J'ai passé un agréable séjour à Bivius hotel. Endroit idéal pour un passage au Luxembourg, A la réception, M. Ousman est très à l'écoute, serviable et professionnel. un arrêt de bus à moins de 100m de l'établissement, on peut laisser sa voiture au parking de l'hotel et rejoindre le centre de Luxembourg pour travailler tranquillement. J'y étais pour la première fois et je reviendrais à la rentrée :-)

We were touring by car and didn’t want to take it into the city, where parking is scarce and expensive. This very modern hotel is located on the main road into the city centre from the west. It is between two close-by bus stops with frequent buses into the city centre that are all FREE! There were several restaurants and a small supermarket within easy walking distance. The room had metal blinds to keep out the light and air conditioning, which was just as well as opening the windows would have let a lot of noise in from the main road. The room was very clean with a nice modern bathroom and would have been even better had it had tea/coffee making facilities and perhaps a small fridge (or an ice machine in the lobby). The door to the bathroom was weird, being just a sliding door with absolutely no privacy because it didn’t block any noise! Also, the inside of the door didn’t have a handle. Breakfast, included in the price, was really very good, with excellent coffee, juice, cereals, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, cheese and cold meat, boiled eggs, bread, pastries and preserves.

They picked me up from the airport, although it is not far from the airport but I arrived late. Friendly from the moment I called for the pick up. I also needed directions the following day and the lady and young man who checked me in helped with this. The room was lovely and clean and I had a nice view to the side. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean. I did have some noisy neighbours but as there is no telephone in the room couldn't let reception know. In the end I put earplugs in my ears. I slept well though. The breakfast was substantial and a lot to choose from. The manager at reception (a different one) called the bus headquarters to make sure I had the correct bus numbers for my very important day. What an incredibly friendly hotel. If ever you need to find something near the hotel I would suggest this one. They also have a bar and restaurant so that is good when you have time or need this.

It is a good hotel: rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms have the necessary comfort if you travel on business: there is a kitchenette, which may be very helpful. The wi-fi is very good and there are enough conditions if you need to work. The staff is kind and helpful. If you drive there, then the hotel has a parking area. If you travel by public transport, then you have to walk either a few hundred metres to more than a km. depending on whether you travel by bus or by train. Also, it is not so easy to get a bus straight to the centre, although it is only 2 km far away- Currently breakfast is served at the brasserie (arbre du pain), next door. The offer is so broad there, mainly with Portuguese pastry, that there is no need to purchase the breakfast at the hotel. Opposite the hotel there is a cosy Italian restaurant - Dimmi si.

Da wir die typischen Hotelservices praktisch nie nutzen, passt ein Appartement mit Kitchenette besser zu uns. Und das Residhome in Belval ist das bisher Beste, das wir gebucht haben. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, auch mit den wichtigsten Küchenutensilien und Geschirr, so daß man nichts mitzubringen braucht. Das Bad ist ziemlich groß mit ebenerdiger Dusche, was wir persönlich lieben. Ein großes Fenster lässt sich richtig öffnen, obwohl eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, das ist auch sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich richtig willkommen und das auch noch 24/7! Ganz klare Empfehlung, wir werden beim nächsten Besuch wieder hier wohnen und freuen uns schon darauf.

良い点 空港の目の前で凄く便利でした。 コンビニは空港中にあり、いつでも行けました。 朝食は種類も豊富で蜂蜜紅茶やパンやチーズの種類が多くて美味しかったし、男性スタッフの方が終始笑顔で楽しい方でとっても親切にでした！ 受付の男の子と女性の方はとっても親切でした。 また、フロワスタッフの方も親切でした。 残念な点 夜レストランに食事に行きました。 チップが店員本人の望む金額より少なかったから？ 会計後すごい顔や態度で不愉快だった！ 最後に挨拶しても無視された！ また味も個人の感想ですが…塩っぱなくて最後まで食べられなかった。 部屋の掃除後、シャンプーが使用済みの汚れた物が設置されていた！ 汚くて捨てました。 ※朝食の写真

Nisbah harga/prestasi keseluruhan agak tinggi. Ia berhampiran dengan stesen kereta api belval, dan restoran di sekitarnya juga sangat mudah. Anda boleh menyimpan bagasi anda. Terdapat bar, kafe dan restoran di kedai, dan anda boleh memilih untuk layan diri. Kelemahannya ialah ia tidak menyediakan berus gigi, ubat gigi, selipar. Terdapat sedikit habuk di atas meja. Lampirkan pandangan di luar tetingkap, ➕menu dalam kedai.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.

hotel di ottimo livello, di categoria superiore, posto in una zona residenziale a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro. attenzione è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici - che sono gratis - ed ha collegamento diretto con l'aeroporto tramite la linea 6. questa linea passa anche per il centro. per il problema auto hanno un parcheggio ma al costo di 25 euro a notte. la nostra camera era dotata di tutti i comfort. pulizia giornaliera. nella tariffa non era compresa la colazione che aveva un costo extra di ben 20 euro a persona. il problema è stato risolto o andando da hoffman, uscendo sulla sinistra, oppure dal fornaio un poò più avanti sulla destra verso il centro.

Ich war mit meiner Frau für einen Kurztipp in diesem Hotel. Als Zimmer bekommt man das was man erwarten kann. Das wichtigste Kriterium hat dieses Hotel aber absolut erfüllt. Abgesehen vom Rauchmelder an der Decke (geschenkt) war es picobello sauber. Besonders loben möchte ich das Team. Alle unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Wirklich super. Einen Stern muss ich jedoch wegen der Lage abziehen. Eine Anreise ohne Auto ist wegen der eher unpraktischen Lage sollte definitiv unterbleiben. Fazit: Wir bedanken uns und gerne wieder
