Excellent spot, and great service!

A very beautiful property to stay, the staff is extremely hospitable and sweet. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a relaxing and serene staycation near Shanghai. It does have a western restaurant on site and hotspring facility is also nice 👍

Is a perfect location for enjoying peace and lakeside views, close to hot spring facility.. The breakfast combine Chinese and International food.. Suitable for solo, couple and families travelling.

We rented a suite that had the tub on the deck. The room was very spacious and modern. I really enjoyed the tub, and the view was amazing. The room was one of the nices hotel rooms I have stayed in China. The food in the restaurant was not great. We ordered a burger that was not hamburger. I am not sure what it was, but it was strange (It was hard meat that tasted like rubber). We thought the club sandwich was also less than appealing and the pizza was undercooked. The french fries and spring rolls were good. The dinner buffet was pretty decimated by the time we got to it. The only saving grace was having a hot pot on the table, which was really good. The hot spring resort is next door and really great. It costs around 200 RMB per person to go there and they provide a robe, slippers and lockers. The hotel is off the beaten path with nothing around, but I did not mind this. It is very peaceful with good views. Our son enjoyed the hotel and what it offered. I would stay there again for a weekend get away, but probably go somewhere else for food. That is difficult given the location.

At the time of reservation, the site confirmed the room with a bathtub in the photo and booked it, but the room actually booked was a completely different room. Upon arrival, I found out that I had to pay extra to use the room. It was a scam. And considering that I paid an extra amount and waited for two hours to clean the room, I feel that the work was not done well. I liked all the other facilities and services in the hotel. First time at this place and it was amazing. It’s a bit far from Suzhou station so I rented a car and went to this great quiet place. Good food and good company!
