Ulasan Mercure Suzhou City Center

Ini adalah tempat paling selesa yang pernah saya menginap di Stesen Mercure Suzhou Pingjiang di Shanghai, Suzhou dan Hangzhou. Hotel ini bersih dan bersih, dan wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu memberikan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Saya tiba bersama anak-anak saya di malam dan menaik taraf jenis bilik saya. Saya sangat suka jenisnya. Biliknya hangat dan selesa. Ia sangat luas dan hotel ini berada di lokasi yang hebat. Jalan Pingjiang terletak di seberang jalan. Ia sangat mudah dan mudah untuk dikunjungi . Anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Taman Lion Grove di Taman Pentadbir Humble dan ia tidak jauh dari pintu. Terdapat juga stesen kereta api bawah tanah yang mudah untuk perjalanan. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sangat disyorkan untuk kanak-kanak di Suzhou. Kit disertakan dengan mainan dan apabila saya pergi, saya juga memberikan cenderahati termasuk krim tangan dan biskut 🍪

I am very satisfy with this hotel . Very clean and very convenient. Good location . Highly recommended.

Good hospitality Friendly staffs. Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Huge bedrooms & super king size bed is a plus point ! It’s nice to rest properly after a whole day outing. The guy manager is very smart solving my needs. This hotel is located in the middle of tourist town So it is very hard to get cab/taxi due to traffic congestion. However the metro is within walking distance. Great stay. Getting anywhere in Suzhou is very easy. Love the idea of they having 24hr laundry room .its definitely easing the stress of bringing back smelly clothes ( it’s really hot in Suzhou! & the immense sweats were horrible )

The location of property is excellent, very close to Pingjiang Road, Guanqian Street and Cangjie. Beside hotel there is a small road lead to Shuangta market where you could find plenty of local cuisines. A short walk from the property to the train station where you could take train to Jingji Lake and other place of interest. Service staffs were very friendly and helpful. The property also provides washing machine and dryer which is a ++ for some guests. Overall it is a good choice for both families and business travellers. 

Good Service. Strategic location just opposite Pingjing road. Most important bed are very comfortable.

Every time the housekeeper saw the guests, she would politely say "good morning", "Hello!, you are leaving, please take care!", etc. It made people feel warm.

Xiao Qian front desk staff and the night shift front staff (male with specs sorry i forgpt his name) who helped us to extend our room check out are very good.

This hotel has good location, walking distance to Ping Jiang road. Room very clean & spacious. Good service and warm welcome by reception. Love my stay here!

Perfectly located right across the bustling Pingjiang Road, where there’s lots to see and eat. A pity that the hotel is a little confusing as to whether Accor members can enjoy benefits to there - the front desk staff claims that the hotel is not a member of Accor, but some of the hotel branded amenities do state that it’s an Accor property.

Spacious room with king sized bed. Good water pressure. Friendly staff. Breakfast with wide spread of choices at RMB58 pet pax is a great value. Pinjiang Road is just across the street.

Super close to the Pingjiang road. Very friendly staff and also have a self laundry place

+High quality services and amenities, and close by restaurants. -Attractions take some time to reach.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and conveniently located opposite Ping Jiang Lu. We were thankful to hotel staff Alfred, who extended our check out time to 2pm and Lily, who facilitated the storing of our luggages after we checked out to allow us more time to explore Suzhou.
