Hotel Dengan Gym di Henan, China

The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Staff was zealous in sharing the products sold in the lobby. Got a free room upgrade. Hotel room was extremely clean. There’s a free shuttle to airport and the transport left promptly. It was nice that there was a night market nearby that sold tasty food.

This is the first time I stay at JW I do like this hotel a lot. This is a modern designed Beautiful building, especially customer services is great plus there are many amenity in hotel. I would like to come back again at this hotel if I come visit in China Zhengzhou again.

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room was quiet at night, allowing for good rest. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and daily necessities, which made getting around very easy. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt calm and well organized. For the price, the value is excellent, and everything was handled properly during my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

早餐很豐盛。信價比高。房間乾淨舒適。在房間裏就可以看到美景。前台小賀服務熱情，周到，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想。非常滿意的一次入住體驗。贊👍🏻

可以自助辦理入住這個肯定，工作人員也很熱情，房間很大設計不錯，就是酒店超過1.1米早餐要補票，説實話去過無數親子酒店沒遇到過，早餐餐廳衹有一個，排長隊，餐廳太少又小。寄存行李很方便。不會再來的原因，主要是動物園太拉誇了，酋長之家就是坐大巴車看動物，還要預約一天衹能看一次，廣州長隆小火車看動物都可以無限次，陸地兩棲車排了四十分鐘就一些普通動物園都有的動物，動物行為展示也是普大同小異，到處都是圈錢的，遊樂設施也不好玩，大多數大型遊樂園都比這豐富，周邊小點小朋友可以來體驗。我們6歲多，去過珠海廣州長隆，野生動物園，很多動物園，大型遊樂場，進去一直説不好玩，還訂了兩天票，憂傷。一直給我説酋長之家一點也不好玩，為啥這麼多人，還要預約搶排隊瘋狂跑去。還有晚上煙花秀，媽呀，説是燈光秀不過分吧，但是燈光也很拉誇，煙花就沒幾下，就當出門溜個彎散散步隨便看一下，不要期待太大。説實話一大兩小1400多，很不值，反正不會來第二次了，後悔一萬次。還不如在清明上河園或者萬歲山多玩兩天，娃愛的很，後勁大。可能以後都不會想去這種遊樂園動物園了！由奢入儉難。

The location is very near to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International airport and the hotel provides airport transfer service 24/7 with every 1/2 interval such as 1200, 1230 etc. It’s a great hotel for airline staff such as cabin crew who needs to get to the airport within 5 min. The hotel is less than 5 min away from the airport. However, the hotel is quite far from other amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores etc. To travel to down centre at Zhengzhou city or other places in Henan, you could take the free airport transfer service to the airport before travelling by train or subway to the other places. There are also restaurants and a convenience store at the airport terminal 2. The front desk staff are friendly and approachable. The transport service bus captains work around the clock in shifts. They are very willing to attend to your needs and will go the extra mile to assist you if you need help. We enjoy our stay a lot! Thank you!

It was not very easy getting in contact with the hotel on arrival for the free shuttle. I had to get help from some very lovely people (twice!) inside the airport, and we had to wait over 45 mins to be collected. The lift back to the airport was very easy though. The room was comfortable enough.

It was perfect! Having a flight at 08:00 am this hotel was perfect! Breakfast from 05:30 - 09:00. Free transfer to airport. They even made a wake up call at 05:30 am to be sure I wouldn't lost my flight. Breakfas available was chinese style and good. Definitely would recommend it without thinking twice. 👍
