Di Zhengzhou pada musim ini, jika bilik berventilasi sepenuhnya, penyaman udara tidak diperlukan pada waktu malam. Tetapi suhu masih tinggi pada siang hari! Bagaimanakah suhu menurun selepas terdedah kepada matahari selama sehari dalam persekitaran tertutup? Mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Saya tinggal separuh tidur dan separuh berjaga selama beberapa jam dalam persekitaran tertutup pada suhu 27 darjah Celsius sepanjang malam, sehingga saya tidak membuka pintu untuk mengudarakan bilik pada waktu pagi, suhu bilik menurun! Saya tidak sangka hotel yang diuruskan oleh InterContinental diuruskan dengan begitu baik! Stay here for 5 nights. The location was great, it's just beside a main road and a food street/night market just opposite it. My room was clean and big, everything is in order. Room was on higher floor (8018) and facing rear view with a magnificent view of “Luoyang Broadcast Tower” which will lit up at night. There are room for improvement for the restaurant's facilities and service. Breakfast is typical China meals, but not much variety for selection, as well as the afternoon tea. Overall, it was a great hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel with it's friendly staff and excellent service. Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. This hotel would be good for stopover or business travellers wishing to enjoy the fast service, absence of noisy crowds, good cuisine, or simply to rest after the flight.

I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

The hotel’s location is just right in front of the ancient city where we can find food and walk around so easy. Also, the metro is just 200m. The room is clean and the AC is nice during the summer! They even provide snacks in the room and refill it everyday during our stay. Amenities are good. Really recommend!!

The service was very good, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were promptly met during our 2-night stay. The gym, though small, was nicely equipped with essential instruments, perfect for a quick workout session. Breakfast was nice as well blending a diversified Chinese style with Western elements, catering to a variety of tastes. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The hotel demonstrated excellent value for money, making us feel valued and well-cared for. It's a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation that won't break the bank.

Io e altri due amici abbiamo alloggiato qui per due notti durante il nostro viaggio in Cina. La camera è molto spaziosa, con un soppalco per il letto matrimoniale; l’ampio soggiorno ha il divano con un tavolino, la TV, il letto singolo, il lavandino e una vasca; il bagno ha il wc e una doccia molto grande, ma è separato dal soggiorno da un vetro che, seppur opaco, lascia intravedere le sagome. Accettabile ma noi occidentali non ci siamo abituati. La colazione è servita esclusivamente in camera, ed è cinese, anche se la scelta spazia tra diversi menù. Le camere sono gestite dall’assistente vocale e per fare alcune cose, come aprire e chiudere le tende, è necessario imparare i comandi in cinese, perché non esistono pulsanti di azione manuali. I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili, e sono dotati di un traduttore portatile per sostenere le conversazioni con i clienti stranieri. La posizione è ottima, a poca distanza dalla Old Town, basta attraversare il ponticello. Subito al di là del ponte c’è anche la fermata del DiDi. Nel complesso l’hotel è moderno e pulito, e lo consiglierei sicuramente per una tappa a Luoyang.

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

A good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

The hotel and room was quite clean. However, the clothes hanger had a but of dusts on it. The free orange that was provided was very dry and tasteless. Perhaps it could be a design flaw, however, the shower room was poorly constructed and a little of water could easily slipped through the glass door. what puzzled me was how the excess water was able to enter the toilet which was next door. Basically the room and the toilet was slightly flooded as a result. I had to call the hotel to request for them to help clean the excess water. Unfortunately, i did not took any photos of the incident.

The location is excellent for visiting Longmen Grotto. It is roughly 10 minutes walk from the high speed railway station and metro. The front desks staff is very friendly. The room is clean. The only negative is the smell of smoke/cigarette even though I have a non-smoking room.

衞生環境都保持的挺好的，不過湖景其實也沒啥看的了，以前還有個燈光秀，可惜現在沒了。不過作為新開的五星，依然不是智能馬桶，不禁在想是為什麼。 服務態度跟人員形象都挺好，就是好像人員不太夠，所以打前台電話要幾次，送冰塊要等很一小段時間。 酒店位置適合去龍門石窟，老君山，少林寺以及高鐵站，其他老城區去玩反倒有點距離。不過門口就是個大商場，吃喝玩樂都很方便，人氣也挺足。

Good location, plenty of places to eat , shopping etc all within walking distance (5-15 minutes ) the staff were friendly , the rooms clean , the gym was better than expected also. The lobby has a small coffee shop (just as god as Starbucks but cheaper ). I didn’t try the food at the hotel but plenty of good local restaurants nearby

This minimal-style hotel is super clean. We like it very much. Our room is spotless. All the hotel staff from the front desk to the maid are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with varities. The location is just 10-15 minute walk to Lijingmen and the metro station.

Friendly experience. Delicious breakfast buffet. They say the room comes with a costume rental which is across the street, however the makeup and hair design is extra 169 yuan which means that you are essentially paying the same as getting the hair/makeup plus costume on the main street. I dont see the “discount.”

可以很不錯，前台小許小趙接待態度很好，酒店地處市中心繁華地帶，周邊各種店應有盡有，小吃夜市離得都不遠。房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐非常好，房間很大很寬敞，服務態度很好，下次還會再來的還選擇這家酒店，大家可以參考

服務超棒，電話聯繫後到高鐵站接招，幫忙提行李，高鐵站到酒店大概5分鐘的路程，入住時看我一個人，貼心的免費給升級到大床房，非常開心！第二天7點的飛機，5:20司機師傅便等在樓下，距離機場八九分鐘的路程，本次入住體驗感超棒，第二天要趕飛機或者降落晚航班的朋友，強烈推薦入住這家酒店。

The hotel was surprisingly clean and comfortable for the price. One could also get the impression that the owner/staff take pride in the service/accommodation they offer. I would certainly book here again. They also provided a ride from the hotel to the airport with no wait-time.

Was just here for a one night layover before my flight, so it was fine for one night. Cant comment on the breakfast as it started at 7, and I had to leave by 6 to catch my flight. Bed was comfy, slept well. Seemed to be one of the few in the area that accepted foreigners!

We had a great experience! The front desk (No. 10, 11, 13) are very friendly and are easy to understand. The airport shuttle drivers (No. 15, 16) are awesome. We took the shuttle multiple times to the airport and the driver arrived on time, dropped us off on time, and he was patient. We have to drop off our grandma at the airport at midnight and back to the hotel after, we really appreciate the shuttle driver working late just to complete our trip.

อยู่ในทำเลที่ตั้งที่ดี สะอาด อยู่ในมหาลัย ห้องกว้าง ใกล้แหล่งที่ซื้อของมากๆ มีร้านค้า มีร้านอาหาร มีแมคโดนัลด์ มีสตาบัค และร้านขายของชำต่างๆ เช่น ร้านมินิโซ ร้านชานม ร้านบุพเฟ่ โรงแรมใกล้ประตูทิศใต้ของมหาลัย
