"十分好的房子，一開始來到覺得可能安全有問題，因為是公寓，但是住下來，感覺很方便，附近都是香港人，有洗衣機，有公共廚房，有共享食品，有獨立次所，附近有華人超市，有免費停車場，交通也方便，可以給一個比較優質的分數，唯一的一個缺點是停車的地方上面有2顆大樹，上面的鳥經常拉屎到我的車頂。"

"Had a good stay at the Greyhound Hotel.Stayed in a Classic double,which was large,with all the Amenities. The Shower was Fantastic,a large Rainfall shower with plenty of power,one of the best I have come across. Bed was large,but the lighting took a bit of getting used too.Also the TV had poor reception,and was unusable at times,but these were only minor Gripes. Has a Restaurant which serves decent Food,and good selection of Beers. The Car park also seemed secure,which is important to me with my work Van. All I all a nice hotel,reasonable value,good size room,and the best shower around!"

Yang lain ialah perniagaan, yang berharga $5 paun setiap hari. Selain itu, disebabkan keadaan wabak, hotel ini hanya mengadakan bilik setiap empat hari. Untuk tetamu yang sama, sudah tentu jika anda mahukan sake, sampah dan tuala, anda boleh meminta bilik pengurusan lantai untuk menyerahkannya ke pintu dan meletakkan sampah di pintu dengan beg plastik."

"It’s been a home-warm trip for us while we stayed in this hotel for two weeks. First of all, we could be granted an early check-in as we arrived at Sutton. That allowed us to settle right after the long flight. It’s really out of our expectation! Secondly, the room is spacious and the air-conditioning was just right for good sleep. We did come across some difficulties in the shower facilities. But the reception & the maintenance team were very helpful. In fact, the team tried to solve the problem disregarding how late it was. That’s really impressive! Also, the breakfast was rich with healthy varieties. Therefore, we did eat quite a lot without gaining much weight! With the plan of revisiting the place, we would like to suggest that setting up self-help laundry service which may give us much help in the future. Thanks again with our heart-felt appreciation!"

"The hotel is within a short walking distance to: good eateries, shops and the train station to Central London. There are ample parking spaces at ~10pounds/ day for hotel guests. This older hotel has comfortable, spacious rooms but a quirky shower head (aim at the wall as you shower to avoid flooding the bathroom)."

"合理價格、交通便利、位置適中 我與丈夫第一次到此酒店，是由一位在倫敦長大的表姨甥推介的，因為它的位置適中，就是我們將要前往的地點及機場中間。 交通方面，鄰近有一個Mitcham站，從酒店步行只1-2分鐘，很方便，再從此站到下一個Mitcham junction station，我就可以選不同的線路到想要去的目的地。(可先看看GOOGLE MAPS，留意一下列車的時間) 酒店方面，只有樓梯，沒有升降機，最高是2樓，職員會幫我提行李上房間。毛巾及被褥乾淨，但沒有拖鞋、牙膏、牙刷提供。 (我見其中一隻杯子上有些污漬，所以整潔度給3分了) 附近有一間雜貨店(我們買了做特價的乳酪，1英鎊)、PIZZA店及BURGER店(我們買了套餐，7-8英鎊)，步行約5-7分鐘便可到達。"

"Exceptionally clean room, very spacious. Appreciated being on the first floor for safety (single female). Breakfast was reasonable and delivered to the room on time. The milk was off but when I informed the front seat it was replaced immediately. No shampoo etc but that’s becoming the norm, in my experience, in budget chain hotels. Good value for money. My only complaint: pillows poor quality and lumpy. Otherwise great, and front desk staff were really good. Would stay again, for the right price."
