Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

Perfect hotel..nice band ambiance even the outlook of hotel just a small hotel.. We stayed there for 4 nights , the breakfast is most suitable for us for among 5 hotels we stay. Elderly,young kids and adults all love it .. Will recommend to friend

I have long wanted to visit the Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin, and this year in early January, my schedule finally allowed for a short private trip. Given its proximity to the festival grounds, I chose to stay at the Ritz Carlton - and I was not disappointed. The hotel is superb in every way.. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from the breakfast room overlooking the river toward the snow and ice display. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location proved convenient, with a metro station nearby. Although I took a taxi on my first outing, I later opted for the Metro, which was efficient and easy to use..My room was comfortable and met all my expectations. While I didn't use the pool, I did visit the gym, which was well eeuipped and pleasant. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I hope to return next year - perhaps with friends.

First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

The service from the hotel was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:- 张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!

Sercive: The staff is very helpful when i complaint about the drainage. They directly help me to fix it. There is also one hot bathing in the hotel, that i got voucher for free. The staff there is also very helpful and very welcome us. Location: near to zhongyang street, but a bit far from sophia square. About 15 min walk. Overall, my 3 night stay is very good and nice

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

房間挺大的，因為第一次住這個酒店不太清楚房間環境如何，第一晚入住的時候已經零晨一點了，在前台辦理完入住後發現房間是無外窗的很悶很熱，尤其是帶小孩和長者，很不舒服！第二天聯繫前台後，有一名女性工作人員（具體有照片）態度很好的幫我連續跟近直到解決換到合適的房間為止，而且父母喜歡喝茶，房間沒有提供免費茶包，但是也是遠位女工作人員幫忙解決了，😊非常感謝她！同時也給酒店提出建議，希望及時清理淋浴間下水管道，我們住的那個房間容易堵塞，每次洗澡後都需要自己清理一下，否則後面的人洗澡就會水漫金山了！也希望水滙的價格能再優惠一些，我們住的房間帶兩個手牌，我以為是包含基本服務的（比如搓澡），但是結賬的時候告訴我衹是門票錢😢，如果想要玩水樂園的話還要額外買門票，5樓的食滙除了海鮮自助以外幾乎沒有其他選擇😮💨，可能因為是過年期間，人很多，導致排隊很長才能領到冰淇淋，幸好不限制領取數量，7樓的坐位完全靠運氣搶，有點兒累！不過服務人員態度都挺好，媽媽腿不好從禮賓部借了輪椅用了好幾天挺方便的😊，酒店早餐除了有點兒遠之外其他沒毛病！旁邊也有一個大型商場裏面各種的挺方便的！
