"Das Hotel war sehr bemüht um seine Gäste. Zwei GästeBetreuer kümmern sich um alle Belange der Gäste und waren sehr zuvorkommend und versorgt uns mit jeder Menge Informationen. Wir hatten ein elegantes Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoss gebucht, und das war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Durch die unmittelbar davor liegende Straße war es leider nicht sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer roch es öfter nach Abfluss und irgendwie modrig. Leider war der Service im Restaurant Ophelia teilweise wirklich schlecht. Einige Mitarbeiter wirkten irgendwie genervt und waren unfreundlich. Es gab oft lange Wartezeiten bis man überhaupt eine Bestellung aufgeben konnte. Das Servieren der Speisen erfolgte dann gehetzt und unpersönlich. Die Qualität der Speisen war okay aber nicht überdurchschnittlich. Der Sauna und Fitnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und hoteleigene Strandliegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Standort eignet sich auch hervorragend, um Ausflüge in die Region zu unternehmen."

AAnnatteCFabulous experience at this hotel. Impeccable service throughout my 4 days here, and the room was spacious and lovely ! Breakfast was filling , everything was amazing. Wished I could stay a few more days here. Will definitely come back if I visit Crete

AAmyThe room was spacious and the hotel was super clean and extremely comfortable. Everything felt brand new and the service was really 5 star. We were happily surprised to learn that the indoor swimming pool is actually just a giant jacuzzi. We spent an hour there on our last night which was super nice. The bed is really comfortable and the place is quiet. There is a valet service for parking your car and we got welcome drinks and snacks on arrival. Thanks again for the free bottle of wine and fruit bowl as a VIP welcome gift. We really enjoyed and will come back to this hotel if we ever visit Chania again one day.

PPengguna TetamuEvery hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

PPengguna TetamuBeautiful location, beautiful hotel and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Travelling on my own I felt extremely comfortable and really appreciated the small details like additional locks on the door and ways of ensuring I was not disturbed.
Would stay again in a heartbeat and plan to come back.

LLéo WThis hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! Big thank you to everyone at Lagon life spirit boutique hotel, you’ve made our stay so perfect!

PPengguna TetamuThe staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and all the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mara, who was especially helpful and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back!

ZZA HEI DEII had a good stay overall — the hotel is in a good location and the staff were helpful. However, there were a few things that could be improved:
1. No complimentary water was provided.
2. There was no shower gel or soap in the room; I had to ask the staff for it.
3. Clean towels were not given every day.
The room infrastructure is a bit old but still comfortable. Overall, it’s a good hotel but these small improvements would make the stay much better.
