Hotel berhampiran Hundudden, Stockholm

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben einen Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und kleinem Tischchen zum raussetzen. Wir hatten unser Zimmer hinten raus und haben auf den Wald geblickt. Die Zimmer vorne raus kosten mehr, da seeblick. Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer sehr zufrieden, da es sehr ruhig war. Vorne kann man Pech haben, wenn zb Firmen da sind, die Meetings machen und dann abends unten sitzen an der Bar. Da hat man dann den Lärm direkt vorm Zimmer. Sitzt keiner draußen kann man toll aufs Wasser schauen und die Kreuzfahrer beim ein und auslaufen betrachten. Kann man aber auch wenn man einfach runter geht. 😊😊 Das Frühstück nimmt man in der tollen alten Villa ein. Ein sehr umfangreiches und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Eier in verschiedenen Varianten, Obst, Gemüse, verschiedene yogurts, Wurst, Marmelade und vieles mehr. Und vor allem frische Säfte und mein Favorit das selbstgemachte Knäckebrot 😍😍😍 Freundlicher Service und aufmerksam. Das ist ein toller Start in den Tag. Vom hotel aus ist man in ein paar Minuten unten an der Fähre, die man mit der grünen SL Karte nutzen kann. Rentiert sich auf alle Fälle. Toller Aufenthalt. Und ach ja, fast vergessen. Im loungebereich gibt es kostenlos Wasser, Tee und Kaffee. Es gibt auch andere Sachen, wenn man die nimmt muss man sich in die Liste eintragen. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Gerne wieder.

酒店在斯京動物園島，從中央火車站坐7號軌道電車，非常方便。沿動物園島散步非常宜人，附近的斯堪森遊樂園、北歐博物館、格納倫德遊樂場，ABBA博物館都是步行距離。酒店設計典雅，早餐豐盛。

We stayed a week at the hotel. The hotel is calm though there is a construction area close to the hotel.Easy access to Stockholm city by bus or tram which are a few minutes walk from the hotel. But on our arrival by bus the way up to the hotel was not easy to find. There was no sign and no good foot way because of the construction area.Stony and uneven. Bad with heavy suitcases and for elderly people.We had no good view but that didn't bother us. The room had everything you needed, the beds were comfortable and soft. Breakfast was good. Everyone can find something. We bought a 7 days valid SL card which we used for travelling by bus, trams and boats.

Upon entry it was clear we had made the right decision. Welcoming staff (to be fair everyone we encountered on our trip was too), room was big enough and bathroom was incredible. Under floor heating when it's -14 outside is always a nice touch. Our very cheap rate included breakfast, fika (snack) and dinner every night. The food could sometimes have been a little hotter, and there is normally only one choice in the evening, but this was fine for us as it was always delicious. A good way to save money in quite an expensive city. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay but the company (nordic choice) had been hacked so their computer system was down, so can't blame them. They had cleaned well prior to our arrival so this didn't impact us much either. There was easy transport links less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely be back

空港から直接行ったので13時頃で、チェックインより全然早いので、荷物だけ預かってもらえないかと聞いたら、もちろん！と部屋も入れてもらえた！ 朝食が今まで生きてる中で一番、自分の中では美味しかった！ 部屋はこじんまりとしてる所が、住んでるようで落ち着くし 2日間で毎日、部屋の清掃もしてくれた 部屋の紅茶もオーガニックだったし、カーラプランの駅から近くて、スーパーも駅の前にあるし、とても交通の便も良い！ 朝食が忘れられない！ また、食べに行きたいです。

Great service and friendly staff

The location of the hotel is superb. The metro is just below the hotel. Airport express is just behind and it is a stone throw to many shopping and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. I like that the room is bright too. Amenities were nice and sufficient. Breakfast spread was good too. Cleanliness on the daily cleaning is lacking as they only tidy up the beds and no cleaning of floors was done. So I feel it can be improved. Generally staffs were friendly and helpful.

Clean, compact & comfortable. Walkable distance from central train station. Down comforters, scenic view from our large window, large screen tv, clean bathroom with shower, free Wi-fi, self check-in (we didn’t have a reservation so we had to check-in with a staff person). We had a “Compact Double” Room for 1,689,00 SEK (about $156 USD) and it was worth it!

Breakfast was quite nice. The room is kept clean and tidy. The overall feeling is good.

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.
