酒店很新，check in 前台的服務人员都很熱情，大門口站崗的那位也那好服務，整體前台工作人員服務很好。酒店房间也不錯，整洁打掃不錯，比較奇怪就是房間內有子彈咖啡提供但茶包竟沒有提供，還好打給前台馬上送兩包茶包來。酒店設施不多，健身房很小所以做不了健身，酒店1樓就是餐廳，餐廳很漂亮而且有酒吧枱，但只提供早餐和下午茶，早餐07-10点關得有點早了吧，而且早餐的食物一般所以只吃了一次，下午茶12-17基本上是沒什么吃的，就咖啡茶、西瓜，曲奇餅，不知道為什么沒些許咸點供應，餐廳里的服務人員就真的要吐糟了，看到一個收執阿姨直接把桌上客人丟了的餐巾紙直接放回餐巾盒里，真的很不衞生，嚇得我什麼也不敢吃，這餐廳下午茶之後是不營業的了，雖然酒店前台說是開的，但我再到餐廳去問那里的工作人員又說不開，是分開兩間公司營運的麽？以致晚上想在這里找點酒喝輕鬆一下也沒有，迫得我們要跑外面去找。
