The hotel's location is excellent. Just 50 meters across the road is Pingjiang Road Pedestrian Street. If you walk all the way through the pedestrian street, you'll find the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum, with plenty of food and drinks along the way. The hotel staff are warm and sincere. Parking is also convenient for those driving, as there's a private parking lot.

The location is excellent. It's right across the street from the southern entrance of Pingjiang Road. Turn left at the first intersection when you exit, and you'll find plenty of great food. It's also very close to Shantasi Market and Dinghui Temple Alley. Shiquan Street and Humble Administrator's Garden are within walking distance. The service was also great. Everyone received a complimentary fruit plate during check-in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant on the first floor is quite spacious with a wide variety of food options. The laundry room is a real plus, with three washers and three dryers. You can even set up notifications to your phone when your laundry is done, which is super convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of Pingjiang Road, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to other attractions. The room is very spacious, and the front desk staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. The cleaning auntie also did a superb job, keeping everything spotless. The breakfast is a good value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Excellent! The location is superb, right opposite Pingjiang Historical Street, which is super convenient. The subway station is within walking distance, and it's only two stops to Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum. There are many restaurants around the hotel offering all sorts of local specialties, and a shopping area is also within walking distance, making shopping easy. You can even have food delivery brought to your room by a robot! The hotel rooms are very cozy, clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful, even providing a travel guide, which was a thoughtful touch. It was a really great stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel's facade is impressive, and the rooms, while clean, feel a bit like an upgraded budget hotel. They offer complimentary sodas and a good selection of tasty teas. The breakfast spread is generous and not greasy. The location is superb; Pingjiang Road is just 30 meters ahead, and further down is the Humble Administrator's Garden, with beautiful scenery all along the way.

The hotel's surroundings are great, right opposite Pingjiang Road, making it very convenient for getting around. The facilities are new, clean, and hygienic, and the rooms are spacious. The service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful.

This hotel is located right across the street from Pingjiang Road. It's well-decorated, very clean, and offers a delicious breakfast. There's an underground parking lot, and the subway station isn't far, making transportation very convenient. I also have to praise the service; upon check-in, they specifically warned me that rooms facing the street, while offering a view, might not be quiet enough at night – and they were right. When checking out, they offered warm bottled water, which was a very thoughtful touch. Their robot for food deliveries was also very efficient. The nearby alleys had quite a few pleasant surprises, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to explore them this trip. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou.

The room was quite clean, and the location is excellent. Pingjiang Road is right across the street, and it's close to Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove Garden. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing; there wasn't much to eat, and the bread and pastries were all very dry and hard.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location right at the entrance of Pingjiang Road is super convenient, with great food just steps away. Highly recommended!

前台小倩服务热情Good location walking distance to few tourists spots and many variety of foods around. Receptionists were helpful and responsive. 7th floor cleaners were friendly and doing good jobs. Overall, we will definitely choose this hotel again in future. Thanks guys for your great hospitality!
