Hotel Madrid dengan Spa

Reservé en este hotel especialmente para celebrar la noche de mi cumpleaños. Como había disponibilidad, tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos un upgrade, así que pudimos disfrutar de una de las suites. A pesar de estar en pleno centro de Madrid, la habitación tenía un ambiente cálido y súper acogedor, casi como estar en casa. Cada detalle hacía que nos sintiéramos especialmente cómodos. La cama era enorme y las almohadas, súper híper cómodas. Me sentía en una nube! El baño era muy amplio y el espejo del lavamanos tenía luces regulables, perfectas para maquillarme. Además, la habitación incluía sauna, un detalle que me esperaba, pero igualmente sorprende cuando lo ves. También nos dejaron caramelos y agua de cortesía. Los productos de baño no sé de qué marca eran, pero olían muy bien. En general, si no fuera porque esa misma noche mi pareja rompió conmigo, definitivamente volvería a reservar. La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado del Parque del Retiro y de la Puerta de Alcalá.

The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

Fabulous hotel! Service was excellent throughout the hotel including reception, concierge, restaurant/bar, housekeeping. When we checked in, the concierge was able to make a reservation on the spot for us at a very popular restaurant in Madrid!

Amazing stay! We paid to upgrade to the room with Christmas market view and it was all worth it. The room is clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. I’ll recommend to my friends and family coming to Madrid.

Service: All staff were very helpful, polite, and energetic when communicating 😊 Lots of smiles and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. 💫 Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝 Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿

İlk kez bir Four Seasons Hotel'de oda servisi için sipariş dışında odaya teslimat ücreti alındığını gördüm. Çok saçma ve mantık dışı bir uygulama. Ek olarak kahvaltıdaki çöreklerin bazılarının aşırı bayat olması da çok şaşırttı. Daha önce hiç bir Four Seasons Hotel konaklamamda böyle şeylerle karşılaşmadım.

The hotel is far from the city centre. It takes almost half an hour by UBER or taxi to arrive in the city centre. The area near the hotel has 4 tall towers, and a few minutes away is a little sunken area with a few restaurants and clothing shops, but no supermarket nearby. In the lobby of the hotel there were many visitors dressed in suits everyday for conventions. They often blocked us when we tried to pass by or they crowded the elevators. Our room was not new at all; we wanted to change the room but we were told the hotel is full so ”come back tomorrow”. Our shower door would not close, so water leaked out a lot. Our bathroom sliding door was so crooked that there was a big gap when it was ”closed”. The bathroom sink water drained extremely slowly and was almost overflowing. The lights control system is stupid, with no separate light controls for the bathroom. Either all the lights on or all the lights off. Overall the hotel is ok, but many things need fixing.

We stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out. The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.

TPoor & Discriminatory Shuttle Service – Avoid Relying on It! Terrible experience with Meliá Madrid Barajas free shuttle on 11 Feb 2026. Driver ignored T1 stop outbound (only Spanish announcement), forced us to T4 unnecessarily. Evening return at T1: Showed room key, bus had plenty empty seats, but driver refused us & told to go T4. Airline crew boarded no problem. Stuck in pouring rain → paid outrageous €22 taxi. Complained to front desk – no response or apology after weeks. Website says shuttle stops at T1/T2/T4, but drivers decide otherwise. Felt unwelcome & discriminated against. Extremely disappointing for a 4-star airport hotel. Urge management to fix policies, train staff properly, and respond to complaints. Do NOT depend on this shuttle!

The room was neat but not clean, even though we stayed 4 nights but it seemed they never swept the floor, a lot of dust on the floor and dust from the towels flying.. The best thing is just because there is a shuttle bus from the airport and the reception is very good Juan thank you sir.
