Hotel Vienna dengan Spa

A very historical hotel ! This is the one I was so looking into! However, we stayed in Room 320 and had a noice all night (every couple minutes). At 4am, the noice continued .. We could not sleep and ask the front desk for tea. I mentioned this issue and the feedback is “tea is on us”. They said they will check until we checked out the room ( however, we were on the way for breakfast so we would prefer at least for them to check, they refused). I managed to record the sound and showed the front desk. But no response! Paying so much money for this experience! Mindful, the room only offer coffee No Tea! We stayed in many well known hotels around the world, unfortunately this is not a worth of money for this experience!

Elegant hotel with perfect service. The staff is really welcoming and attentive. The highlight of the stay was Edvard restaurant with Michelin Star dinner. Breakfast are also tasty and rich in options - you can benefit with ala carte breakfast. Spa has small pool but nice sauna section. I would recommend it for adults and couples. Guest service helped me a lot with Dominik being so nice. Thank you!

L’hôtel est globalement pas trop mal le moins serait sur le spa. Lors de notre séjour. Aucune disponibilité pour les massages au niveau de la piscine, l’eau était froide. Pour ce qui est du sauna, au moment où m’accompagner, et moi avons eu l’intention de vouloir se délasser quelques minutes dans le sauna, à notre grande surprise, et surtout aux grand étonnement de ma femme, quand nous sommes parvenus juste au niveau des cabines, un monsieur ************** et survenu ce qui nous a profondément choqué. Nous avons alors pris la décision de repartir.

The location of this hotel couldn’t be better – tram stop right outside the hotel making it so easy to explore the city. We were only there for one night, but I truly wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful, spacious room that was both elegant and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully have the chance to return for a longer stay next time!

During my recent 5-day, 4-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, I was consistently delighted by the hotel's embodiment of classic elegance. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury. Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

The hotel was great! Really like the experience of living there. We had some problems with the room at the beginning, and they changed the room immediately. The room was clean and quiet. Location is beautiful!  Hovewer, the water in the swimming pool was really cold and we saw that they put the book of r******** community of ******* in the rooms, it was not what we wanted to see to be honest 

The hotel is located next to the main railway station in Vienna. You walk about 5-10 minutes from the station to the hotel. The railway station is Okish central located, but well connected to the Viennese public transport system. The hotel has a park in front, that has two restaurants inside - die kleine Steiermark and the Arsenal stüberl.. if you walk cross the park,(5-10 minutes) you will find yourself next to one of the top sights in Vienna - the Belvedere castle. there is a restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel - Eugen.. which was really empty (just one guest) when we were there.. we need to wait for the waiter for 10 minutes.. we thought already the restaurant was closed (We were there at 9pm on a Friday) anyway the food served was good. Had a flank steak. There no other shops or anything else around the hotel.. the hotel feels a kind of remote.. you need to go to the railwaystation if you need a convenient store.. What we can recommend is the roof top bar Aurora(?) directly in the 16th floor of the hotel with maybe the best view across Vienna. The rooms themself are modern and efficient.. have everything you might ask from a modern Hotel.. although the hotel is located more or less directly over the rails of the nearby railway station, we didn’t hear any traffic noises.. We didn’t expect too much when we booked the hotel.. but were happily surprised about the efficiency of the rooms.. so overall a nice stay for one night… if you look for a hotel to discover Vienna.. I would go to a more central location like in the first district or 6th with a more lively neighborhood.

This hotel definitely worth its money! Breakfast is amazing. Gym has everything you need! Very clean room, has shower gel shampoo conditioner , body cream, towels, even coffee machine with capsules!! If I go to Vienna one more time I’ll definitely stay here!

Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance. Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful. Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated. Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience. The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

個人感覺比較一般。我住的房型對面窗户裏的一舉一動看的清清楚楚，反之，我這邊如果白天不拉窗簾一樣被他人看。剛進去，吧枱上一坨黏糊糊的東西粘住了房卡，聯繫攜程客服，他們去溝通幫我重新搞了衞生。結果到了晚上，酒店估計為了打消我的壞印象，連着兩趟送綉了我名字縮寫的枕套，和一瓶奧地利起泡酒，恰好我感冒，一動也沒動它。枕套因為有名字衹能帶走。這些也算了，最受不了的是衞生間的燈光太暗了，對於女生很不友好。酒店頂樓的餐廳給五星好評！
