Hotel Harbin dengan Spa

First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

My husband and I are very pleased with the excellent service by the hotel staff at the club lounge. Cherry, Kiki, Luna and Linda were very attentive in serving us. Also the lady manager made the effort to accommodate to my request for the kale and dragon fruit juice when I didn’t see it being displayed at the juice counter. Food was delicious especially the freshly baked bread with cheese and walnuts even though I am not a bread lover. Also enjoyed the braised beef noodles. Thanks for the wonderful experience!👍👍👍

good hotel , elegante and comfortable . we have been upgraded lovely stay. good breakfast . outside at walking distance some restaurants a mall and few coffee shops . breakfast OK. didn't try gym or the restaurant

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

I stayed at Lizun Hua Sheng Hotel (Sophia Cathedral Branch, Central Street, Harbin) from January 26 to January 31, 2026, and overall had a very good experience. Location (4/5)
The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough. Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay. Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests. Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room. Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

Persekitaran: Lobi berbau sangat wangi, sedikit seperti bau teh sepanjang musim, saya sangat menyukainya! Lanyuehui betul-betul bertentangan Kami pergi ke sana untuk mandi malam tadi dan ia hanya mengambil masa dua atau tiga minit untuk berjalan kaki. Pencahayaan di dalam bilik juga sangat baik Setiap hari apabila saya membuka langsir, matahari bersinar masuk, yang sangat selesa. Pendek kata, disyorkan, disyorkan, disyorkan! I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller, and it was honestly a great experience. The hotel is very nice and cozy, perfect for one person. I felt very safe throughout my stay, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant. What really stood out was the staff and the hotel manager. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Even though there was a language barrier at times, they always took the initiative to communicate and assist in any way they could. I’m especially grateful to the hotel manager, CHARLES SONG. I accidentally left my laptop at Harbin Airport, and when I asked for help, he immediately took the initiative to arrange the delivery for me without any hesitation. That level of responsibility and kindness truly meant a lot to me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Harbin, especially solo travellers. I would gladly stay here again.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

People in Harbin City are generally very customer centric and welcoming. Staff are courteous and understanding too. We've stayed 1 night & was indoor whole time as understand there's some restriction when leaving the building but no time to go outdoor since it's filled with activities. There's only free flow of ice cream, drinks and fruits while meals are chargeable from the foodcourt & restaurant at lvl5. The fc open at 8am hence we have to order in from ******* since we are leaving early. Upon entering the building, it's really hot. We took the family room at lvl7 which seems situated at the back alley & not ventilated. We stayed at Room 7036 which was really hot even when we opened the window & with the small fan they provided that doesn't help at all, regretfully we didn't sleep well the whole night.
