Ulasan Suzhou Xixuan Hotel (Guanqian Branch)

The location is amazing!! The ladies behind the front desk were super nice and helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. Would recommend staying here :)

The ladies at the reception were extremely nice and welcoming. They also had a very warm smile. When you enter the floor with the rooms, it smells super nice and clean. I really enjoyed that ! The room is SPOTLESS and they also provide complementary snacks and tea. The only downside is that the towels are single use and have a particular material. But then it's also the most hygienic ones possible. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel. If I ever go back to Suzhou, I will stay here again. Ps : there is conditioner and they also kept our luggage for us the last day. The pictures are from the reception as I forgot to take one of the room. But the rooms are identical to the pictures.

Nice hotel

There is no lift but the owner will help to carry luggage, bidet not functioning at all, car cannot reach because the road was on construction and difficult to get taxi around that area. But convenient store and restaurant around quite convenient.

The hotel owner was very cute, helping us carry our suitcases up to the room and the same when checking out. Even though we were young, we couldn't be as strong as her. The room was very clean and modern, high recommend.

The staff there are willing to help and friendly. Great location. Easily get access to amenities nearby.

The location is considerably good. It is about 7-10 mins walk to the Metro station, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby and the Guanqian street is at nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The only drawback during my stay was the noise generated from the construction work at nighttime. It really affected my sleep.

It was clean and cozy and staffs are friendly, but no good view !

酒店性價比很高，交通便捷，離觀前街很近，附近有地鐵4號線。房間裝修簡約時尚，基礎設施齊全，乾淨衞生。塌塌米床睡得也很舒服。缺點是浴室地漏不太順暢，另外硬件設施沒維護好，衞生間的水龍頭輕輕一開把手居然就掉下來了。

選對酒店真的能讓自己心情愉悦😁地理位置還不錯，但還離各個地鐵站都有一些距離，步行10分鐘之內吧。如果天氣不熱的時候無所謂，最近這個接近40度的高温還是有點痛苦😖 整個酒店的裝修無論是走廊還是房間裏都很不錯，是有好好請人設計的感覺哦～值得一提的是洗浴用品，好用到自己也要買來用的程度～前台的兩位阿姨服務也很好～ 7.8月的蘇州除了熱還都是人，各種看不懂園林衹知道帶娃打卡的人從眾…以後冬春人少了再來，還住西柚～

這家酒店的性價比真的很高，雖然門店一開始看到比較小，在巷子裏面暗暗的，但是走進來之後香香的很整潔，前台大姐很熱情幫忙拿行李，女生來住也很安心。一開始訂到特價房，還害怕會很小很劣質，入住後完全沒有這個感覺，房間雖然不算非常大但是完全足夠，行李箱攤開也夠地方放，酒店的風筒是小米的，洗浴用品都是一次性的，準備得很充足，一點都沒有廉價的感覺，性價比吊打其他酒店，而且離附近各大景點都很近

老闆人非常好！免費幫我們升級了房型，還要幫我們送行李，一進酒店就是香香的，原本衹是想過渡一晚，住一晚後我和朋友都覺得非常舒適，果斷把後兩天訂的其他酒店退掉，續住了這個酒店，酒店的浴巾、洗髮水、沐浴露等等都是一次性的，完全不用擔心衞生問題，打掃衞生的阿姨也非常非常細心，下雨還給我們準備了雨傘，下次去蘇州或者有朋友去一定首推！西柚酒店要做大做強！！
