"Exceptional service from the check-in reception to the restaurant staff for breakfast. We had a very good time enjoying our stay at the hotel. It is located just opposite Galeria shopping mall and the central station with excellent connectivity like trains, trams and buses to other places and the airport. It is also within walking distance to the old town. An excellent choice for those who wants the modern comfort and access to old town vibe."

Literally one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Have us early check in and complementary drinks when we arrived after our flight. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order omelettes and the hotel is just gorgeous. Spa is also a really nice little touch to warm you up after the snow

It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

The location is unbeatable and you can’t get any more convenient than this. Everything is right outside of the hotel but still on a quiet road. Even is 4 years old the hotel feel new and clean. I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel with modern design but unlucky the room was too warm for us and AC seems not working. Asked the front desk to check, but no one came and they asked us to wait since they will adjust it from the system but nothing’s changed.

Excellent hotel. We arrived at 2 am and the reception process was kind and fast. The location is close to the center. On foot to all the sites and especially close to the beautiful Vistula River. Great attitude of staff. Answer and help on any issue with a smile. The breakfast was very good. There is, ample parking from the enclosure. 60 zlotys per day for hotel guests. Really, we didn't want to leave. I am sure we will be back.

During our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.

It must be noted that most European hotels don’t provide toothbrushes, shampoo, or slippers in the room anymore. Hotel Krowodrza did provide a 2-in-1 body soap cum shampoo and that was appreciated! The door lock was modern and safe. Staff was also very helpful and friendly! The hotel also provided free water and parking so that was really nice. It’s a few tram stops outside of the city but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood! Would choose to stay here again if I visit Poland for its reasonable pricing and safety.
