Hotel Amsterdam dengan Spa

A really nice hotel, great amenities and good location, not walking distance to main attractions but the transport links were great and easy to use.

Impeccable service and professionally run.  We have a most wonderful stay and the Okura is rightly acclaimed as one of the leading hotels of this part of the world.  Surely, there wouldn’t be many other which can lay claim to hosting three michelin rated restaurants.

We arrived a tad early Staff were really welcoming & offered to store our luggage until we returned later for check in.  The room was more than what we expected, roomy, clean & great view down to the Ziggo Dome entry. The breakfast was  pretty amazing, the choices from hot food, cereals, bread & cheeses, fruit, hot & cold drinks an awesome variety. The restaurant in house had a good variety of food, service was quick, staff were friendly & helpful.  All staff during our stay were really good. The location for us was No 1 right next to the Concert we went to see, The Ladies of Soul’  we will definitely book there again in the future. Keep up the good work Jaz in the City Amsterdam Staff. The cleaners also need a mention as they were easy to talk to and helpful when we requested items that had run out in our room.

I had a wonderful stay thanks to the hotel’s exceptionally attentive service. The front desk responded incredibly quickly, delivering luggage and a toothbrush in no time. When I picked up my stored bags, it was raining outside, yet the front desk staff still helped carry my luggage downstairs and loaded it into the car. Their efficiency, thoughtfulness, and dedication truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

had a great 11-day stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi speed was consistently good, which was perfect for my longer stay. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet area slightly away from the hustle of the city. It's in a peaceful neighborhood but still very convenient—just a few meters from the Overamstel metro station, making it easy to get around. They also have great amenities, including a lovely swimming pool and an on-site restaurant that’s both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily come back again.

Good location and walking distance to central train/ bus station. Walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants and red light district. Room 1141 was very poorly lit and had no windows to the outside. Only 1 small window that overlooked the reception area. Room was very dark. Bathroom light was automatic sensor light. Very very annoying as it took forever to turn off. Maybe 20mins. Annoying at night time. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Staff were OK but not overly friendly.

For a W hotel, the experience was not as good as it is in other locations The location is ok , but the tram passing by and the noisy bars might be noisy especially when you are on lower floors The room is OK , nothing really special about it, and feel soulless with kitchy decorations and wall paintings Breakfast is not bad as well Cleaning is ok but i found a silverfish on the room… not to mention as well that some amenities are not replaced if used… unless ordered Most of the staff were really helpful and nice , except a very rude one on the bank checkin counter that should change jobs if it’s annoying her that much The pool , spa and lounge and gym are really amazing but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy them as much as we wanted because of the weather and time constraints Overall , i would say it’s a good value for money but there are better options in Amsterdam!

Beautiful hotel from the moment you walk in the doors rooms are well presented clean and a good size for Amsterdam, my only issue was the mattress toppers were beyond worn and all bubbley which made it feel like the bed was full of crumbs which made for a sleepless night, other then that the the staff were as friendly and warm as could be which just added to the hotels overall charm.
