Clean and cozy hotel with strategic location. We travelled from DMK airport (Bangkok) to URT airport (Surat Thani), and stayed overnight at the hotel before departing from Donsak Pier (Surat Thani) to Nathon Pier (Koh Samui). The hotel is really located in the middle of our travel route, and thus together with clean room and standard amenities we called it PERFECT!

Staffs generally friendly but the room is old and has bad smell and not very clean.Locations is great, walking distance to food street.

Nothing fancy about this hotel; it was a purely rational choice for us as we simply needed a clean room and bed for our short overnight stay. The room with its ensuite bathroom was indeed in line with our expectations. Overall, the Bun hotel was a simple yet convenient choice. Breakfast in the morning was an appreciated plus. Overall, we were satisfied with our choice, the good value and service we received.

An excellent hotel opposite the Diamond Plaza Hotel. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good hot water shower and strong wifi. Breakfast is a choice of a lar carte menu and was delicious. They provide coffee and cookies all day. A very well laid out hotel which I highly recommend. The location was also good with some restaurants around. 7 Eleven and Lotus's is approximately 800 meters Staff are polite and they arranged a taxi to Surat Thani Airport at 400 THB. There was no safety deposit box in the room.(506)

I have stayed here many times in the past 4-5 years and liked it a lot, indeed a lot. Reason: location close to main roads, good room standard and sleeping quality and - not the least - I have before always got really good food at reasonable prices served when ordering room service. The food quality is really important since this hotel is in the outskirts of the city and no suitable local restaurants are nearby. I have mainly used this hotel for overnight stays due to long car journeys. This is why I again chose to stay here last night. However, we were greatly disappointed when I and my family members received the ordered food via room service. I just wonder: what has happened with the food? It was completely tasteless, even I specifically ordered spicy ”southern style” and dishes were sloppy and too sweet. On the whole, not good at all. I do not like to express negativity, so please look at it as a cry for help to achieve positive change, i.e. to the good food standard/quality the hotel always provided before. Thus, I kindly urge the management to look into this fatal shortage of cooking quality without delay. Otherwise I may feel forced to take my business elsewhere, and for me this would be an unwanted decision.
