Hotel berhampiran North Pagoda Garden, Suzhou

This hotel is awesome, our room was clean, heating system was good so our room became hot fast enough (it was cold when we checked in, but we booked 5 minutes before check in so it’s fine). The garden is great, and managers were helpful. Hotel is in old part of the city in great area with sightseeings around

Super friendly and helpful staff and boss who provided recommendations for food and attractions. Hotel rooms are pretty and clean too. There are washing machine and dryers available for use without additional charges as well. Overall, a great stay and would certainly come back again.

Saya menempah hotel untuk bangun awal untuk pergi ke taman seni. Gadis kecil yang baik hati di meja depan melihat bahawa saya sedang dalam perjalanan seorang diri dan memberi saya sarapan pagi, yang sesuai untuk memasuki taman pada pukul 7:30. Hotel stay experience is exceptional wonderful. Location- just next to the metro station. Very convenient. Below hotel there is a convenient store too. Room- clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff service- super warm and friendly. Always willing to help and greet us: Breakfast- food is quite nice. The noodles station wanton noodles is yummy. We stayed only 2 nights. Its really a nice hotel. Will love to be back again next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anshe Hotel during my trip to Suzhou, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service at the front desk. The staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and assisted with every request. Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially loved the AI feature in the room. Additionally, the location of Anshe Hotel is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near the metro station and pingjiang lu, making it easy to explore. Overall, my stay at Anshe Hotel exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied, and I cannot wait for my next visit. We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. Both accommodated us in a friendly manner and kindly arranged our rooms to our liking, patiently answered questions, and even went as far as to recommend places to eat after overhearing our discussion on lunch. The check-in process was speedy and efficient; we were soon showed to our rooms after only a few minutes of waiting. The rooms were cosy and homey, and the breakfast is decent taste wise with a wide and healthy selection of different cuisines. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with exceptional service. Excellent. Location is good, breakfast is good and the people serving us are very polite and friendly. Toilet is clean and the hotel forbids smoking. But I caught one guy smoking at the lift once at level 5 😔. The street is busy and quite noisy. For light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel but I will choose this hotel again even though I'm a light sleeper.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient, nit far from Suzhou train station. There are two subway stations nearby, line 6 and kine 8. The hotel is very neat and tidy. When areiving to the hotel, Ms. Xiaochen (小陈） received us with joy and provided a free room upgrade. Later, she often send some everything snacks to our room. She is very professional and kind. Upon checking out, the fornt desk did not understand how to issue a receipt for foreign APP, but after contacting Xiaochen, she solved it shortly. I highly recommend this hotel, and definitely book in it again when visiting Suzhou. 这家酒店很漂亮和干净。位置很方便，离苏州火车站不远。附近有两个地铁站，6号线和8号线。这家酒店非常整洁。入住酒店时，小陈热情接待了我们，并为我们提供了免费客房升级。后来，她经常把一些小吃送到我们的房间。她非常专业和善良。退房时，前台不知道如何为外国APP开具收据，但在联系了小陈后，她很快就解决了。我强烈推荐这家酒店，以后回苏州时一定会再次预订。

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)
