"Приехали в отель в 5 утра, свет не горел, я подумала, что отель вообще закрыт. Как потом оказалось просто девушки на ресепшен выключают свет в 22:00 и ложатся спать.
Бронировали номер для некурящих, но в номере очень сильно воняло сигаретами, так как мы были сильно уставшими, открыли окна и не пошли разбираться, все равно свободных комнат не было.
Постельное белье в номере было белоснежное, будто новое, полотенца тоже белые, целые, каждый день меняли на новые. При заезде в номере была пыль и чужие волосы, затем каждый день полы протирали, было чисто. Ежедневно приносили по 4 бутылочки воды.
В душе постоянно разный напор воды, как повезет, то слабый, то нормальный, прям сильного напора не было. Чтобы дождаться горячей воды, нужно вывернуть кран на максимальную температуру и пролить воду минут 5, только тогда начинает течь горячая вода.
Расположение отеля хорошее, до метро и автобусной остановки минут 5-7 пешком, до арбата минут 15 пешком.
Недалеко от отеля есть аптека с большим выбором препаратов и круглосуточный продуктовый магазин."

AAmmayI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent issue I encountered during my stay.
I booked a room through Trip.com for 6 nights from December 27, 2025, to January 2, 2026. However, I mistakenly booked a single bed instead of a double bed. (Just only 1 more night on 2 January to 3 January ) When I tried to address this issue with your staff, I was only informed that I would need to pay an additional amount to make the change. With not helping and no service mind. Even if i asked to talk to your manager at first time but i got denied.
Actually, on December 29th, I had already booked the room and paid for the breakfast, but I did not use either service. I never intended to ask for a refund. However, on other days when I used the breakfast service, I was still charged as usual, even though you could have helped me by waiving the charges for the day I did not use the service. I never requested anything else, but simply sought to correct the booking error by changing from a single bed to a double bed.
I have stayed at various Ritz-Carlton locations, and this experience has been the most disappointing in terms of service and staff handling. After my initial request to speak with a manager was denied, the manager eventually came to speak with me but offered no solution other than to cancel the reservation. This is not the level of customer service I expected.
When I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to address the service shortcomings.

JJerome.CI had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to everyone out there looking for hotel in Harbin

CColin and Robyn LogieWhat an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven.
This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow.
The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great).
We will return to this hotel as soon as we can.
Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

PPengguna TetamuSercive: The staff is very helpful when i complaint about the drainage. They directly help me to fix it. There is also one hot bathing in the hotel, that i got voucher for free. The staff there is also very helpful and very welcome us.
Location: near to zhongyang street, but a bit far from sophia square. About 15 min walk.
Overall, my 3 night stay is very good and nice

Sarapan pagi sangat biasa, tetapi ada yang makan di sana: nasi, telur, dan jagung. Saya tidak mengenali yang lain. Jika saya ke Harbin lagi, saya pasti akan mendaftar masuk lagi.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

YYinYinTravelThe main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring.
The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement.
Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

JJTLJPeople in Harbin City are generally very customer centric and welcoming. Staff are courteous and understanding too. We've stayed 1 night & was indoor whole time as understand there's some restriction when leaving the building but no time to go outdoor since it's filled with activities. There's only free flow of ice cream, drinks and fruits while meals are chargeable from the foodcourt & restaurant at lvl5. The fc open at 8am hence we have to order in from ******* since we are leaving early.
Upon entering the building, it's really hot.
We took the family room at lvl7 which seems situated at the back alley & not ventilated. We stayed at Room 7036 which was really hot even when we opened the window & with the small fan they provided that doesn't help at all, regretfully we didn't sleep well the whole night.
