This was my third stay at Sarova Whitesands, and it will certainly not be my last. The hotel service, facilities, and location were perfect! The room was pristine as always, the food was terrific, and entertaining was wonderful. They make their guests feel like family. I would add that I’m a picky traveler.

Love the variety of pools which are perfect for children to play in! Parents can make them tired and spend the quiet night. If you are not confident for children to swin in the sea, this is the best choice to spend the holiday with family members.

We had a great experience staying at this particular hotel. The service was amazing. We were provided an extra bed for our daughter within minutes of requesting it. Thank You. The Hotel was beautiful inside the rooms and the surrounding outside pool area.

It was my birthday on the 22nd of July and I decided to give myself a solo treat at Voyager. My experience was really amazing. -I checked in earlier than the allowed time, yet I was received so well and luckily allocated a room earlier. -The highlight of my stay: My bf planned a surprise for me from far and the organisation of the same was top notch, Amina did an amazing job at the planning, she did it so joyfully and passionately. The dancers who presented the cake really went out of their way to help present the surprise, proper HD photos were taken and shared. My bf was updated so often, and they ensured that I am so comfortable and happy throughout that day. I later came to meet Amina and she was so eager to tell me how excited she was to plan and surprise me. She is such a gem: Voyager, your staff are very professional and lovely. They most certainly made my stay worth every penny. -Having three swimming pools also makes one able to get the different experiences at the different locations, there are activities in the pool at any time of the day and so one is guaranteed there is no dull moments in the pool, it's all exciting and fun. -Food: There was such a wide variety and each of them were top notch in terms of flavor. -Drinks: The unending supply of drinks makes it really worthwhile. Views: being a beach front, you will not be disappointed, serene views that are very calming and soothing from the fast life of Nairobi. -I was also not rushed during check out yet I checked out late. -I am grateful for the experience Voyager gave me on my bday. 🥳

I spend over 2 weeks in this beautiful place and really appreciate every minute I spend in there. Rooms were clean and spacious, the whole hotel looks very nice and has a great beachy tropical vibe. The food was AMAZING! Everyday something new, different cuisines from different cultures, a lot of to choose from so you won’t get bored. The most important for me was the whole crew of the hotel, starting from cleaning service, kitchen stuff, servers, pool guys, bartenders and all of the reception people everyone was very welcoming they made the vacation time soooo easy to enjoy, their hospitality and radiant smiles were very contagious! I can’t forget to talk about the ANIMATION TEAM! All the amazing work they were doing with all the activities (special place in my heart for water volleyball ❤️) they joyful faces everyday were brightening up the day, their hospitality, honesty and pure hearts will always made this vacation experience unforgettable. THE SHOWS they were preparing for the evening! AMAZING! Such a hard working people full of passion and gratitude. In general I can’t recommend enough! That was my first time spending holidays in Kenya and because of all the wonderful people I have met there and the experiences they gave me I can definitely say it’s not my last time. Really really great place to spend your vacation in! 200% book this place you won’t regret it 😁🙏🏻

Ive stayed for 7nights at Sai rock and tonsay the most, it was not what i expected. I come to msa every 6 weeks for work and stay in average hotels on B/B and enjoy the service. What i chooose to give feedback on; Not worth the money we paid for Wifi that doea not work. Like seriously, isnt that the bare minimum a hotel can offer WIFI? couldnt use my laptop for a whole week cz wifi couldnt work in the room. So i came back with soo much workload that i could have done then. So INCONVINIENCE!! Breakfast was always cold. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel so i was taking breakfast daily at round 7-7:30 latest except my last Day. And it was always cold. i mean how bad can it get surely. Some day even the tea was cold i never complained cz i was too tired already so i went served tamarind juice which i dont. Im a chai person but aarrgghh House keeping- water at the hotel is too salty i mean its just extra salty IDK why. So 2 consecutive days they dont replace the shower gel cz i prefer it to the soap since il lathers easily so 3rd day i write a note saying “please replace shower gel today you havent done so past 2 days” guess what -whoever he/she is comes cleans, picks the note and adds the soaps. No shower gel day 3. On 4th day is when i found 2 again. But again, i was too tired to complain cz thats just nonsense! Ironbox - Its good for a hotel to know that its the little things. I borrow an ironbox by calling the reception at around 7 the lady said it will be brought to the room. I wait and since i was getting late for work i decide to go get it. At the reception ahw says housekeeping hajafika wakifika wataleta. I mean im getting late my friend so i waitnfor housekeeping? I had a white shirt to iron so i waited. Few min its brought to the room and i take out like 5garments that needed ironing and ironed. Here is where its at. 25min ironing someone knocks my door a gentleman “dada waweza kuwa umemalozia pasi”.OMG!!! I honestly asked him does this hotel have one ironbox really? The worst that could haopen is i leave it in the room instead of handling Over at the reception but housekeeping would have come and found it jameni🤦‍♀️ The guy had to stand and wait till i finiah ironing and take the ironbox with him. But that was pathetic really inconvinience. First i wait to get it then someone stands out to waitnfor me to finish? HYGiene- bathroom walls were dirty not scrubbed at all. Also im back with a loss since housekeeping decided to throw away all my ETR receipts of my expenditure that i had well placed in a drawer. That drawer had a paper written the wifi password and also a box for my face soap and that was left untouched. I had these stack of receipts i folded and kept there to be re imbursed by accounts later. Around 6k worth of receips ive lost the money cz someone thought i missed the bin below the table and my shallow brain did not know what it was 🤦‍♀️doing placing them nicely folded im a drawer. Im beyond words for my

Location is perfect but hotel has salt water And the cockroach the management should do something about that but other than that, the service was good. The breakfast was perfect. Like I said locations very nice. Kind of spray does cockroach and do something about the saltwater.

The rooms were meticulously clean and the food was wonderful. P/s try their peanut butter banana milkshake while you are there and thank me later.

My stay at Severin sea lodge in August was excellent. All the staff in this strikingly beautiful and serene beach resort are the true heroes. Special thank to all staff starting with the ever present and gentle general manager Tuva, front office staff, housekeeping staff, restaurant bars and grounds staff. Everyone is truly out there doing their best to make your stay magical and special. I ate a few meals here and each of them was a true culinary masterpiece served and presented in a timely and professional version. There are plenty of activities to keep even the most discerning traveler busy and entertained. The live entertainment of Friday with the music band and singers was excellent! The beach is where the real treat lives. Coral reef protects the beach making it possible to walk into the ocean close to a mile at low tide. Also enjoyed the glass bottom boat rides the the reefs, snorkeling there and seeing all the beautiful fish and surrealy enormous waves breaking off at the wall of the reefs. simply magical!! It is indeed very encouraging to see how much locals have taken up domestic tourism which gives the costal resorts a cosmopolitan and balanced look especially compared to the 90's and years before that when the beach resorts were considered foreign tourist territory for the most part. I highly recommend this resort to North American holiday makers seeking a unique destination away from usual staples in the Caribbean and Mexico. This resort and the strikingly beautiful beach are surprisingly excellent value for money that offer so much more fun and new experiences!! I shall return many times and hopefully book many tour groups here. Ahsante and keep up the great work.

Good hotel with good ambiance with nice and clean conference rooms.. We stayed till midnight on Friday and got to enjoy the octave band ..loved how phenny, Chris and pamela were so kind to us and ensured we got everything we got everything we needed on time.. Would definitely come back again
