Hotel Warsaw dengan Spa

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

My personal favorite hotel in Warsaw. Big comfortable rooms, beautiful building, perfect gym, swimming pool. Great service

Очень рекомендую данный отель. Прекрасный сервис, очень чисто и уютно, номера хорошие и просторные, видно что отель новый. Единственное что - СПА работает до 21:00, если бы работал до 22.00 было бы идеально, так как не всегда успевали попасть. В остальном - отличное место чтобы остановится в Варшаве.

作為“歐洲100奢華酒店”，華沙萊佛士的裝修水準以及服務水平肯定是令人滿意的。酒店的位置非常棒，可以步行前往與肖邦有關的景點或博物館。周遭環境令人滿意，安靜且安全。 房間的面積令人滿意，並且提供手寫卡片、歡迎餅乾、夜床服務。房間設施非常新，並且安裝了嵌入式的音響系統，可以通過連接電視來播放自己喜歡的音樂。卧室燈光充裕，並且呈現温馨的暖色調，浴室呈現冷色調，用料紮實。房間內還安裝了燈光及窗簾系統的控制面板，非常現代化。唯一的不足就是偌大的浴室竟然沒有浴缸，明明有充足的面積來安放浴缸的…… 早餐是半自助半點餐式，現點現做的餐食擺盤考究，精緻且美味，工作人員的服務意識也很強，這點令人滿意。

My parents were scheduled to arrive in Warsaw on the 19th, with their flight landing at 07:30 AM. As my father holds a Classic membership, we fully understood that early check-in would not be guaranteed. To ensure their comfort after a red-eye flight, we proactively booked an additional night (18th–19th) so they could check in early and avoid waiting until the standard check-in time of 15:00. Despite this, when they arrived at the hotel around 09:30 AM, they were informed that the booking had been marked as a no-show. This was particularly concerning, as the late arrival had been communicated in advance and an online check-in had also been completed. The manner in which this situation was handled was disappointing, with the staff conveying that accommodating them was a favour rather than a service already paid for. After a prolonged wait, they were eventually assigned a twin-bed room, which did not meet expectations. They were also informed that the hotel was sold out and were then offered a “solution” in the form of a paid upgrade to a presidential suite. I would like to emphasise that an additional night was booked specifically to ensure a seamless early arrival experience after a long journey. It is therefore extremely disappointing that, despite this, my parents faced inconvenience and were treated in this manner.

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Warszawa Centrum! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Warsaw with easy access to the city's main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great city views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. A great choice for both business and leisure travellers. Highly recommended!

I had a really great stay at this amazing Hotel I was in 604 between 15-17 June . The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator, air conditioning, heating, TV, and secure lockers. The hotel is conveniently located near popular supermarkets, restaurants, and food outlets, making it easy to find everything you need. Public transportation is also very accessible, with the Hynka bus stop nearby, providing convenient connections to different parts of the city. Place is only 10 min away from airport . The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. Only thing I will recommend please whitewash / paint ceiling wall and wall behind TV . Even white is fine as usual background of bed side I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The welcoming and communication is a mess! 10 emails also in fb, IG for confirmation of the room, 4 days in advance. At the desk, the hostess told me they are overbooked so they can not answer right away, 4 days ok… I also book a dinner table 4 days in advance, the same mess… I have experiences in many NOBU, always fantastic but this one in Warsaw I really do not recommand!

Получилось так ,что 2 ночи выпали на пятницу и субботу ,в пятницу шумели до 3х ,а в субботу до 5 утра ,для тех кто любит тишину не лучший вариант ,а так нормально
