Very accommodating family business handled by mum and daughter. I had an amazing experience at [PingJiang Xiao Yuan] during my recent trip! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy bed, modern bathroom, and excellent Wi-Fi. The hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I also loved the on-site tea tasting which added an extra touch to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Indeed a perfect hotel location in Suzhou! Clean and big hotel, walking distance to 平江路 and it’s just next to 拙政院東出口. You will never get bored by staying this area! Cons: due to its very near to tourist spots location, the traffic is super bad. I’ve been waiting for 1 hour for my didi to arrive and head to Suzhou station, never take other transportation due to having super big luggage.

Convenient located right next to the busy ping jiang road with lots of attractions and shops. One down side is the massive jam at its doorstep during most hours.. if you’re willing to endure that then this place is excellent.

had such a fantastic time at this hotel! It's conveniently located just a short 10-minute stroll from the metro station, and there are tons of cool spots nearby like The North Pagoda, Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the Suzhou Silk Museum, all within a quick 10-15 minute walk. It feels like staying in a cozy guest house nestled within a family complex. The owner, a lovely lady, is super friendly and helpful. While the room has that charming old-school vibe, it's spotlessly clean and has everything you need, even a hairdryer. It totally reminds me of my grandma's place back in the day! Plus, there's a cute little mini library with some fascinating collectibles and a cozy tea house - perfect for some Insta-worthy snaps! Oh, and watch out for the three adorable cats who love to wander around and sometimes even pop into your room for a visit! You won't go hungry here either! Right next door, there's a fabulous café, and across the street, you've got a whole lineup of local food joints. And let me tell you, don't miss out on the crab noodle spot near the traffic light - it's absolutely divine! And if you're craving some fresh fruit, just head over to the fruit stand near the small bridge. They're open late - I swung by around 11 pm and they were still going strong! Just a friendly reminder: This hotel does have its Chinese name displayed at the entrance, no English. So, make sure to remember or write down that street number to find it easily next time! And you can bet your bottom dollar that if I find myself back in Suzhou, I'll be booking a room here again without a second thought!

This place was great! Super quiet (admittedly, I was there on a Tuesday) and clean room with new furnishings. There is no elevator, but you'll probably be on the second floor, and this was fine by me. The hotel staff were nice, too :) The only thing that I'd add is that the curtains on the room's (very spacious!) window could have been darker. As it is, you might be woken up at dawn by the natural lighting! :) Oh, and the bed is pretty hard, which, personally, I love. Would book again! :)

Hotel ini terletak di Jalan Pingjiang yang bagusnya ada restoran di tingkat bawah dan anda boleh membeli cenderahati di Internet berhampiran Taman Pentadbir yang Humble. Kelemahannya ialah pengangkutan menyusahkan, dan ia tidak begitu mudah untuk masuk dan keluar jika anda mempunyai terlalu banyak bagasi. Jika hotel mempunyai tandas pintar, sekurang-kurangnya anda tidak perlu risau tentang cuaca sejuk yang tidak begitu baik, dan isipadu udara mesti dinaikkan untuk berasa selesa di hotel; ia terasa kotor, dan tiada pengering Saya rasa tuala dan tuala mandi hotel ini bersih. Mungkin tidak lebih baik, jadi saya rasa hotel ini lebih sesuai untuk penginapan jangka pendek. Nisbah harga-prestasi tidak tinggi Malah, ia mempunyai rasa kehidupan, tetapi pengangkutannya benar-benar menyusahkan, dan hotel ini tidak mewah seperti B&B Mungkin sewanya terlalu mahal dan diserahkan kepada pengguna. Tidak banyak ruang penyimpanan di hotel. Tidak ada tempat untuk meletakkan barang-barang telefon pintar di dalam kabinet TV dan di bawah rak pakaian. Peranti pintar juga tidak berfungsi dengan baik, dan Moda tidak dapat disambungkan. Tekan butang suis untuk menghidupkan atau mematikannya Siapa tahu sama ada mod pencahayaan pemandangan yang tidak berguna. Mengapa anda tidak memasang lebih banyak soket di sisi katil? untuk menggunakan lampu meja, kemudian mengapa anda meletakkan lampu meja di sana? Excellent location, about 20min walk to Pingjiang Street and Humble Administrator's Garden, perfect for attending the night tour at the garden (6pm onwards, approx an hour). Also directly opposite a street full of eateries. Front desk were helpful and friendly, and able to help with booking of day tours for solo travellers. Also patiently answered all my questions about the wheres and whats during my arrival, making my trip in Suzhou so much better. Room was comfortable and clean with ample hot water for showering. Spacious for one, but might be a little cramped for two.

Very good experience and comfortable stay👏,the counter service is very good. Not much noise for us, we are able to have good sleep, they help clean room daily if you hang the clean room card at door handle. We have many small request they have help us manage them, they make sure we have a good stay, glad that we have book this hotel first time travelling to Suzhou ❤️❤️! Will visit again!

Love the aesthetics of the hotel! Location was relatively convenient too but we took Didi everywhere. Many lovely photo spots and complimentary try on of the hanfu was a bonus! The staff were polite and helpful. Even helped us to reheat one of our packed food and taught us how ti use the washer/dryer. Room temperature was nice and comfortable too. Only two complains were that the bathtub was very badly maintained and we didn’t dare to use it as there were mould. And the most shocking thing was on the second last day, I decided to let my toddler juggle from the cup provided. The water turned really murky and disgusting. I thought it was the cup issue. Changed another cup and tried again and the water really turned colour into soapy water right after! See attached. Hotel, please look into the water quality… tried the water at other hotels but have never encountered this before..
