The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

Welcome snacks: As soon as I checked in, I was given welcome snacks, and there was a generous amount too! How incredibly thoughtful! Special souvenir: Even more thoughtful was what you see below! I was completely amazed when I was given a big bag of exquisite gifts after checking out! It's clear this establishment genuinely cares about every guest!! The owner truly puts a lot of effort into running this place! Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean! Nothing made me feel uncomfortable. Facilities: Since it's a newly opened establishment, the toiletries and appliances in the room are all smart. The stay experience was excellent! Environment: The decor perfectly incorporates Luoyang's local characteristics, and the摆件 (decorative items) in the hallway exude a sense of historical and cultural ambiance. Very refined! It felt like being in a mini-museum! You can tell the owner is very cultured and has invested heavily in the environment and decor.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

這家五星級酒店住着是真舒服。大堂看着就敞亮大氣，進來就覺得挺自在的。 房間特別乾淨，床軟乎乎的，晚上睡得特香。浴室空間大，熱水來得快，洗個澡渾身都舒坦。 服務也挺好，不管是前台還是客房服務員，説話都客客氣氣的，有啥需求很快就幫着解決了。早餐種類特別多，想吃啥基本都能找着，味道也不錯。 位置也很好，酒店旁邊就有個吾悦廣場，走路就可以過去了，非常方便，退房前台小羅還詢問入住體驗給送了小禮品，服務很熱情啊，下次有機會還來。推薦

This hotel offers great value for money. It's an established five-star hotel with a grand and spacious Chinese garden-style architecture, boasting nice views. The rooms are very large; we booked a double room and even with two kids and an extra bed, there was still plenty of space. We had dinner at the first-floor restaurant, which had a wide selection of dishes, including local cuisine and Cantonese, all tasting great. What truly stood out was the service. Even before we checked in, the AC in our room was already on. Check-in was quick, and requests were attended to promptly. A special shout-out to Manager Zhang, who was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. He anticipated our needs before we even thought of them, clearly explaining the hotel facilities and surrounding amenities. Since we had an early morning flight and wouldn't have time for breakfast, he thoughtfully arranged for the staff to pack breakfast for us to pick up at the front desk. A huge thank you for your dedication. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the airport shuttle was perfectly on time, making it an ideal choice for early morning flights. Just a small suggestion: the soundproofing of the room doors could be improved. During the day, we could hear conversations in the hallway and the sound of doors closing. However, once everyone rested, it became quiet. This might also be partly due to some guests speaking loudly or not closing doors gently. Perhaps earplugs could be offered or a quiet zone designated for guests with special needs.

As a frequent traveler to Luoyang, this stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the high-speed train station, and their 'Worry-Free Check-in' service, specifically designed for early/late trains, is incredibly thoughtful. The room spaciousness was a pleasant surprise; a standard room was about 30% larger than other hotels in the same price range, with a well-planned layout that made good use of the space. There were quite a few international guests, and I often heard multilingual conversations during breakfast, creating a relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere.

The hotel is far away from interesting tourist centers whats a disadvantage. Our suite was very large, with large windows and a nice view to a lake nearby. The service was normal good.

We arrived at the Longmen Grottoes a little after 5:00 AM that day. We added a friend on WeChat in advance, and he picked us up in the underground parking lot. Water and drinks were readily available in the lobby. Upon check-in, they were very considerate, giving us a small gift bag, even nail clippers. The service was incredibly detailed. After checking in, we went on a round-trip tour of the scenic area, which took about two hours. The walk was a bit tiring, so we ate at a food stall across from the hotel. The room had a bathtub, which we used for our child's bath. The bedding was excellent, and there was also a laundry service. This is definitely a top choice for a stay at the Longmen Grottoes. I highly recommend it.

Every time I come to Puyang, I will choose this hotel. The interior decoration of the hotel is very new and grand, and there are many green plants around. The staff service is very good. I changed to a lakeside room. The balcony of the room faces the lake view. It is very comfortable to sit and watch the scenery and drink tea. The breakfast variety is rich and I am very satisfied in all aspects.

Visited Luoyang in November and immediately chose this Marriott since it was relatively new. A big thanks to the front desk guy for upgrading us to a lake-view room! The environment and facilities are really good. However, one small thing: the bathroom didn't have any ventilation? That's a bit hard to understand. The breakfast was quite varied, but not very hot. The restaurant was a bit cold too, and so was the food. Maybe they don't want people to linger too long, haha. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it! It's outside the main tourist area, so it's much quieter.
