"It must be noted that most European hotels don’t provide toothbrushes, shampoo, or slippers in the room anymore. Hotel Krowodrza did provide a 2-in-1 body soap cum shampoo and that was appreciated! The door lock was modern and safe. Staff was also very helpful and friendly! The hotel also provided free water and parking so that was really nice. It’s a few tram stops outside of the city but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood! Would choose to stay here again if I visit Poland for its reasonable pricing and safety."

"Exceptional service from the check-in reception to the restaurant staff for breakfast. We had a very good time enjoying our stay at the hotel. It is located just opposite Galeria shopping mall and the central station with excellent connectivity like trains, trams and buses to other places and the airport. It is also within walking distance to the old town. An excellent choice for those who wants the modern comfort and access to old town vibe."

Great Hotel, 10/10. Highly recommended if price is not too crazy -Special Location: near old town/river. It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

The location is unbeatable and you can’t get any more convenient than this. Everything is right outside of the hotel but still on a quiet road. Even is 4 years old the hotel feel new and clean. I absolutely loved the location of thí hotel, easily a 10/10. Only about 500 meters to Rynek Square, 5 minutes to the main train station, metro, and Galeria Krakowska. Right across the street are KFC, Starbucks, and many shops and restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel is clean, modern, and well designed. The bed was large and comfortable, hot water and heating were strong, and soundproofing was very good. Full amenities provided, including slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, and toothpaste, truly a “just bring your suitcase and move in” experience. My room faced the back courtyard, so there was no view. The swimming pool water was quite cold, and the single jacuzzi was often overcrowded. However, for a hotel of this category in the Old Town, there are very few alternatives that even have a pool. I stayed during the peak end-of-year season, so the price was high, but overall I was satisfied with the value. If I return to Krakow, I would definitely book this hotel again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Yeah, so. this is a pretty fantastic hotel in terms of having amazing rooms and the location is quite nice because you're next to all these parks and it's about a 33 minute walk to Old Town, which is actually perfect because you can get a lot of exercise but I would say it's not in Old Town itself if you prefer to be right in the middle. and that could be an upside or downside depending on what you feel about it. and then everything is pretty excellent. I would say the only confusing thing is the rooms have confusing light switches that don't necessarily work the way you might want to. and initially the kettle was also broken. and like it wouldn't stop boiling the water. it wouldn't do the auto shut off. However, they did fix it relatively fast. and the hotel food is pretty decent. but obviously old town food in the actual city is better. location is good. There's like a well fitness gym close by. and overall it's worth staying. Worth noting if you want late checkout they charge some amount per hour. and if you have Marriott status they won't give you free breakfast if you have a high status which is also interesting. But definitely pretty good hotel.

I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.
