"Very good hotel with super friendly reception staff. Room was clean and well organised. There was a mini bar in the fridge but I would have liked a kettle. There is a restaurant on site but we did not use it. There is a free airport shuttle which we used to return to the airport. However we arrived at 10am and were told the shuttle was not available until 12:00 so we had to get a taxi which cost 25€."

"An absolutely impressive hotel! I loved the gorgeous décor in both the room and the shared areas. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh fruit, smoked salmon, a wonderful bakery station, and even delicious Spanish specialties like ham and chorizo. From the moment you step into the hotel to the moment you enter your room, everything feels truly luxurious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

PPengguna TetamuWonderful stay. Great location at the centre of everything. Next to the main street that looks like Broadway in NYC where you can find musical theatres, exhibitions, etc. Friendly staff at check-in. Maria was very polite and offered to circle the locations of major destinations on a map for me. Amenities are VERY new and technologically up to date. Interiors are beautifully designed with details that showcase thoughts and considerations put in to improve the user experience and functionality as well. If anything to note, it might be a bit noisy in the evenings as it’s right next to the main street and plaza with performers singing. But it’s quiet enough after 10pm and hasn’t been much of a concern for me during my stay.

LLilyminimiThe hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

PPengguna Tetamuİlk kez bir Four Seasons Hotel'de oda servisi için sipariş dışında odaya teslimat ücreti alındığını gördüm. Çok saçma ve mantık dışı bir uygulama. Ek olarak kahvaltıdaki çöreklerin bazılarının aşırı bayat olması da çok şaşırttı. Daha önce hiç bir Four Seasons Hotel konaklamamda böyle şeylerle karşılaşmadım.

JJohnny B GoodThe hotel is far from the city centre. It takes almost half an hour by UBER or taxi to arrive in the city centre. The area near the hotel has 4 tall towers, and a few minutes away is a little sunken area with a few restaurants and clothing shops, but no supermarket nearby. In the lobby of the hotel there were many visitors dressed in suits everyday for conventions. They often blocked us when we tried to pass by or they crowded the elevators. Our room was not new at all; we wanted to change the room but we were told the hotel is full so ”come back tomorrow”. Our shower door would not close, so water leaked out a lot. Our bathroom sliding door was so crooked that there was a big gap when it was ”closed”. The bathroom sink water drained extremely slowly and was almost overflowing. The lights control system is stupid, with no separate light controls for the bathroom. Either all the lights on or all the lights off. Overall the hotel is ok, but many things need fixing.

With it being so quiet you could hear the street noise all night long. Like people partying and sirens off and on. It’s on a busy street so needs some kind of little noise machine to blend out the outside traffic and noise.

MM ChuahWe stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out. The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.
