"The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the train and bus stations, about a five-minute walk. There's also a coffee shop next door where you can grab a meal. The only downside is there's no kitchen to cook your own food, but everything else is pretty clean and the bed is very comfortable."

"Although it takes 17mjns to travel from Trieste Central Station, the location is convenient for eating places and attractions. The room is small but clean . Especially the bathroom is spacious and bright and clean. It has a small fridge which is handy. It would be better if there is an Ely kettle. The bed is comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful."

"It is conveniently located in the center of Trieste, about a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal, and about 5 minutes from the square in the center of the city. The area is quiet on Sundays, but lively on weekdays, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The room is in an old building, so the ceiling is high and it is quite spacious. I stayed in a room with a shared shower and toilet, but it was nice that there was a sink in my room. The staff mainly speak Italian, but are very friendly."

"Unfortunately, I must give the hotel the lowest rating. We had a problem because people complained about noise coming from our room, when in reality my wife was just laughing during a phone call. At 1 a.m., the concierge came up with the complainers and threatened to call the police, which I find totally inappropriate. A hotel that presents itself as a 5-star hotel should handle these types of situations more professionally and, above all, have good soundproofing to avoid this type of inconvenience among guests."

"Although we had booked and paid for several nights in advance, we left after 1 night. Our booking process had not made us aware the B&B was three floors up with no elevator. We also did not have advance information that the doors were locked after 7:00 pm. After contacting the owner we were told she had tried to text and call us. But as foreign tourists we were not using the cell number she had for the booking. Nothing but a scolding from her. I wish others a better experience - perhaps young people with light luggage and an early planned arrival."

"A safe, 3-star hotel in a great location that's excellent for solo travelers. It's located near the cruise ship terminal (18 minute walk) and train station. There are restaurants, shopping, a 24-hour laundromat, post office, and grocery store nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early; they also offer a luggage storage room. I received excellent travel advice...I was able to plan and execute a day trip on a water taxi to Muggia, Italy on my arrival day then went to Slovenia the following day. They also booked an early morning (0430 am) airport taxi for me as well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and was constantly replenished but not a big area, again great for solos. My room on the 5th floor was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The front desk is not open 24-hours. I would definitely stay here again."

"A hotel that should have 4 stars! Located in a historic building, don't be fooled by the entrance from an old building. On the first floor with an elevator (also accessible to disabled guests), you'll find a designer hotel with furnishings that will amaze you! The rooms are bright and equipped with every comfort. The bed has a very balanced mattress, the bathroom includes a courtesy kit with a large glass shower and multiple jets, creating a welcoming and unique atmosphere. A minibar and a spacious wardrobe, all accompanied by the wooden floors carefully cleaned every day with daily change of towels and pillowcases, ensure that I will gladly return. Breakfast offers three very good choices with a wide assortment and is served at the table. It costs 10/15 euros, but it's worth it! The cost of the overnight stay is fair with superior service. The kindness and attention of the very discreet but attentive staff make the difference!"

"Great location, very close to train station and multiple bus stops nearby. Walkable to many touristy spots. Receptionists were very helpful, they also provide luggage storage. The only major downside is no aircon, and the room was much hotter than outside. We tried opening the windows on the first night and got bitten by mosquitoes, which was worse than being hot. The next day we got a fan, but still a bit too hot to sleep. Apart from that, overall it was a good spot"
