Lovely staff. The room was clean and quiet. Good wifi. The location was great with the night market close by. Hot water shower. Tap in sink a bit loose but not an issue. Stayed an extra night as we were so comfortable there. Would stay again.

This hotel is well worth the price. The room was quite big and clean and there was a great balcony with a lovely view over Trang. It is located a little bit outside of the centre of town, but still right in the middle of lots of shops.

Very, very expensive for this hotel. Definitely not a 4 star. Bed covers were ripped, bathroom shower had mould, the door frames were rotted away. Very dated and old. Beds were not that comfortable either. Room was very poor. It is not good value for money. I paid ฿2,000 per night, and it’s probably worth ฿700 per night maximum. Not impressed at all.

Bilik bersaiz baik Kedengaran sedikit bunyi dari bilik sebelah bersih, katil empuk, bantal empuk, tidur selesa, TV boleh sambung ke NETflEX DISNEYHOSTAR, ada youtube, air pancuran tidak kuat. Tetapi tidak terlalu lembut Air panas berfungsi dengan baik. Hotel ini mempunyai pengasingan sisa. Peduli terhadap alam sekitar Hotel ini sangat bersih. Sarapan pagi sangat pelbagai dan sedap Khanom jeen nam, kari buah pinggang ikan memang sedap. Semua penyambut tetamu baik. Tersenyum cerah Sangat membantu Lokasinya di antara Jeti Pak Meng. dengan Pelabuhan Kuantonggu 15 minit dari jeti, mudah untuk perjalanan ke pelbagai pulau.

Sitting next to Robinson mall. Short drive to town center. Quiet location, very clean hotel with great staff. Self service Coffee counter at the ground floor.

Recommended to everyone...nice,big and clean hotel and very good price...close to town center...Will stay here again next time!

Booked this place from trip.com Chompu nakarin apartment We had booked a normal standard room. I would say it’s a ok ok place if you are looking just for a 1 day stay then It’s fine I wouldn’t recommend going his place for more days as the bed was good but the bedsheets was clean too still had big stains on it Also the washroom of this room when u turn on the lights it make a loud noise non stop till u don’t turn it off it’s very annoying and we could hear a lot of noise from the next doors most of the time as the walls are thin and you don’t feel much privacy The Lady at the reception is very helpful and polite she also let us check out 1 hour late for free as he had our bus after few hours of the check out that’s a good thing, they have a lot of parking area for bikes and cars for the guest and a big lobby near the reception to sit n chill Overall I would give 3.5/5

Good location, clean room, clean and soft bed. Wifi is good. My room have balcony, happy to stay here for this price. Aircon is cold. Have hot water at shower. Have refrigerator.

Location is very good and parking is free and spacious. Room is very clean. However there is no hair dryer provided.

We only stayed one night on Koh Muuk on the way from Koh Lipe to the mainland. It is a picturesque little island well worth visiting. The hotel has a fantastic location at the tip of the island and with a restaurant with a great deck there. The bungalows are ok but well maintained. The hotel is one of the best ones, only competing with its neighbour. There is a beach on the north side as well as on the south side and the north side is not recommended for swimming due to being the habitat for stingrays we were told. The Emerald cave is a nice long-tail boat excursion which was worth it. You have to swim about 80-100 metres inside a cave to reach a lagoon covered by cliffs on all sides. If you are lucky you may also see some interesting and huge sea cows swimming near the main pier. The service of the resort was good and the food I would say normal. The breakfast could be improved a bit. With regards to the facilities they are ok, but the pool areas, they have 2 pool areas, are a bit small and could be freshened up a bit.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The accommodations were excellent, clean, and beautiful. But the staff there made the stay so pleasant!! They worked with us to make our stay great. From keeping the bar area open so we could play board games, to allowing us to stay a little later to snorkel- absolutely 5 star service. I was stung by a jellyfish during our stay, and staff brought me something to ease the sting immediately. While playing board games a staff member played us music through his own phone! Friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!!

Замечательное место! В отеле не все понравилось,, к сожалению, теперь подробнее - заселение быстрое. В день отъезда не было тв, не было воды, вообще никакой, персонал видимо, был не готов, в запасе у них не было воды, например, в ведере, чтобы смывать в унитазе. Не говоря уже про то, чтобы помыть голову. Никто не предлагал и не заботился о гостях.. Дальше, в отеле есть аж Два! каяка, один дырявый, второй, якобы целый, взяли покататься, оказался тоже не совсем целый..но деньги упорно берут, 100 бат за 1 час. Каяки грязные, отдают людям в прокат с мусором внутри, водой и песком. .. Уборку в номерах просили сами, чтобы почистить мусорки хотя-бы , поменять полотенца. В один день просили Целый день поменять полотенце, все отвечали потом потом, вечером, и когда уже поздно вечером подошли, то выдали нам полотенца, ну как выдали, они просто валялись рядом со стойкой ресепшна... Полотенца для лица и тела... , сами полотенца в пятнах от зеленки (видимо от предыдущего по гостя плохо отститрали) , простыня тоже, кстати, в пятнах, постель не меняли, во время уборки просто веником и шваброй уборку делали... Короче говоря, персонал на раскайфовки, сидят в телефонах или чешут языком, немного неприятно.. Кухня очень грязная, мы не ели там. Вот дворники свое дело знают, убирают и следят за территорией. Дальше - Собаки, их просто там до фига, Никто их не прогоняет, ну видимо это священные животные, с блохами... Лягут у двери твоего номера или у бассейна, и ждут чего-то.. Кстати, на счёт насекомых, обычно в отелях заботятся о своих гостях, вешают ловушки от комаров или вонючки зажигают. Здесь этого нет и близко.. Везите все собой или можно купить там же в магазине... Трижды в день поет мулла, п прямо тут рядом в мегафон, утром это рано в 5 - 5.30, тут уже собака начинает подвывать очень громко... Просто пипец!!! Если вы не стремитесь к идеалу в обслуживании, то можете бронировать. Если вам нужна чистота, запах Тайланда от свежих простыней, забота от принимающей стороны, то это не тот отель, и не стоит тратить деньги.

Соотношение-цена-качество для этого отеля на острове Ко Мук очень неплохое. Расположен удобно, везде пешком дойти можно До пляжа Чарли Бич ехали на тук-туке, а до Силави пешком-5 -8 минут неспешным шагом. Завтрак подают прямо в номер. Чистенько, убирают по твоему заказу. Не хватало тумбочек прикроватных. Территория красивая, зеленая. Персонал вежливый и готов выполнить все пожелания ваши. Посмотрев другие отели на острове, могу спокойно рекомендовать этот отель для остановки. До острова добирались с Транга- такси за 1.5 часа довезло. На остров арендовали лодку за 600 Бат, чтобы не ждать паром. Брали экскурсию на Крадан и в пещеру за 700 Бат.. Изначально на нем хотели остановиться. Снорк на Крадане хороший, но никаких едален, кроме отельных нет. На Ко Муке с этим без проблем-много ресторанчиков. В последний день брали стейки рыбные на кило, кальмаров, и лобстера небольшого и сок. За все отдали 760 бат на двоих. На Ко Липе ценник уже был выше на весь сиафуд. На Липе на скоростной лодке добирались. Билеты можно спокойно на месте купить. Все лежаки, если покупаешь что-нибудь из еды- бесплатные. Мы брали сок. На ЧарлиБич очень понравился ресторанчик-и вид красивый и еда вкусная. Остров менее тусовочный, чем Липе. Туристов не много, и в этом прелесть его. Опять на него вернулась бы на несколько дней, чтобы поснорклить на Крадане.

The positives ... Room nice and spacious and nice balcony and view of sea, but bed was so hard, and was a small double , we had to complain, they did change it for us, sounds very petty , but we stayed in other 5 other hotels on this visit , and never encountered a problem before. when arrived water pressure from shower was so weak, after talking to the lovely man on reception, (best member of staff on whole complex) they did sort, but tap on sink still just a dribble, but sadly the room was not cleaned well, dirty socks left behind bench/curtain, dust everywhere , bits left under bed. ... The pool area is lovely and relaxing view amazing over infinity pool. Sadly shower from beach so covered in sand, that after using actually have more sand on you than before, so lots of people putting sand into pool. The property has the potential to be excellent, but feel management are letting it down, quality of food at breakfast was the worse we had in all Thailand, we stayed at several hotels during this trip, and this was just bad and lazy , and it was not down to it being a small island, there is plenty available , in local restaurants and quality of food and what was available was excellent. no fresh fruit juice , just squash, just sugar no fruit, inedible, no fresh coffee available just instant, we asked and they said not possible. everything cold ,you have to put everything through toaster , no pastries , no poached eggs , just cold fried eggs, pancakes , awful french toast, all in metal tins prepared long before, you could order omelette, but came with degusting burger cheese cut up on top. (very poor quality) they are really cutting corners, most people that stayed when we did were bringing own fruit and condiments to breakfast , gardens could be beautiful , but gardeners just sweeping leaves , no maintenance, beach beds old and hard wood, not mattresses, all in all if I ever returned would opt for no breakfast and go to local restaurants, insist on proper king size bed, and make them thoroughly clean room .

Recommend Libong Beach Resort.  Do as we did, and get dropped off / direct arrival to the resort's beach from a private long tailed boat.  Check-in was easy.  Restaurant was good.  Room was satisfactory.  Rent a bike and drive the island (very nice drivable road) but there isn't really too much to do on the island except chilling' at the resort.  Also, there are 2 small street restaurants just outside (south of the resort) if you are keen on getting a bite to eat off of the resort.  Again, if you are looking for a nice escape & quiet get away from the louder bar & party islands, highly recommend Libong Beach Resort for a 2-3 day trip.

Отель находится на замечательном острове Крадан. Сюда привозят много людей на экскурсии на риф, который доступен с пляжа. Т.е. прибыв сюда, вы можете проводить на рифе столько времени, сколько захотите и вам не нужно платить за экскурсию. Риф у острова очень живой с большим разнообразием корралов. Рыбок тоже хватает, но крупных особей мы не видели. Места для снорка огорожены буйками, в эту зону лодки не заплывают и плавать там безопасно. Вода прозрачная как слеза, но в мае было много планктона, который ухудшал видимость в воде, а при купании на пляже очень кусался. Медузу здесь видели всего 1 раз. Для купания на острове критичны отливы-приливы. Пляж тут с отличным чистым песком, но только при высокой воде. Сам остров достаточно дорогой и это нужно понимать, оценивая отели. Этот отель имеет очень много вариантов размещения, от относительно дешёвых, до дорогих. Все отели Крадана располагаются на этой стороне острова, Мали ресорт самый последний от пирса. Т.е. тут меньше всего пришлого народу. С другой стороны, до пирса идти почти километр по пляжу (некоторые отели закрывают проход через свою территорию). С пирса в отель бесплатно забирает небольшая современная резиновая лодка, на её борту название отеля. Было бы неплохо, если бы отель присылал приветственное письмо, где объяснял этот момент. Не зная этого, мы уже собирались идти пешком, потому что не увидели никого, кто бы нас встречал (о времени приезда мы сообщили заранее). Хорошо, что какой-то человек спросил нас, в какой мы отель приехали и начал кого-то звать. Он позвал сотрудника, который был в форме с названием нашего отеля и тот показал нам свою лодку. Спидботы на остров с других мест приходят раз в день, в 10:30-11:30часов в зависимости откуда, с Пхукета / Ланты или с Лангкави / Ко Липе. Основная масса гостей острова приезжает именно этим транспортом, поэтому не совсем понятна политика отелей острова по заселению аж с 14ч! В данном отеле так же. Но возле ресепшена есть туалет и душевая, можно переодеться и пользоваться пляжной инфраструктурой отеля. Лежаков много, стоят по всей пляжной полосе отеля. Отель бесплатно предоставляет маски, трубки, ласты, каяки и сапдоски. Территория отеля длинная, в основном тенистая, есть куда спрятаться от солнца и на пляже. Номер мы бронировали самый дешёвый, он самый дальний от ресепшена, но на границе с соседним отелем, где хвалят ресторан (он, к сожалению, не работал). Номер не тесный, в небольшом корпусе из 3х номеров. Его достоинством является большая крытая веранда, которая хорошо защищает от солнца и дождя. В номере есть все необходимое - тихий кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, фен. Душевая просторная, но температура воды регулировалась плохо, вода была либо прохладная либо слишком горячая, настроить мы её так и не смогли. Имеется проблема со смывом с унитаза, видимо в канализации есть проблемы и вода не всегда уходит хорошо. Однажды я почувствовала в номере запах затхлости и плесени, комнату нужно проветривать, чтобы он ушёл. Комаров было немного, но средства от них все же желательны. Исходя из отзывов я ожидала худшего, номер очень даже неплох и недостатки не столь критичны. Завтрак достаточно скромный, готовых блюд почти нет, можно заказать яичницу-омлет с тем, что нравится. Мясная нарезка. Фрукты в достатке, свежих овощей нет. Ресторан в отеле дороговат по местным меркам, ходили в другие отели.

ห้องอยู่ชั้น 2 ตอนกลางช่วงบ่ายค่อนข้างร้อนมาก น้ำไหลแรงดี แต่ยังไม่มีไดรฟ์เป่าผม ผู้เข้าพักที่สระผมอาจจะต้องเตรียมไปเองด้วย

อากาศดีมากร่มรื่น ห้องพักเงียบสงบ นอนหลับสบายมาก ๆ ตื่นมาพร้อมอากาศที่เย็นสบาย
