Top Service from all the staff from the Concierge and the Gym. Nice welcome note upon arrive to my room, very well stocked Mini Bar in the room, good firm bed, nice lighting in the room too. Gym is VERY well equiped with good equipment. Drinks, fruits, towel availble and having The Gym for 24hr such a plus. Bathroom is not impressive but serves it's purpose. Water got out of the shower area even though there were glass panels around. I personally feel the room is very dry or maybe just the season and time I am in stockholm. Towel and even the floor mat which was soaked from my shower was crispy dry by the next morning. On the Overall, I will return and recommend any one in Stockholm to stay At Six.

Kamers zijn mooi, aan de wat kleine kant, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, goed en gevarieerd. Het hotel heeft een zonneterras op de 11e verdieping met een mooi uitzicht over de stad. Ook een leuke sky-bar voor drankje of diner. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Das Hotel Långholmen ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Das ehemalige Gefängnis wurde in ein heimeliges Hotel umgebaut. Die Lage ist wunderschön gelegen. Von der U-Bahn oder Bus ist man zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten beim Hotel. Viele gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und liebevoll angerichtet, so ziemlich das Beste was ich seit langem in einem Hotel geniessen durfte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut der Hammer. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit für 70 Kronen die Wäsche zu waschen, eine Waschküche ist vorhanden. Das Gefängnismuseum ist auch sehenswert. Bei meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Stockholm, werde ich selbstverständlich wieder Gast sein in diesem Hotel.

We stayed in the hostel for one night with our three teenage sons en route to Nörrkoping and were very impressed with how clean and organised it was. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and the kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook. We were glad to be able to access a washing machine. The neighbouring park is lovely and there is easy access to the metro if you want to go into town. We especially appreciated pretty the garden of this hostel and its eco credentials. A nice place to stay!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. We had a small room (which I think is actually very reasonably sized) and our son and his girlfriend received a complementary upgrade to a deluxe room as it was his birthday. The reception staff were excellent; kind and patient - and the rooms were spotlessly clean and really warm and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a really good selection of hot and cold items. It's about a three minute walk to the nearest Metro station (Zinkensdamm) and a 75 minute ticket is 39Kr (just over £3 at current exchange rates). We travelled from Arlanda airport to Stockholm Central on the Arlanda Express (599Kr for four of us, single journey) then picked up Metro line T13 from Stockholm Central to Zinkensdamm, which is just four stops. It snowed on three of the four days we were here which we really wanted, so it was a brilliant trip for us at a lovely hotel. Highly rcommended!

I just wanted to share an unpleasent situation I have been through with this property recently that unfortunately escalated to serious proportions. I recently stayed in this Hotel and had a little problem regarding a misinformation of the breakfast hours. When I arrived, I was informed that the breakfast would last until 9:30 but, unfortunately and understandable, I was tired and have not memorized this information. Thus, I refered to the information card available in our rooms, which stated that the breakfast would last until 10am. When I went downstairs at 9:41, the breakfast was already over. I explained that I needed to eat something because I was taking medication and that in the room it was stated that the breakfast would last until 10am. Fortunately, the person there let me have some leftovers (some boiled eggs and cookies for example) so I could take my medication, but it was not really a proper breakfast. Later when I arrived back home, I contacted the hotel explaining the situation, explaining that there was a misinformation regarding the breakfast times in the information cards in the rooms, and asking politely to have a refund of the breakfast value. Unfortunately, the reply from the hotel was extremely disturbing. Not only they refused the refund, but actually threatened to share unauthorized CCTV footage of us and our full names on social media if I refused to delete my comment from booking.com. This situation is so unnacceptable that not only I have not deleted my comment but I am also trying to raise awareness of this situation in every possible platform, hence my review here. Also, make sure to check other reviews on booking from this property, and you will see other disturbing situations where, for example, the property publicly accuses some guests of consuming drugs and prostituting themselves in their hotel. I reckon that unfortunately I will not have my breakfast refunded, but nevertheless I want to make sure this situation reaches the public so everyone should be aware of how this property treats their unsatisfied guests in an agressive and threatening way. Stay aware and stay safe!

I choose to stay at the budget room without window, not recommended for claustrophobic persons, else than that it surely value for money, close to metro station, walkable distance from the city center, clean, and the person at the reception was very helpful and friendly.
