PPengguna TetamuLovely spotlessly clean apartment with balcony and views across the sea. Wonderful swimming pool, the staff were first rate, so friendly and helpful. Short walks to the beach, and lots of bars and restaurants.
Bus stop at the bottom of the drive to take you into Chania (about 25 mins) .
Trips available to purchase from reception and they also organised our airport taxi.

RRamonEpas and the team at Elizabeth Suites are amazing. Highly recommend staying at this immaculate property when in Chania. You will have ample parking and only a short 5 min drive to city centre. Apartments are spacious and very clean and comfortable. Do youself a favour and stay here it's a top choice in a maze of options!

MMaksimThe hotel is very conveniently located 30 meters from the sea and has its own sunbeds. I had a room on the 1st floor (other rooms are different, I recommend to negotiate the 1st floor when you book). It was an almost perfect spacious apartment for 1-2 people. ”Almost” only because the kitchen is really basic, you cannot really cook anything more complex than a sausage. On the other hand, why would you cook even a sausage, if there are so many nice places with excellent food around? The bed, bathroom, furniture and everything else are all in excellent condition. Large terrace with a view on the yard and even on a bit of the see.
The best part are Maria and Veronika, who keep it all in order and clean and kindly help you out with all your problems. Just do not be shy to ask. I had a very late flight home, so they let me land in another extra room until evening. Truly appreciate warm personal attitude which is impossible in bigger fancy resorts.
And yes, the date palm at the entrance looks fantastic! see the photo

Pokój przestronny, wygodne łóżka, wszystko czyste i regularnie sprzątane. Posiłki smaczne różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś co mu będzie smakowało. Basen i przestrzeń wspólna czysta codziennie czyszczona, dużo leżaków oraz bar w którym serwowane są napoje, drinki oraz przekąski.
Jeżeli wybiorę się jeszcze raz na Kretę to skorzystam z usług hotelu.

I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

AAnastasia123We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The location is perfect—set in a peaceful village, just a one-minute walk to a wide, spacious beach with easy access to the water.
The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and even smelled pleasant. We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive.
The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care.
This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We already dream of coming back and staying longer.

DDaniela888The place is good looking and clean but it is not functional. The light could not be on while you open the door. You cannot go outside and take the key if someone else is in the room or they lose electricity. The shower has so little pressure that you simply cannot keep the water temperature, it is always too cold or too hot. There is no insolation so you hear everything from the other rooms making it impossible to sleep. It is located in coviniently at the old town center which is good if you do not have a car. If you do have a car it is very difficult to find parking and you will face heavy traffic every day.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and all the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mara, who was especially helpful and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back!
