"It's very close to the beach, within walking distance. The hotel has almost no toiletries, but thankfully there are many supermarkets nearby, making shopping convenient. The soundproofing is definitely not great, but it's a good choice for short trips."

"The room size was reasonable, with a kitchenette and a private bathroom. The heated sweater rack in the bathroom was quite nice. However, the biggest problem was the air conditioning. We arrived at the hotel around 7:00 PM, but after settling in and trying to fix the air conditioning without success, we called around and only the security guard answered. They said they could only discuss the air conditioning issue with the front desk the next morning. So, when the front desk came the next day and checked the air conditioning, we were already leaving, and it still wasn't working. It was a bit cold at night, but everything else was fine. The environment was also very nice, surrounded by cake shops, snack shops, and treat shops in the heart of the old town, and not far from the port. We were going to the port, so we were particularly satisfied with the distance—only 600 meters as the crow flies—so we walked there that afternoon to catch our cruise ship. The only downside was the air conditioning; everything else was great."

"Clean and new place, Hotel at ninth floor with view on the sea and Trieste itself. Surrounding Area up on the hill has free parking although you'll need to wander around a bit to find a place. Alternatively 14€ / day parking pretty close to the entrance. Breakfast pretty standard and uninspiring but still more than acceptable. Shared staff for desk and breakfast service rather unakward."
