The onsen was spectacular, well decorated and comfortable. it would hv been better if it opens till 1am :)

PPengguna TetamuWe changed room type when we got to the hotel (from Seaside Maisonette to one of the Tower apartments) and this was seamlessly offered to us by the night staff. Service is top notch. Great for families. The food is wonderful and there is private onsen in every single room.
Highly recommend for families of up to 4 persons to stay in the tower apartments. They are very new and well furnished.

•the breakfast set is delicious
•loved the games night it was fun
•the foot bath is great with the sea view
•the coffee at the lounge is good but they should provide some japanese snacks
•the popcicle after onsen is delicious
•the onsen is small but it was nice and clean
•the dinner took a long time to eat we didn’t liked the appetizers but the sashimi was fresh and the hotpot was good with lobsters.hotate and puffer fish
•we missed the show at 21:30pm
•the free ramen is delicious we had fun making the ramen
•the bed was soft and we had a great sleep

JJudith AldI stayed at the female room which is very wide and it was quite so I could sleep very good. Even though it’s a capsule hotel the beds are also wide and very comfortable. The price andlocation is very convenient , the hotel is on the Beppu tower and it’s 15minutes walking from the Beppu Station. They can offer to keep your luggage for free. I would stay at this place again 👍

Cchiiko Ito入口から大浴場、混浴露天風呂、レストラン、客室へのアプローチは近くて良かったです
混雑時の予約だったためか、夜のレストランが空いておらず、近隣の居酒屋を予約して行きました
朝食ビュッフェは美味しかったです
ダブルベッドの部屋に大人2人、1歳の子ども1人で宿泊したのですが、ベッド裏に子どもが入り込んだら埃だらけで出てきたので清潔度を低くしています🫤
外の露天風呂は毎朝清掃してる様でキレイでした

location: it's relatively further from the station , around a 8-10min walk. there is a 7-11 just around the corner
room: my room came without a bathroom but for the ladies are 3 cubicles shared among the 7 mix gendered guests on the floor. i did not have to wait in line at all. there was more than enough space in the room to open my suitcase wide and still feel comfortable. bed and pillow was a bit hard though, and you can hear anyone talking loudly downstairs outside the building as the room is on 2nd floor, tho that doesnt happen very often.
food: amazing balanced breakfast that changes everyday - really delicious!
onsen: the one on 2F was smaller than 1F, but very good and comfortable. clean too. you can book a private onsen room for 500yen (50mins)
staff: all of them were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. there are english-proficient staff available 24H as well :)

PPengguna TetamuCapsule propre, bien placée à moins de 10 minutes de la Gare de Beppu, à 5 minutes du onsen takegawera où l’on peut prendre un bain de sable!
Le onsen avec sauna sur place et compris dans le prix est très appréciable.
Seule chose à savoir- il n’y a pas de douches à l’étage des capsules- il faut donc aller se doucher dans le onsen.

SSurachai VachirarattanavongEven the location is good but it difficult to go to and there is no sign of the ryokan at all. The room is very old and authentic which it almost 200 yrs. But request ice will cost 500 yen which should be free servicea.
