Cari Hotel 2-Star di Krakow

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel since it doesn't have a nameboard in front of the first entrance. You should definitely call the hotel before you go there because you can't enter the building without going through the locked gate. I actually didn't contact the hotel beforehand and couldn't even find the entrance when I arrived. I made a call and the clerk kindly came in front of the building to find me and guided me to the reception. She was so kind and helpful. The room was good enough for a single short stay too.

Was there for one week .very small hostel and very bad service . I was staying there for 7days which never fulling booked and my bed was up and I asked can they change for me .I waited two night get changed and I went to out when I get back the reception asked me to change my own bed sheet I was shocked but don't want to argue because I know I cannot get my money back.if I didn't booked for 7days I will just walked out. One girl checked I talked here about it. She said her bed was dirty and before she live she take of the pillow cover and bed cover she said she want to make sure when next one come can have clean one.hopefully out side of the reception steps never been cleaned very dirty .. The cleaner tell people don't work around when she cleans quite funny to be honest.she is cleaning for few mins and stop go eat.if u only stay one night u will not noticed for that . Only two good points one is kitchen breakfast was good. Location is very good too .

Один из лучших хостелов, где я была. А была я много где) 1. Месторасположение, рядом магазины, кафе, изобилие красивый и спокойных улиц 2. Само место. Это место сделано с душой и полной отдачей и это видно при каждом шаге. Сделано со вкусом, видеться забота о туристах в каждой детале интерьера. 3. Чистые ванные комнаты и душевые 4. Просторная кухня с большим инвентарем для готовки 5. Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, который ответит на все вопросы и зарядит позитивом ❤️✨ 6. Хотелось бы вернуться в Краков и снова в это место. Я останавливалась в комнате на 10 человек и это невероятно красивый вид, и даже в этой комнате есть зонирование и можно отдохнуть и посидеть на уютных креслах Это место в самое сердце 🧡 этому месту процветания, кто выбирает хостел рекомендую на 100/10

Let's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo) You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker. Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up. On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean. For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.

一般的なホテルの広い敷地内にあるホステルで、チェックインなどはすべてホテル側でします。徒歩1分くらいです。ホステルはとても清潔でベッドもしっかりとした快適なベッドでした。 シャワールームやトイレも清潔です。グランドフロアが個室タイプ、2階がドミトリーのようです。私が滞在した時はゲストがかなり少なく大変静かで快適に過ごすことができました。 初日はグランドフロアに3組ほどのゲストがいたので廊下での声や足音が聞こえてきたり、トイレの使い方が悪かったのか不潔でした。2日目3日目はグランドフロアが貸切状態だったので静かでトイレも清潔でした。 困ったのはヘアドライヤーがなかったことです。シャワールームにも部屋にもなく貸し出しもしていないため、シャワー後は自然乾燥必須です。長い髪の毛の人は風邪を引かないように気を付けてください。 建物は入るとすぐに暖かく、部屋もとても綺麗で暖かかったです。半袖で過ごすことができます。リネン交換は依頼すればしてくれます。私は一式もらっておいて好きなタイミングで自分で交換しました。 ホテル側に行けばティーサービスがありましたが、なぜか3日目になくなっていました。レセプションでお湯をもらいました。レセプションスタッフさんはとても親切です。 公共交通機関から遠い、とありましたがクラクフ中央駅（Kraków Glowny）から125番のバスに乗るとほぼホテルの目の前に到着してかなり便利です。トラムよりも125のバスが近くて便利です。トラムでもバスでも料金はPLN4です。 またクラクフに滞在するならここに泊まります。とても良かったです。

Отличное соотношение цены и качества, для кратковременного проживания. Расположение хорошее : 20 мин до ЖД вокзала, 25 мин до Вавельского замка пешком. Проживали в двухместном номере с удобствами (душ, туалет + фен, TV, шторы блэкаут). Номер и хостел был чистым, уборка номера по запросу. Важно! : есть комната для хранения багажа до и после проживания, есть кухня с посудой, холодильником, СВЧ, эл.плита. Рекомендую.

Check in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Moon Hostel, es ist sehr zentral gelegen, ein checken und aus checken war einfach freundliches Personal.

The well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounge are perfect for socializing. Comfortable beds and secure lockers. Great value for money. Minor issue: thin walls. Overall, it is an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

Location was okay. Just a little bit old property..Good that there's a washing machine available. I don't mind a shared toilet and bathroom. I just find it a little bit odd having no sink/faucet in a toilet.
