Hotel L&B- Free Parking

Brilliantly run hotel. You can tell all of the staff cared for the place & guests. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Any queries were swiftly dealt with and there was always someone on hand to assist & cater for you. Massive shout out to Petko who I believe was quite new when we arrived, he would go out of his way to make sure anything wasn’t too much trouble and remembered our drinks order every day! (Big Beer & a Blue WKD) :) Sunbeds are a plenty and same with the parasols, which you’ll need as the pool area is a sun trap, however the water temperature is just right and extremely clean. Balcony very spacious and includes a table and two chairs and also a clothes airer. Sheets were changed routinely and even made into little swans at the bottom of the bed which was a nice personal touch. Air-Con easy to use and TV had plenty of options. Had no problems with the Wi-Fi as there was both a “poolside & room” connection. The location of the hotel was very handy with only a short 10 minute walk to flower street and the same for the beach. Lastly, make sure you get the big breakfast. There’s a reason people come from all over the resort to sample. Will be back soon!

This hotel is a little gem the family that run it are very professional and at the same time make you feel at home I've been to various hotels around sunny beach and this is by far the best the location in just out of the thick of it so you get some quiet time but five mins walk to flower Street and very close to water park I've been back in UK a week and missing it already . So much that I've booked the same two weeks next year the hotel manager has been in contact since on a personal level and is now considered a freind

What makes a good hotel you may ask! Well they have to have large spacious rooms so you don’t feel cramped! The service should be good and all the team friendly and welcoming! The place should be clean with an attitude to continually improve. The food should be great to encourage their guests to eat in. This hotel has this and more and is close to the beach and the shops. Family operated and I feel very privileged that I have got to know them and them me. Sunny beach at its very best

Just returned after 3 weeks here , this being a return visit from last year with my wife. We would definitely recommend L & B and everything about it,from the very welcoming Family that runs the hotel to the very hard working housemaid,also a big shout out to Petko, the waiter with a great knowledge of local football lol. Management are the worst. So horrible and unwelcoming, family of 6 and they robbed my child's ball, he was not been boisterous in anyway it just popped out of pool. They have no issues of people smoking and tapping ash into the pool. Disgusting I notice they reply to most reviews saying they are lying. Really?? Is everyone telling lies?? Avoid like the plague. PS - Food is ROTTEN

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days in July 2024. Room for 3 people. The hotel has 3 stars only because of the pool. Actually 2 stars, no more!!!! One of the advantages. Good location. Upon arrival, the room and beds were clean. The pool is clean but small. Of the cons. Upon check-in, they said that the bed linen is changed every 3 days. They changed it twice on time, but the third time the linen was not changed! The room was not cleaned, only towels, garbage bags were changed and toilet paper was replenished. Otherwise, the bath was never washed. Shampoo has never been replaced or replenished in 11 days. There is no bottled water in the room. The air conditioner was leaking, we called the reception, the person who came to fix it was the same person from the reception (apparently, there was a shortage of workers). I must say right away that there were almost never any people at the reception. We had to press the bell button all the time and wait, wait, wait!!! The audibility from the neighboring rooms is 100%., the sound insulation is 0%, while everywhere in the hotel the inscriptions say that noise is not allowed and the noise penalty is BGN 100. If you have a late check-out, then according to the rates at the reception... for every hour, 20 levs. Food. Breakfast is fine, but without frills. Of the fruits, only watermelon, and then if it is finished, it is not replenished, and this is in Bulgaria, where fruits should be in abundance. A separate fat minus is broken dishes!!! In the hotel, every second plate is broken, with chips, this is disrespectful to the hotel guests. Speaking of restaurant prices. Get out of the hotel, and it's cheaper and cleaner there!!!! There are strange green mats by the pool, imitating grass. In a very bad condition!!! Which should have been replaced long ago. At the exit of the so-called restaurant. It's a bunch of the same grass that people stumble and slip on. Which is very dangerous!!!! Conclusion:The hotel is very modest. The employees are not friendly. They don't say hello. I can't get through to the reception at night, the phone rings, although they say they work around the clock.

Just home from another great two week vacation at the L&B hotel, July into Aug 2024,Spotlessly clean well kept hotel throughout, extensive food menu & something in there for everyone, cold beers & cocktails always at hand, Been coming to the L&B for quite a while over the years since it opened & it's refreshing to see the standard's have remained at such a high level & shows the level of passion the family have to welcome our stay ! Maids are always around for room freshening during the morning, clean towels, crisp white linen sheets etc & they are always at hand & are so trustworthy, a compliment to the owner. A small hotel in comparison with others around the resort but for us it feels a bit more special as its great for families,couples etc as you can do your own thing & sit by the pool, grab a bite to eat , sit in or head out to the resort,it's your holiday folks !

Lovely hotel , very clean , comfortable rooms, close to amenities , very friendly , family run hotel, would definitely stay there again , great meals offered on menu and really good breakfast , everything you would want to kick start your day .

Absolute gem of a hotel, family run and very helpful and pleasant. Spotlessly clean nice beds and big room. 10 mins away from Flower Street and a few bars around it. A well stocked bar and nice food, breakfast was nice but maybe put some fruit out might be worth a thought. Our family loved this hotel and location. Well worth a stay, thanks for having us.
