Had a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID. On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating. We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking. Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

Very good location which is about 1.5 km from south entrance to Wuyishan park and Impressions Dahongpao theatre. We actually walked to there. There’s a MacDonald across the main road opposite the hotel. We came to the hotel from Wuyishan North Station and went to Nanping Station on departure. The hotel is equidistant from both stations. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We also enjoyed their buffet dinner which had a wide spread of Chinese & Western menu, plus a sashimi & sushi counter. Overall, value for money and a pleasant stay.

來武夷山度假，選了這家酒店位置不錯，就在景區附近。店裡的工作人員也很熱情，尤其是前台對面的茶店的範師傅幫我們介紹旅行規劃，還請我們喝茶跟我們講茶的知識。還有保安大哥，晚上因為房間煙燻的味道比較重耐心細緻的幫我們換房間。第二天經過了解是隔壁炭焙坊的焙茶的炭火味。前台工作人員也很耐心，不管多晚打電話都耐心支持。店裡的設施挺齊全的，2樓有藝術走廊和健身房，健身房雖小但應有盡有。5樓有洗衣房，多住幾天洗衣服方便多了，陰雨天也不怕可以直接烘乾。

Lovely resort very out in the green, whilst close to Wuyigong palace, all peaks (Tianyoufeng, Dawangfeng, Shuilian Cave) as well as Duiia Qu for food. You can basically walk everywhere if you have enough time. The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, there is also a small travel agency that can take you for tea tasting and seeing how they grow and produce tea in Wuyishan. Breakfast was good, rather Chinese though. Receptionists were lovely and helpful, as well as room service. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

春節的親子出行，考慮到白天爬山很辛苦，特地選了可以泡湯的酒店。整體環境很不錯，園林設計，獨立私湯，如酒店的圖片展示。前台小姐姐態度很好，其實酒店服務員都很友善，但是，感覺偌大個酒店來來回回大概就10個人左右吧，有點小尷尬。缺點也是比較明顯的，因為有私湯，房間整體很潮，感覺牆面很多黴點，這個可能需要花點成本才能改善了。第二，房間比較小，感覺床只有1.8，不是2米的，三個人睡感覺有點擠了，不過也不是大問題，就是東西真的沒有地方放，衹能都堆在箱子裏，非常的侷促，想訂的姐妹可以參考一下。比較糟糕的是早餐，都是冷的，也幾乎沒有可以選擇的餘地，如果不想做自助的，可以考慮商務酒店的套餐式早餐，不用硬做體驗感很差的自助中餐，好的早餐是一天的開始，所以體驗屬於比較差的。另外，雖然叫温泉酒店，但是公共湯池部分，地面的衹開了一個，地下室的也只有五個可以用，且所有按摩，噴水之類的按鈕完全無效，因為沒有什麼服務人員，所以整體顯得更荒涼了，温泉旁沒有提供飲用水，這個體驗感是真的很差的，雖然私湯也夠泡了，但是帶小朋友去泡温泉就是享受我泡我的，他四處亂泡的樂趣，真的蠻失望的，我這個還是春節假期，可見酒店的客流量堪憂。總結一下，酒店整體還可以，工作人員也很友善，景夠漂亮，但是房間太小，沒有儲物空間，早餐太差，湯泉開放的太少了，不符合温泉酒店的標準。小失望，但爬山後泡個私湯還是真的很舒服的！

YYang Piyuan非常非常好的经验！衷心感谢！ Staying in this hotel made our visit to the World Heritage Site of Wuyishan so much more fulfilling. 1. The room was very clean, well-designed and well-equipped. There was an array of snacks, fruits and Dahongpao tea. A hearty breakfast was also provided. 2. The service was impeccable. The pleasant, young and energetic household manager provided service as guests have a personal butler. 3. From the roof top, guests get a panoramic view of the Wuyishan mountains. 4. The must-watch Impression Dahongpao is just a short walk away. This hotel is ideally located for visitors who come to Wuyishan to see the show. (In my humble opinion, it would be such a great waste if one visits Wuyishan without watching Impression Dahongpao.) The hotel management team got us the best seats available for the section we selected and at a better price than those offered online. 5. The bus stop where we took the bus to the entrance of the Wuyishan Scenic Area is within walking distance. If one prefers to hail a ride (Didi) there, it costs about 6 yuan. In the opposite direction from the hotel, the tea streets are about the same distance away. If one does not want to go to town to eat, there are also a variety of restaurants and food stalls in the vicinity of Impression Dahongpao. 6. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and we think we did well in our planning. We wanted to experience the scenic tram ride from Nanping High Speed Rail Station to Wuyishan and by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was in the afternoon. We went up the rooftop to appreciate the view and prep ourselves for the visit to the huge park. Early the next morning, we went to the park after breakfast. We wanted to do the bamboo rafting and visit the 6 ancient Dahongpao trees/shrubs on the first day. Viewing the trees made it more meaningful when we watched Impression Dahongpao on the second evening. On the third day we climbed up to the peak of Wuyishan. Without the pressure of time, the climb was done more safely. The views along the path up and from the top were spectacular. In the late afternoon/evening, we visited the town and walked the tea streets. 7. We got a pleasant gift upon check-out on the fourth day.

PPengguna Tetamu貓貓濃度很高的一件民宿，有四衹非常可愛的小貓！略微怕人，所以偶遇它們需要一定運氣哦～交通非常便利，緊臨輕軌站和景區南門，走路大概5分鐘，無論是坐高鐵還是進景區遊玩都很方便。如果想早起去坐九曲溪竹筏，可以從容吃完早餐，步行入景區坐景觀車到竹筏入口。雖然離車站近，但不用擔心有噪音，房間很安靜。窗外是九曲溪下游，可遠眺大王峯，聽着潺潺流水聲，泡一杯老闆送的巖茶，是一種非常愜意的享受。房間乾淨整潔。值得一提的是洗髮水和沐浴露都是老闆挑選的天然產品，無硅油添加，洗的很乾凈，有被種草到。早餐好吃。每天都有現打的豆漿，濃郁清香。雞蛋大概是當地散養的，雞蛋芯紅紅的，很新鮮。還有老闆自製的酸辣小鹹菜，很開胃下飯。老闆人非常nice，如果你是一個喝茶愛好者，一定要多和老闆請教請教，她會分享自家的好茶一同品鑒，同時傳授一些品茶鑒茶訣竅。吃完辣辣的飯菜後都忍不住來蹭一下老闆的好茶喝喝，幾口下肚，口腔和腸胃都舒服很多。如果想早起訂車看日出，或是臨時買竹筏票，也可以直接找老闆幫忙。很幸運選到了這家民宿，祝老闆生意興隆！

Yyiyi_tThis room is with smoke smell that unable to subside even until night time. We depend on the diffuser in room to bear with it overnight as we are reluctant to pack & change room. Overall, those who cannot bear smoke smell at all, can avoid booking this place. As this premise allow smoking indoor. One thing we are unhappy is the lady in restaurant is annoying, we are having our meal but she came to chase for payment multiple times! This action spoiled our appetite. We will pay, please don't keep coming to ask for payment. Or else pls put up a sign to request guest pay before eat! During breakfast, the table are not tidy up from previous guest. We requested cleaner to clear, the response is to ask us use whichever table is available now! 🙄. Getting table we preferred is our right!

EenerihaisStayed at Wuyishan Guanlan Shuyuan Space for 2 nights over Christmas and the hospitality we received is top-notch. Every corner of the hotel is an art, especially the lobby area. Love that there is a walking path just behind the hotel and we had good morning walks there. The hotel pick up service from the train service was excellent, the food at hotel was amazing. We had a welcome tea and learnt alot about Chinese tea while waiting for our room to be ready. Several spaces to explore within this hotel, and lots to experience. We used their KTV, played a game of GO and had a tea ceremonial class. There’s free bikes for rental if you’d want to cycle at the park behind the hotel. Wanted to try their complimentary hanfu experience but didn’t have the time to do so. Only downside is that next to the hotel has some renovation ongoing but they aren’t a major blocker since the pros overweigh this con. Overall, it feels like an experience similar to a Japanese ryokan. Very holistic and cultural. Special shout out to 燕燕 and 舟舟 for their meticulous attention to our needs!

SsingingcarolsThe location was great. Close to dining and the buses to Wuyi Park. Go behind and you get great views of the river, bridge and the mountains. The staff were nice and were very informative even if they can't speak English. They gave us a ton of free welcome and departure gifts! Our room faced the street but couldn't hear any street noise - they provided ear plugs just in case. Very nice and comfy with working Aircon and best of all free laundry and dryer!! They even have free laundry detergent. Free dessert soup at night. Definitely recommend!

You'll find historical exhibitions and curated objects that offer insight into both Wuyishan and the rich heritage of Chinese tea. And don’t miss meeting Xiaobai, the friendly resident dog who’s always happy to greet guests. The 6th floor features a cozy tatami-style common room, complete with a go board and a tea table overlooking stunning panoramic mountain views — an ideal place to unwind. What truly sets this place apart is the host and the staff. They’re warm, welcoming, and always ready to share tea with you — each time you return from a walk or come downstairs. I stayed two nights and tried at least 6–7 different kinds of Wuyishan tea. Even as a solo traveler and a foreigner, I felt included in conversations and easily connected with other guests. Pro tip: If you know a bit of Chinese, it’ll help you dive deeper into the stories behind the place. But even if you don’t, the language of tea will still make you feel at home. NNathan JJThis hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed at. The service is very warm. When I arrived there late at night, the woman at the check-in desk walked me through the various attractions in the Wuyishan Scenic Area, and provided a helpful map. Similarly, when I left, the hotel staff helped me arrange my taxi to the train station. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. They provide water bottles and Wuyishan tea. The shower was very comfortable, too. The room was a great place to relax after a long day of mountain climbing. There are many good amenities too. They sell Wuyishan tea sets at the front desk for a reasonable price. They have a self-service laundry room. They also have a yummy hot breakfast buffet for $25, which I think is reasonable as well. The woman running the breakfast buffet was very warm too. Finally, the location is good for exploring Wuyishan. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away where you can catch a free city bus to the South Entrance. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the Wuyi Palace, and there is a city bus you can catch to there too. The Sangu District, where the hotel is located, is clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed walking the main road at night. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Wuyishan.

SShankaihele總體還好，優點缺點都有。我們是年前預訂，春節期間入住。價格不便宜。有小朋友所以備註的無煙房，實際入住巨大煙味。好在後麪給換了一間。這裏提個醒，不要定二樓對着洗衣房和健身房走廊的那間，巨吵無比，總有人在打電話。酒店比較好打車，但是位置比較偏，去各個景點都遠（除了景區北門），建議慎重選取。設施：酒店可能裝修時間比較久了，當年應該算高端的，但現在比較就略不足，小冰箱也無，保險箱也無。衞生：這個還不錯，保潔態度也很好。環境：整體不錯。服務：湊合吧，前台有時候會沒有礦泉水，尷尬。另外前台總像是在審你一樣，作為北方人不習慣那種説話方式。可能是習慣不同。 Switch遊戲機:注意哈，不是房間裏有，是每個房間可以預約一次，一次兩個小時，在大廳玩。孩子一多，可想而知。接送站服務：去的時候當天定的，沒有提前一天告知，前台説通知相關部門，結果第二天才來電話。這不算酒店問題。走的時候提前一天告知，得到反饋是時間太早了不提供這個服務，七點多沒有車。所以請把情況表明清楚，時間也請明確。

PPengguna TetamuReally nice hotel. Vert authentic feeling. Walking distance to the Wuyi Palace, from which you can catch the bus to other sites in the national park there. The only annoying thing was upon coming back to the hotel we found the outside door to the courtyard locked. It wasn't even that late, just around 11 o'clock or so. We had to call them to come open the door to let us in. Other than that, great spot and I'd definitely stay here again.

AAnaP92The general manager gave us a very warm welcome in excellent English and upgraded our room size to have a more comfortable stay. The restaurant manager, Wang Fang, was also exceptionally welcoming. She helped us with getting everything that we needed and took great care of us during our meals. The cook prepared excellent fresh noodles and suggested what ingredients we should try. The people that are working in this hotel were the highlight of our stay. Thank you for the great experience.
