"Although we had booked and paid for several nights in advance, we left after 1 night. Our booking process had not made us aware the B&B was three floors up with no elevator. We also did not have advance information that the doors were locked after 7:00 pm. After contacting the owner we were told she had tried to text and call us. But as foreign tourists we were not using the cell number she had for the booking. Nothing but a scolding from her. I wish others a better experience - perhaps young people with light luggage and an early planned arrival."

"The room is very clean, but the smell inside the building is not very good. How can I say it smells old... The room is on the third floor. The elevator is very small. The location is also good. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and there is no service. , I saw the boss alone from beginning to end. After checking in, I had to carry my luggage on the first floor, which was not convenient. The experience was average and the price was not cheap."

"We had pre-checked in, so even though we arrived at the hotel after 8 pm, it was very convenient to get the key at the door by following the instructions! There are many restaurants near the hotel, so even if breakfast wasn't included, it was easy to find something nearby! The hotel's facilities were very thoughtful and user-friendly, which was excellent! If you're going to board a cruise ship at the Pier Trieste, this hotel is a great choice, as it's only a 5-minute walk from the cruise terminal!"

"Mini apartment in the "pigeon loft", cozy and well furnished. Very tactical location, a stone's throw from the parking lot and FROM the square. When booking they even told me that the elevator went all the way to the lower floor, so I would have to climb the last flight of stairs on foot... but they didn't tell me that: - the bathroom window didn't open. - the curtain of the skylight above the bed (partially broken) could only be lowered with great balancing acts (the sun in your face in the summer doesn't really help you sleep) - the air conditioner was as noisy as a TRACTOR.... Considering that in the hot month of June in the attic it was unthinkable to turn on the air conditioner and the amount of mosquitoes didn't allow you to open the windows (mosquito nets torn off) my night was sleepless. In response to my complaints, the response was: "the building is protected by the superintendence, we couldn't put an external machine and the air conditioners without split are all noisy" ... Apart from the fact that the extreme noise was due to vibrations (poor maintenance) but.... TELL ME FIRST NO??!. It's obvious: if I had known I wouldn't have booked but by not being informed I was really taken for a ride."
