PPengguna TetamuThe location is nice and in the heart of the shopping center, 10 minutes walk to the Cologne Central Station and the famous Cathedral, the room was clean, amenities was good, only in the night we felt cold even though the heater was on, but luckily we got extra blanket 😊😊, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, we were allowed to have early checkin around 11.39AM, otherwise the customers can also let the luggage by the receptionist before the checkin time.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is situated at around 5 minute walk from the Train Station. We arrived the hotel by a late ICE train at night, there is no problem regarding safety or ease of access. The reception is 24 hours manned, and has a self-service drink kiosk which you find rare to be free on European budget hotel chains. Overall lovely staff and big hotel. Note this hotel has only stair access, but to be fair for the price we paid for it is totally acceptable.

PPengguna TetamuThe location was really great! It is near the train station and the grand cathedral. Christmas markets are walking distance.. the further ones, you can choose to take the tram which is a hop-on, hop-off round trip. Not much facilities, and the room we got was super small, so 2 pax plus luggage was really a challenge to move around. There are bigger rooms based on the floor plan, so it will differ depending on which rooms you booked. When we entered the room, we found hair on the bed, which was supposed to be clean and turned-over. And they do not do daily cleaning, you have to book it for the next day if you want the room to be cleaned. The cleaning is free. Overall, I would recommend it because of the location.

PPengguna TetamuOdeur de fumée de cigarette dans la chambre et dans les parties communes. Une femme dans la chambre voisine, travaillant apparemment dans cet hôtel, qui n'a cessé de parler fort au téléphone, claqué sa porte, et surtout on l'entendait tousser toutes les 30 secondes. Fenêtres qui laissaient passer tellement d'air avec manque de chauffage la nuit que j'en ai attrapé froid (oui, je suis tombée malade à cause de cela) ! Donc, bien évidemment, je déconseille cet hôtel.

BBilal shinwariI had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, close to the airport with restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no fan or AC, so it might get a bit warm during summer, but for me, it was perfect. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuThe manager was very friendly, easy locatio right by the train with lots around for food/drinks. We had a fridge in the room, the rooms were very clean and honestly that was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was the best sleep I've had my trip so far. For the cost and trying to get to the Christmas markets, this was easily walkable and good price point.
