無敵海景房，彷彿海景觸手可及，可惜陰天海不是很藍。特別適合家庭出遊，房間夠大，陽台特別寬敞，這個價位住亞特蘭蒂斯旁邊，走路過去幾分鐘就到亞特蘭蒂斯，去看了水族館，玩了水樂園，我覺得還蠻不錯的。管家服務也很好，回覆也特別快速，房間的配套也很齊全，我自帶了一次性被套枕套都沒用，他們布草純棉的，特別乾淨舒服，跟傳統的公寓確實不一樣。樓下泳池特別大，孩子們游泳可歡樂了。值得推薦！

雙卧室的小別墅，環境超棒，前台服務超棒，而且環境很安靜。出門滴滴10快左右到後海，離亞龍灣站，免税，亞特蘭蒂斯，蜈支洲都很近。適合住個幾天租車玩泳池和房間都很乾凈，還有管家小劉服務超熱情，有什麼問題儘管找他！！！最後家人們記得洗澡要先開熱水開關，然後房門記得隨手關緊，因為蚊蟲比較多❤️

Very good. We enjoyed the view of the whole Haitian Bay from our room. The beach is near, and the building has 45th floor. Our room was at 38th floor. It has free car parking just a few minutes walking distance.

環境：酒店房間簡潔明瞭，潔凈舒適，窗户也還比較隔音，關上之後基本不影響休息。服務：前台服務很不錯，有贈送免費的咖啡和小食，服務也是及時到位，衹要能提供的都可以送到房間，很貼心。接機：很晚才到的機場，告知前台我們已落地後，接機師傅也是第一時間就和我們聯繫我們，耐心告訴我們上車地點，在心裏預期內也送達酒店，畢竟網約車和出租車都要等很久。周邊：吃飯附近有個路口周邊有很多吃的，各種口味檔次都有，去西島、天涯海角、天涯小鎮和南山寺都很近很方便。

This mention is so awesome! Very clean and big! Their customer service is great as well! They always respond to your request within 10-15 minutes . Very satisfied . 很舒服的别墅区，服务超级好！随叫随到。给他们发微信10-15 分钟内就过来帮你处理。游泳池不错。每天下午都有人过来收拾房子。需要车送到门口的话他们会很快就会过来。这个别墅接受国外游客和国内各个省会的游客。离各种五星级酒店很近。可以去Atlantis 玩。

BBeccaBoo BeatsPerfect location - a short walk to both restaurants and the beach. So good to have such a spacious apartment with all the little amenities of a hotel room. Daily cleaning was provided at our convenience, and the washing machine made life easy. The only thing that could improve it is a microwave. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Sanya.

PPengguna TetamuStaying at this hotel was a really great experience!!! It's located 5 minutes away from the beach, but in the quite area, so you won't have any problems trying to fall asleep. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed, including super comfortable spotless beds and a projector for watching movies. Unfortunately, we stuck in Sanya during the epidemic and had to stay longer than we planned to. The owner of the hotel was a really generous, kind and caring person , who not only made a discount for us, but also was helping us with every single question we had. She tried her best to find some food for us and provided some kitchen utilities for free. She was also constantly updating us on the new epidemic policies and would give a piece of advice on how to arrange the flight. We were absolutely happy to meet such a kind and sweethearted person. Another very important point to mention is a patio on the top floor of the hotel. Apart from having a great view on the mountains, trees and see, we could also use washing machine any time we wanted and dry out clothes on the fresh air. Although the patio space seems to be quite small, it was full of chairs, tables and swings, so if you're traveling with friends, it would be a perfect place to have dinner at or prepare some homemade food. Hopefully, the epidemic will be over soon and I can come to stay at this place again! Thank you for hospitality! We're blessed to meet such a great couple, that owns the hotel!!

I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sanya. - Cleanliness: It’s not bad, but it didn’t quite meet my personal cleanliness benchmark, so I’d rate it 4.5/5. - Location: The location is excellent. There are so many restaurants nearby, including a bakery and a supermarket. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the beach 😎, a 40-minute walk to Jiefeng Road (Jiefeng Pediatrician Street), and a 35-minute relaxing walk to the famous Luhuitou Scenic Area. Do I walk too much? LOL. The hostel is also close to many bus stops, making it super convenient to get around. 5/5 - Service: The front desk service was unforgettable. Even though they only operate until midnight (-1 for that), the daytime staff is sooooooo nice! I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff member spoke pretty good English and put in so much effort to help me communicate 😭😭. He even recommended a great restaurant! So... 99/5? - Facilities: There’s a cozy café space outside where we could work at night. They provide a washing machine, dryer, and hanging space, which is cool (even though I didn’t use them). They also offer a shared refrigerator, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer—BUT no towel (you can rent one for ¥10, by the way). 4/5 Verdict: Definitely one of my ”no-regret” decisions. I will come back again. **P.S.** If you want to try some traditional food, go for coconut chicken (the portion is huge, so you should go with friends) or 抱罗粉 (Boulou Powder? Not sure what it’s called in English, LOL).

FfouryouStayed one week in two rooms, 3 nights balcony, 4 nights with better seaview. Location is great. Rooms are clean. The previous guests smoked, I opened windows and door for a few hours, ocean breeze got rid of smoking. One bathroom sewer smells little, just turn on ventilation fun, stay on if you are in room. Bus 8 from airport stops at ‘新风街口’, 50m from property, ￥5. Crossing street is Sanya bay, residents’ beach, accessible 24/7. Pedestrian street and underground mall are within fifteen minutes walking distance. With so many restaurants nearby, the rule is always ‘go with the crowds’. Buses to ‘大东海‘ – public beach, 30 minutes away, better sand, blue water, kind of tourism, many Russian friends. ‘亚龙湾‘ is another 30 minutes farther, the most beautiful public beach, but also most commercialized. The owners in their late 60s, will fulfill all reasonable requests day or night, eager to learn English at this age, respectful, trustworthy. If you seek luxury, this place is not for you. If you want to live like local, book it when it’s available.

Хорошо нет тараканов. У нас был 29й этаж, вид на море шикарный. Ванная комната грязная и в ней мерзко находится, волосы черные, мы сняли на сутки и оставаться далее не стали. Балкон микромалюсенький, соседи за перегородкой будто у вас в комнате сидят)) обои ободранные, матрас полный ппц, страшно смотреть.

LLalita VОтличное расположение отеля! Первая береговая линия. Вид с балкона прямо на море. На балконе очень удобно устраивать чае/кофепитие, фруктопоедание и салатоприготовление, короче говоря - это своего рода гостиная на открытом воздухе с видом на море, пальмы и песок. Выходишь из отеля, переходишь дорогу и ты на пляже. Это подкупает) Обратите внимание, что ресепшен в данном доме находится на 4м (четвертом) этаже, не на 1м. Для нас это было в новинку. К слову, в отеле живут только китайцы, мы были единственные русские. И нам это очень понравилось. Никто ни к кому не приставал с разговорами и прочей якобы социализацией. Зато мы смогли максимально погрузиться в быт и отдых китайцев. Это тоже подкупило. Сам дом не новый и не очень современный интерьер внутри, однако все работает, все чисто. Комната была маленькая, хоть на сайте и написано 25 кв.м. - это неправда)) Зато кровать настоящая большая, т.к. у китайцев двухместная кровать считается шириной от 1,5м - для нас это маловато. На этаже имеется кухня, большой холодильник с морозильной камерой, газовая плита, раковина, кое-какая посуда. Мы пользовались только холодильником. Каждый день покупали фрукты, овощи, йогурты, ветчину и др. вкусняшки. Очень удобно было. В холле на этаже также на стене установлено огромное зеркало (во весь рост). Рядом с отелем имеется сетевой продуктовый магазин, в котором есть все на любой запрос. Через несколько кварталов расположен еще один продуктовый магазин той же сети, но он раза в два больше! В глубь квартала на каждой улице имеется множество различных кафе. Мы нашли одно кафе с меню на русском языке и с очень приветливыми хозяевами. Потом каждый день ходили только в это кафе, потому что раз владельцы постарались с переводом, значит мы будем их клиентами. Перепробовали практически все из китайского меню. Интересный опыт. В целом идеальное расположение отеля - рекомендую. На размер комнаты можно закрыть глаза))

The staff is friendly, especially one of the young women who works at the front desk during the day, but none of them can speak any English, only Chinese. The room is clean and comfortable and the facilities are good, including the Wifi. The hot water in the shower is good. The small hotel doesn't have a restaurant so I can't comment on the food.
