This is the first time I stay at JW I do like this hotel a lot. This is a modern designed Beautiful building, especially customer services is great plus there are many amenity in hotel. I would like to come back again at this hotel if I come visit in China Zhengzhou again.

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

早上到了是掃碼自助辦理入住，有工作人員在旁協助，錄人臉可以直接進園很方便。風格跟珠海長隆的酒店類似，酒店很新，乾淨衞生，還升級了主題房型也贈送了延遲退房，房間能看到煙花很不錯！早餐內容豐富，中西結合，煮的麪條味道不錯，雞蛋要是有現煎的更好。迷你高爾夫小朋友玩的不亦樂乎，小童駕校有意思，時間短了點哈哈。就是室內遊樂場略小玩的不多。酒店的小火車很方便，但感覺等的比較久，尤其是從園區回來的火車更難等，建議增加班次。房間還比較大，裡麪兒童洗漱用品都有，需要的嬰兒床也及時送來，好評！就是衞生間似乎沒有換氣，退房後有件衣服落下了也第一時間通知我，非常周到。感覺住一天太短啦！下次把幾個園玩到要多住幾天！

The location is very near to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International airport and the hotel provides airport transfer service 24/7 with every 1/2 interval such as 1200, 1230 etc. It’s a great hotel for airline staff such as cabin crew who needs to get to the airport within 5 min. The hotel is less than 5 min away from the airport. However, the hotel is quite far from other amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores etc. To travel to down centre at Zhengzhou city or other places in Henan, you could take the free airport transfer service to the airport before travelling by train or subway to the other places. There are also restaurants and a convenience store at the airport terminal 2. The front desk staff are friendly and approachable. The transport service bus captains work around the clock in shifts. They are very willing to attend to your needs and will go the extra mile to assist you if you need help. We enjoy our stay a lot! Thank you!

It was not very easy getting in contact with the hotel on arrival for the free shuttle. I had to get help from some very lovely people (twice!) inside the airport, and we had to wait over 45 mins to be collected. The lift back to the airport was very easy though. The room was comfortable enough.

Service was great. I really appreciate the service staff at the concierge who helped me, even after I have left the office and the country. There was a problem with my package delivery where the merchant refused to accept the return. She really went above and beyond to help!
Room was clean and I enjoyed the swing in the room! Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a spa next door, which we unfortunately didn't have the time to go to. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was delicious. The free airport transfer was super convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserThe location is amazing and up until the last few hours we were very satisfied with our stay. They gave a free upgrade to their newly refurbished 4th floor and that room really was awesome. We were not aware they cooked dinner well so we are out but should have dined at the Homestay. Breakfast was very simple but satisfying. They provide a transfer to Shaolin in a super nice car and plenty of free water to take with you during the day. So far so good. Now perhaps we are lost in translation but we indicated having a ride to our next stop charging between 260 and 380 through the didi app. Waaayyyy to expensive they said and offered to call a cab. The cab however was 445, a much higher rate. All rates included the toll. We asked about the type of car and were shown a luxury car. That car and that price were similar to didi premier so we said okay. Then they said it would take half an hour. We didn’t want that so said we would just go for the didi. They then said the taxi would be there faster. As you may guess; it was not. We ended up waiting well over half an hour and the taxi was a regular taxi. They ride was good, driver friendly etc but we felt a bit off about the way this went down. Again: could be lost in translation here so if you just arrange your own ride you will have an awesome stay with them. Ask for the nice room on floor 4! Picture is the view from our room.

AAnonymous UserNot far from the high-speed rail station, the room layout is quite unique, and the night view is excellent. It's spacious enough for two people to stay without bothering each other. The hot spring, in particular, is very clean; I didn't expect it to be a natural hot spring! The service is also superb, with staff frequently checking if the water temperature is comfortable. Apparently, they're building an outdoor hot spring in the courtyard of the capsule rooms soon, which sounds very promising.

GGuest UserThe Zhengzhou Golden Classic Hotel is truly the pinnacle of old-school 5-star luxury in Zhengzhou! My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, as expected from a high-end hotel managed by Wanda. The attention to detail really won me over.✨
The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the municipal government and just a 10-minute walk from the Lvcheng Square subway station. It's also a short drive to both the railway station and high-speed rail station, and parking is super convenient, making travel completely stress-free. Stepping into the 8th-floor lobby, you immediately feel the quality. The space, designed by an international designer, is grand and dignified, with a rich, vintage 'old money' style decor. The warm lighting design also creates a great sense of security. The room was surprisingly spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Although the facilities have some age, they are incredibly well-maintained, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful stay.
The service was absolutely perfect! From the front desk's warm and thoughtful reception and patient guidance, to staff members proactively helping with the elevator and luggage, I felt completely at home throughout. Attending a concert? They even offer a complimentary shuttle service, with the driver in formal attire and thoughtfully providing water – such touching details. The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive. If you're traveling with kids, the children's pool and ball pit area are perfect, and there are also billiards, a gym, and sauna facilities. The Chinese food at Huaxia Restaurant and the buffet breakfast were both delicious, with a wide variety of options and great flavors.
Whether it's for a business trip, a family vacation, or attending a performance, this place is perfect, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!

XxynnerAlways excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance.
This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable.
Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too.
The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that!
I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too.
The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration.
The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha.
Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too.
Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few.
Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level:
1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet.
2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment.
3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China.
4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus.
Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!

You can really feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. I fell in love with it after just one stay! Highly recommend.

GGuest UserThis was truly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in China. The moment you arrive, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They did a superb job showing me around the floor and where all the key spots were. The room was spacious and beds are comfortable. I’m grateful for the soft towel they provided. I loved the location, which was near the Line 1 metro and a 10 minute walk to the Yingtanmien Gate (must see at nightfall). I also loved the study/quiet room which a bonus in the hostel. Everything went smoothly during my 3 night stay. The washing room was easy to use and very affordable. It was fun to see their movie and karaoke night. I highly recommend this place!

CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

XxynnerThis hotel really made my trip to Anyang. I went Anyang to visit the Yinxu Museum to meet the mighty female general/ consort/ oracle Fu Hao and her massive treasures in her tomb and I was not disappointed.
Junhao Hotel gave me an upgrade and the room was very lux. The heating was really good and the room felt toasty in the cold cold winter.
The room was super spacious, great beddings and even memory foam pillows. Toilet and toiletries were premium, extremely new and lux. Room was for smoking but there were no remnants of smoke smells, which is a huge achievement for hotels of China.
Decor in general is very Japandi / Scandi. Love it so so so much. Rooms are on high floors and the full length windows are a vibe.
Instead of TV, there's a projector over a cool projection screen, best part about it was that the TV subscription was premium.
The hotel is really new, some parts are still renovating (only about 3 months old) but they are good to operate. Didn't hear any constructions because I'm mostly out in the day time.
Hotel is overall very clean, staff are all very sweet and helpful, very pleased to have foreign guests.
I have a few feedback for the hotel to work on:
- many hotel guests were smoking in the lobby which I think it's common in China but good hotels normally don't allow common area smoking anymore.
- room sink drainage was blocked but I was too lazy to inform, but small issue for me.

SSusuaiqichengDuring the Chinese New Year travel season, there were an incredible number of tourists from Henan. For the price, this hotel's environment was really good. The hotel is laid out like a small community with four buildings, all not far from the lobby. Eating options aren't super convenient, but Dengfeng isn't that big anyway. Overall, it's a great place.
