"The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)"

Great Hotel, 10/10. Highly recommended if price is not too crazy -Special Location: near old town/river. Supermarkets and Stop for airport bus nearby -Spacious clean rooms, Nespresso/Tea/Water free -Great bedding, slept well -Staff nice -Breakfast was nice, recommend it -Gym quite good for hotel gym, has squat rack too Didn't find anything negative

It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

I absolutely loved the location of thí hotel, easily a 10/10. Only about 500 meters to Rynek Square, 5 minutes to the main train station, metro, and Galeria Krakowska. Right across the street are KFC, Starbucks, and many shops and restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel is clean, modern, and well designed. The bed was large and comfortable, hot water and heating were strong, and soundproofing was very good. Full amenities provided, including slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, and toothpaste, truly a “just bring your suitcase and move in” experience. My room faced the back courtyard, so there was no view. The swimming pool water was quite cold, and the single jacuzzi was often overcrowded. However, for a hotel of this category in the Old Town, there are very few alternatives that even have a pool. I stayed during the peak end-of-year season, so the price was high, but overall I was satisfied with the value. If I return to Krakow, I would definitely book this hotel again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Sehr gute Lage! Straßenbahn in der Nähe, Kraków Eye fußläufig erreichbar. Freundlicher und guter Service. Zimmer bieten alles, was man braucht. 24/7 Fitnessstudio und Sauna vorhanden. Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr – bei tiefergelegten Autos Vorsicht, da es schleifen kann. 😅 Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

It must be noted that most European hotels don’t provide toothbrushes, shampoo, or slippers in the room anymore. Hotel Krowodrza did provide a 2-in-1 body soap cum shampoo and that was appreciated! The door lock was modern and safe. Staff was also very helpful and friendly! The hotel also provided free water and parking so that was really nice. It’s a few tram stops outside of the city but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood! Would choose to stay here again if I visit Poland for its reasonable pricing and safety.

Excellent hotel. We arrived at 2 am and the reception process was kind and fast. The location is close to the center. On foot to all the sites and especially close to the beautiful Vistula River. Great attitude of staff. Answer and help on any issue with a smile. The breakfast was very good. There is, ample parking from the enclosure. 60 zlotys per day for hotel guests. Really, we didn't want to leave. I am sure we will be back.

During our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.
