitely stay here again!

Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance. Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful. Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated. Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience. The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

漂亮的新酒店，硬件沒話説，軟件就不太好説。選在旺季聖誕前去維也納旅遊，7000多不包早餐的價格，入住時在沒有被告知的情況前台的白女給安排了無障礙房間，各種不方便，要求換房，説沒有，還陰陽我們免費得了間面積大的房間，暗示我要知足。找攜程幫忙處理，第二天又收拾行李換了間據説升了級的房。離開時申請了延時退房，麻煩前台安排人幫忙拿一下行李，因為下樓坐電梯有一節需要走樓梯，肩膀和腰受過傷不能太使勁，結果，同一個白女在我們等了二十分鐘三次聯繫後才安排，等我們退好房叫好車去火車站差一分鐘火車走了，不得不另花三百多歐重新買票去布拉格，前面訂的火車票也因超時作廢不能退。這個白女第一次帶我們去房間時還給了她小費。後來請攜程幫忙投訴，酒店回覆説讓我以後合理安排好不可預知的延誤時間，我衹能呵呵了。以後有機會再去維也納，會選靠譜的文華東方，25年文華維也納開業，從服務上看，不論中國境內還是境外，文華東方的服務沒讓我失望過。
