PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is situated at around 5 minute walk from the Train Station. We arrived the hotel by a late ICE train at night, there is no problem regarding safety or ease of access. The reception is 24 hours manned, and has a self-service drink kiosk which you find rare to be free on European budget hotel chains. Overall lovely staff and big hotel. Note this hotel has only stair access, but to be fair for the price we paid for it is totally acceptable.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice.
But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay...
Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out.
There was no kitchen.
There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken.
There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor.
The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean.

PPengguna TetamuWir hatten eine Unterkunft gesucht für eine Nacht und gefunden. Lage war top und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Zu Fuß super zu erreichen die Laxess Arena da das unser Ziel war lag das Schlafwerk perfekt und ist von unserer Seite zu empfehlen.
Bei anstehenden Konzert besuchen wie in unserem fall.

Une femme dans la chambre voisine, travaillant apparemment dans cet hôtel, qui n'a cessé de parler fort au téléphone, claqué sa porte, et surtout on l'entendait tousser toutes les 30 secondes. Fenêtres qui laissaient passer tellement d'air avec manque de chauffage la nuit que j'en ai attrapé froid (oui, je suis tombée malade à cause de cela) ! Donc, bien évidemment, je déconseille cet hôtel.

Location is easily accessible and city center can be reached by line 18. 😌

PPengguna Tanpa NamaOverall, it was okay, though it’s not the best hotel imaginable. The location is excellent—it’s a quick and easy walk to the cathedral or the train station.
Keep in mind that there is no elevator. There is a narrow staircase, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up to the higher floors.
The room is very small; it is genuinely difficult to fit and open two suitcases at the same time.
We visited during a very hot spell, so staying in the room without air conditioning was tough. We had to keep the window and doors open to create a cross-breeze.
One unpleasant surprise was the complete lack of breakfast; it turned out they had decided not to prepare it due to the heat.
However, there was a nice café right across the street.
Still, if you just need a place to sleep and the weather isn't too hot, this place works fine.

BBilal shinwariI had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, close to the airport with restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no fan or AC, so it might get a bit warm during summer, but for me, it was perfect. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuThe manager was very friendly, easy locatio right by the train with lots around for food/drinks. We had a fridge in the room, the rooms were very clean and honestly that was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was the best sleep I've had my trip so far. For the cost and trying to get to the Christmas markets, this was easily walkable and good price point.
