Olygreen Athens Residences

我們住了三晚，公寓設施完備，離地鐵站800米。但是入住遇到麻煩，嚴重影響了遊玩心情。因為我們坐船到雅典已是晚上8點，所以我們提前聯繫他們，打了幾次電話才要來郵件聯繫方式，他們告知要先網上付款，才告知入住方式，可是發來的付款連結點擊不了，我們與他們電話溝通，告知付不了，衹有到公寓後再付款，他們不同意。我們立即與攜程聯繫，並且錄了付款操作視頻給攜程，攜程再與公寓代理商聯繫，可他們不鬆口，一定要先付款。我們又找了在米島住宿的房東與他們商量，各方從早上七點半開始溝通到下午一點左右，終於發來入住通知，同意我們第二天到他們辦公室付款。第二天我們去樓上辦公室付款時，當他們麪又把付款操作過程演示一遍給他們看，是付款連結有問題。實際上我們訂公寓時，已用信用卡擔保了的，但是他們不懂變通。不接受到店付款，而且一過下午5點，不回郵件，不接電話。

Clean, comfortable great continental breakfast great outdoor area, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, Great Air conditioning and great host Maria very kind and helpful 10 minutes walk to cafes at about 10 minutes walk to buses and train

THe two bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 4. The two twins are great to separate the kids. Kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and parking, were all well appointed and great to use. The staff was very prompt as needed to address anything. There is a market 2 minutes away, with a nice family running it as well. Super comfortable and easy to get to where we needed to be. Opa!. We will be back for our next trip.

This apartment, arranged for us by our wonderful Greek guide, Niki Vlachou, was absolutely lovely. Beautiful neighborhood, peaceful surroundings, apartment equipped with everything one would need for an overnight stay, and nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. We would definitely want to stay in this apartment again as it is a 15-20 minute drive to the Athens airport.

We stayed for 10 days. Lovely one bed apartment, clean, modern, everything you need in the kitchen, (incl. washing machine), comfortable beds, great shower room, good size patio. Really can't fault the apartment at all. The location was great for us too, 10 mins from the metro, which is a must, it's so cheap 9 euros for a 5 day pass, and takes you all over Athens. 10 min metro ride from the apartment to the centre/Square. Ticket from the metro to the airport is 9 euros one way, also good value. The local restaurant is great, good quality food, and there's a couple of supermarkets, veg/fruit produce store, bakery with AMAZING cakes, all 5 mins walk from the apartment. Communication with the owner was good, without being intrusive. It was very hot going in July, wouldn't visit that time of year again, as you'd definitely need a pool! But well worth visiting April/May/June time. Thank you to Marie, the extra little touches were much appreciated x

Very, very nice apartment. Extremely clean. Big bathroom, very comfortable bed, a lot of attention to details but especially cleaning. Nice building, very smooth check in. Everything perfect! I highly recommend it.

Pro: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was excellent as well as prepared kitchen – I appreciated the coffee and tea. Cons: How to unlock Key Lock Box was challenging. I suggest that please add the proper instruction in the email. Second, the entry apartments were kind dark so it was hard to read numbers of the key lock box. Well with the help of the owner/manager we could get apartment keys.

The 2 bed apartment it’s clean, spacious with very comfy bed, big bathroom, huge balcony, all the amenities you need. If you need anything Sophia ( the admin) it’s always helpful. Thanks 🙏 Would recommend!

We loved our stay at Olygreen Residences as it is very well appointed, super clean and comfortable with modern furnishings and ample space for a family of 4. It is located in a quite bedroom neighborhood, not directly downtown but a short 15 -minute taxi ride away. There are several nice taverns and cafes in walking distance and is a very peaceful place to rest.
