Lokasi sangat mudah, makanan dan berhampiran dengan stesen kereta api Sutton. Hotel ini menyediakan dua kelajuan WiFi. Satu percuma. Kelajuannya agak perlahan. Yang lain ialah perniagaan, yang berharga $5 paun setiap hari. Selain itu, disebabkan keadaan wabak, hotel ini hanya mengadakan bilik setiap empat hari. Untuk tetamu yang sama, sudah tentu jika anda mahukan sake, sampah dan tuala, anda boleh meminta bilik pengurusan lantai untuk menyerahkannya ke pintu dan meletakkan sampah di pintu dengan beg plastik.

Our normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel. All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queen’s standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.

I love the kitchen with cutlery provided. Microwave oven and dishwasher (5 tablets provided)/ washing machine with dry clean provided but pls bring your own wash tablet. They also have detergent , a cloth for dish washing . No rubbish bin bag provided but can ask for one at reception as you need to clean your own rubbish. Everything was fine as I can open the window at my side of rooms. Don't know if it applies to all room in adagio. The only downside is the very slow wifi speed which only has a max 4-5mbps through out the day. If possible choose the room facing the west as you can have a unblocked view of southwest London

Beware if your needing parking . I called to confirm they had parking which they said they did . They have about 15 bays for 99 rooms . Unless you have a tiny car the chances of squeezing in next to a normal sized car are zero . I had to book elsewhere. They didn’t seem it fit to refund me .

We stayed for one night this weekend and I read the reviews after I had booked and let’s just say the reviews aren’t wrong. We arrived and got greeted by a man that was eating his dinner and didn’t seem to care just wanted us to get the key and go didn’t speak to us at all. Breakfast is included but it’s whatever you can find in the kitchen amongst the people that live in the hotel food, (there was only bacon egg and bread, no juices) have to cook everything your self not very clean, more of a hostel dining experience. A lot of families live here and take over the kitchen so very hard to cook anything we ate in our rooms and had a kitchenette with a toaster and kettle that didn’t work, the bed is very uncomfortable but room is good size just not well look after. Train rails in the back garden almost so when in room can feel and hear the train.
