Four Season Resort

The bed is very uncomfortable. The electricity keeps going and there's no generator backup. When I asked for room service during tea-time, I was told the chef isn't there and so I could go out and eat. Most importantly, there's no kettle in the room and one has to struggle to get tea in the morning, esp if you have to leave early for sightseeing or for the airport. Overall, my experience was unpleasant and I wouldn't recommend.

We nine of us family and friends stayed in this hotel from 8th April to 12 th April ! The hotel is centrally located and under renovation but it is a nice property ! What makes this hotel so special and unique is their dedicated friendly staff who makes your stay very comfortable! Right from manager Asif , House keeping supervisor Abbas , Bilal , kitchen staff Bilal and all were very friendly always smiling and provided assistance immediately ! The breakfast and dinners were great since we had our lunch outside !in particular Poha, uppuma, Sabzis, poori , Roti , Kashmiri pilau we’re good ! They also took extra effort to provide us with Yoghurt since we are from Chennai ! Overall I would recommend this hotel as a safe clean and family friendly property with value for money !

Warm welcome on arrival . Very nice room , very good service, cleanliness. Cooperative staff and supportive management. Quick response to the shortfalls . Family atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner food (with sweet) is of good taste and variety.

Decent hotel for the price. Food was decent with limited spread but sufficient. Bathrooms had hot water all the time, staff was polite and friendly. There are no acs in the room ( fans provided) but beds hav hot mattresses which are very usefull in winter times.
